I was like numerous complaints out in this blog where you order a small package costing around $.99 for shipping charges to mail information. They were to mail the information but it never came. They then subsequently charge $149.95 in Feb after 14 days where I did not even receive the package by mail. I called and they argued with me I told them that I would be filing several complaints.

They're response was to give me a special email address in which to request my refund and that I would get a response back. I did get a response back which denied me my money back. I have contacted my cc company and they are filing a complaint also and will try to get my money back.

If you read the many other complaints on this website they are very similar in nature. I think the way the “business” is conducted is despicable with fine prints on the webpage. The credit card companies are not doing anything to help as well. When I called where I can make a complaint to I was told it is a company in Fl called Avayo Media. It sounded like there are other websites associated with Avayo Media.

People out there who got scam… let’s put this bogey company out of business. Let’s pool our resources together to file a (Class action?) suit and get our hard earned money back. You can reach me at deanchan1@yahoo.com

    I was like the other two complaints I order a small package costing around $4.00 for information on starting my own home business on line. They were to mail the information but it never came. They never charged the $3.95 it was straight to the $54.95 in jan and then charged me twice in Feb for $54.95. I called and they argued with me I told them that I would be filing several complaints.

    They're response was to give me a special email address in which to request my refund and that I would get a response back. I did get a response back which denied me my money back. I have contacted my cc company and they are filing a complaint also and will try to get my money back.

    I plan on sending them another email stating that they either refund or the BBB will be notified along with my attorney.
