SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / The address of flat was wrong

We booked the flat in Barcelona 4 months ago through We got the confirmation email, but when we checked the address, it turned out that there was the park on this place. We tried to contact the customer services, but they didn’t reply. It was suspicious and we decided to send emails to them. We needed truth, because we thought that they have deceived us. We still didn’t get any reply and need time to think what we need to do next.
