I ordered 4 bracelets from the company www.brilliantsparkles.com. I waited 15 days and finally received the order. These jerks provided the order with horrible delay, but after that it turned out that all bracelets were broken. WTF? The seller avoids me, so I have no idea what to do now. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.
I am tying to get in touch with them since almost 2 weeks now because they ask to:
Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this sterling silver [ ... ]ring made with a different gemstone.
But they don't answer any of my emails at all, not even send from their contact formula.
This is very frustrating as a customer. If they have technical problems they should maybe write that straight on the mainpage.
