Horrible experience!
I bought a pair of pants from www.bcoutlet.com and was very disappointed with my purchase. First of all material was very cheap and pants were poorly made, and there was also a color difference. I have ordered light blue pants, but they were way too dark and looked nothing as I expected.
Customer service was terrible and impolite, they refused to help me. They simply said that all the information was available on their website and that if I didn't like something I shouldn't have ordered in the first place.
When I told them about the color of my pants they said that there was something wrong with my screen. I will not buy from them again! Horrible experience!
Impossible to get money back from this company
Don’t order from the company www.bcoutlet.com. I bought some stuff for the party and decorations as well. I paid through PayPal and got the receipt and confirmation only from them. After this moment I haven’t heard or received anything from the company. It was terrible and completely unprofessional. I tried to contact the seller and sent tons of the emails, but I didn’t get any reply. Avoid these people, because I asked PayPal to help me and they haven’t succeeded.
Bad services
I ordered boots and jacket from the website www.bcoutlet.com. I was really disappointed in the company, ‘coz they charged me within couple of minute. However, the rep sent me the bill, which showed that I still owed money them. I contacted the rep and tried to solve the problem. But the seller wanted to get more money from me. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

False advertising.
The bedding I received was completely different from what was pictured on bcoutlet.com website. I have emailed them days ago and got no reply. I will call them on Monday and return the item as soon as possible. They pictured a silver bedding set and it was a blueish purple in an awful material no where near what they pictured. False advertising.
