We booked the tour through the company I gave all information about us and card info as well. I have no idea why, but they posted two rooms for us and different seats. When we found out about it, we contacted the rep and asked to change the seats and cancel one room. But the rep told us that all seats were booked already. As well as they couldn’t reach the hotel now. The situation is terrible and we don’t want to go to this trip anymore.
