I had a terrible experience with www.bluecotton.com and would not recommend this company to anyone. I have ordered ten custom shirts from this site and when I received them I was extremely disappointed with the quality. First of all quality of material was very cheap and print was blurry! I contacted them and demanded a full refund but as I expected they said no. These guys are just a bunch of scam artists and nothing more. I made a huge mistake when I ordered from them.
Horrible printing
I ordered some t-shirts from BlueCotton website and when I received them I was very disappointed with the quality. Printing was way off and blurry. I contacted their customer service and was told that was only my problem because that was how I designed it. The whole design was not actually printed. I basically lost over $200 and now I'm stuck with unusable products. I'm very disappointed and never again I will deal with these guys.
No t-shirt and no money back. Real scam.
I called to the company www.bluecotton.com and asked if I could print one pic on the t-shirt. The rep asked to send it through email. I sent and received the approval. After couple of days I checked the website and found out that my order was cancelled. It wasn’t great as well as they didn’t warn me. I called to the customer services and the rep wasn’t attentive and too pushy, and in the end he started to yell at me and told that he couldn’t help me. Money has not been returned to my account.
