No ownership papers / NO Title is given when you buy a car from Copart using autobidmaster.com
No Title transter info.
Only after you buy, will you discover that no title will be given to you when picking up the car from Copart site.
No Title - No registartion.
After you buy, they say up to 30 Days for title to recieve, but it can take months, years or never !?
IS THIS LEGAL in the US to sell cars with no title?

I also bought a car through Autobid Master, at the first they have told me that your car would get to you in 3 weeks, but now its the 3rd week that only the paperwork has not been approved as they claim and still I have no update about my car.
I don't know when I will receive the vehicles.
I am really disappointed by AutobidMaster. When I am contacting them trough live chat after knowing me they terminate the chatting session. I don't know why they are doing like this
This was the first time I did an online business but this time doing online business realized me to never do such.
People told me that American people are so hones and they never fake or afflict people, but after doing online auction I think there might be some people like that not all of them like these people who never take care of their customers.
They are very good before you pay but when you pay thier money they change their attitude and responding.
When we ask them that why my car's paper is not approved, they answer that I have not update.

I hope someone tell them to do a professional business.

You should not let Auto Bid Master defraud you like this. You need to immediately take action. Contact the Oregon Attorney Generals office at : https://www.doj.state.or.us/consumer/complaint.shtml
Next contact Copart at [protected] and tell them about your trouble. Since technically Auto Bid master was the buyer of the car, Copart will only send them the title. They are robbing you, so let Copart know about their partners business practice. Next contact the Oregon DMV at http://cms.oregon.gov/odot/dmv/pages/dealers/contactbusreg.aspx and file a complaint. The DMV can revoke Auto Bid Master's dealership license.

We're sorry to hear your complaint. It's true that when you buy a car from Copart using AutoBidMaster, you aren't given the title upon vehicle pick-up from the auction yard. Basically, when you're bidding through AutoBidMaster, you're bidding on Copart auction's using our Copart account. You're buying the car in our name. Copart sends us the title because technically we bought the car. Copart sends your title to AutoBidMaster, we reassign it and then mail it to you. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after auction end but can be delayed if your account isn't in order. Make sure that after you've won and paid for the auction that you've signed your Bill of Sale and uploaded a copy of your drivers license. This will ensure that your title is processed as quickly as possible. Please e-mail or call us if you have any other questions: support@autobidmaster.com [protected].
