I bought food for the dog from www.canadapetcare.com, but I accidently made the mistake in my address. I found their phone and called to the customer services. I asked to correct the address, but the rep told me that they couldn’t do it. As well as they couldn’t cancel the order. They haven’t explained why. But on the next day, I received the email that my order was shipped. I was shocked with such attitude and their indifference.
