Bought some hardwood from them and it arrived in a terrible condition! That was their fault that almost half of my order arrived damaged, but they refused to help and assist me.
They said that they can give me a partial refund and that all the return process was on me. So I had to waste my time and send everything back.
Their customer service rep wasn't nice and I am not satisfied with their service. Builddirect was supposed to fix their mistake and take responsibility but instead of that they decided to do nothing. Horrible experience, I will not order from their site again.

I have ordered wood flooring from www.builddirect.com and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I was shocked to see that half of my order arrived damaged. First of all I took some pictures and contacted BuildDirect customer service and asked for a refund. That was the beginning of nightmare. They said no and when I told them that flooring arrived damaged they claimed that was not their fault and refused to take any responsibility.
I told them that I made pictures and they said that these pictures didn't prove anything. Then I asked for at least a partial refund and they replied that they already made their final decision and nothing will change their mind. BuildDirect is a bad company, these money hungry scammers think only about themselves and their don't respect their customers. Please, save your money and don't order anything from this store!

We purchased a door from www.builddirect.com. We haven’t worked with this company before, so we decided to contact the customer services and get as much information as possible. The rep tried to explain everything and reply to all our questions. As well as the delivery was also great. But the problems started when we opened it and tried to install the door. After installation we couldn’t close it. The company promised to help, but they showed up 4 days later and all these days we simply waited for them. It wasn’t appropriate attitude and services.

This is to bring in your notice that I am residing at RZF-763/42A street number-5 rajnagar part-II, palam colony near Dwarka sector -8 New Delhi-110077. It is a single floored house.

In my neighbor, builder Mr.Purushotam sharma and Mr. karamveer has build a new construction which is a 4 storey building. They create lot of noise, thus leading to constant disturbance in environment. They have done illegal encroachment on my property by extending the wall, encroaching 4 inches of land .with every successive floor he has extend the wall even more. Despite of repeated notice and complaints they deliberately kept encroaching. Now they have started quarreling using abusive language and threats for the same. I am very much worried about my family in my absence. Now this harassment is intolerable.
Not just that, the building is made with very low quality material and poor techniques, causing seepage and cracks in walls of my house. The structure is so poorly designed that there are high chances of building collapse.
Kindly look into the matter and take strict action. Hoping for your positive response at the earliest.
