Cheap quality
I am absolutely disgusted with BadassJewelry and would not recommend them to anyone. I bought a ring from their website and it was said that it was made of silver, but quality was a total garbage!
I contacted their customer service and they said that I have to ship it back at my own expense. They also refused to refund the money I paid for shipping.
BadassJewelry is a bad company to deal with and their products are nothing like they promise. Stay away!
The ring was too large
My brother bought ring for his girlfriend from the company www.badassjewelry.com. He chose the correct size and all details were correct. But he received too large ring and he emailed the seller. He excused and told that he would change the ring within 4 business days. After a week, the seller continued to provide some fake promises, but my brother was upset that the seller spoke too much and didn’t help him to solve the problem.
15 days and still no delivery of the order
Avoid the company www.badassjewelry.com. I have ordered from the company and received all information. But 15 days passed and I still haven’t received the order. The customer services replied with the delay and haven’t provided anything precisely. They didn’t tell me when they sent the order, because I don’t trust them anymore. Avoid these guys and share this information if you want to help other people and yourself as well.

Non Delivered goods
Decent jewelry.. Horrible company. Avoid! You can find the same items on Ebay for a much better price and have the backing of feedback as the management of this company obviously know nothing about customer service.
Made my first order in November and I was pleased so decided to but together another order about three times the size as the first. Post Office lost the package and item was never delivered and cannot be found. Asked badass jewelry to file a claim with post office and two months later nothing has been resolved. They don't answer their emails most of the time and when I called was left on hold for an answer that did not yield anything. Finally I filed a claim with PayPal and all of a sudden I receive a response from Badass jewelry. The response was.. As a courtesy we are willing to resend the merchandise but we can not do so since you have a open claim with PayPal. So now e are going on 3 months and I still have no merchandise and Badass jewelry has had my $$ since the 3rd of December 2014. Im sure I will get this resolved but warning to others.. Its not worth the hassle. You have other choices for the same products.
This company does not want to help by providing a product and service
My mother ordered a ring from this site a year ago. Let me repeat a YEAR AGO. We were not happy with the product and sent it back w/in the 30 day "HASSEL FREE" time frame. She has still not recieved any of her money back. During the year she has called numerouse times and has left, get this...Ready...37 voicemails. Ready for another fun fact... they just called back 2 weeks ago informing her that she could choose another product but that her money would NOT be returned. This is a CRIME. Their site specifies that all money will be refunded if product is sent back w/in 30 days. The only reason they even returned her last voicemail was because she said that she would go to small claims. I advise all to not order from this site. If you say you have a "POLICY", I like all of you would hope the company you are buying from would own up to it. This company does not want to help by providing a product and service they just want to take your money and run. That is not a respectable way to treat anyone. ANYONE. I couldn't sleep at night knowing I was stealing from people.
Tried to buy a necklace. Never got it. Tried calling but nobody answers, sent several emails, no answers. Even tried their live chat, and yes... you guessed it, no answers. Not even sure they are a real company.
