Arbonne Defective Arbonne Mascara: A Pricey Letdown with No Customer Service Support

So, I recently got my hands on the Arbonne mascara and I gotta say, it's pretty pricey. But hey, I thought it would be worth it for the quality. The mascara itself is actually pretty good, no complaints there. However, the tube is a whole different story. It's defective, man. Right from the start, I had trouble inserting the wand and eventually, it just wouldn't go in at all. I thought maybe it was supposed to be a tight fit to prevent too much mascara from gathering on the wand, but nope. It just straight up doesn't work.

Now, I know the product is about a year old, but it never worked properly from the beginning. And even though I barely used it, I'm stuck with a full tube of unusable mascara. I wouldn't buy it again, especially since customer service was no help at all. They just said it was too old and that was that. I even offered to send the full tube back so they could see for themselves that it was barely used, but nope. Nada.

On the bright side, the sales rep who presented the product to me was a real delight. She made the whole experience enjoyable, even though the product itself was a bit of a letdown. All in all, I wouldn't recommend the Arbonne mascara unless you want to risk getting a defective tube and being stuck with an unusable product.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication

I was looking to help out a friend and decided to try out some new cosmetics from Arbonne, specifically their mineral powder foundation. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the product I received was going to expire in just two months. I was a bit disappointed, but the company reached out to me via email and assured me that they would replace the product and that it was being processed.

However, after waiting for over three weeks, I still hadn't received my replacement. Frustrated, I went into my email to log into my account and track the product, only to find that it had been cancelled! I was absolutely livid at this point. Not only had I not received my replacement, but there was no communication from the company that they had cancelled it.

I decided to call customer service to get to the bottom of this. The representative I spoke to had no information as to why my replacement had been cancelled, which only added to my frustration. After a heated conversation, the representative issued me a refund. But honestly, I shouldn't have had to call in the first place to find out why my replacement was cancelled or where my refund was.

Needless to say, I will never do business with Arbonne again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. The lack of communication and poor customer service was simply unacceptable.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Poor Customer Service and Faulty Products

Yo, so I gotta tell ya about my experience with Arbonne. I was all excited to try out their "Agewell" kits, and the first time I ordered it was all good. But then, when I got my second order, they sent me two kits instead of one. I had to pay $20 just to send one back! And to make matters worse, the second kit had a messed up product in it. I didn't even open it until recently, and when I did, the toning mist came out all weird and foamy. So I hit up Arbonne to see if they could replace it, but they straight up said no because it had been more than 90 days since I bought it. Like, seriously? Your product ain't even that great, and your customer service is trash. I had to spend like an hour and a half on the phone with reps just to try and fix this mess. Meanwhile, the stuff I get from my skin care doctor is way better quality and they don't give me any problems with returns. I'm never using Arbonne again, and I'm telling all my friends to stay away too. Peace out from Arlington, VA.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Great Products, Overpriced, MLM Overwhelming, Possible Discontinuation of Re9 Line

Arbonne is a company that has a great product line called re9. I really hope that they don't discontinue it because it's been working well for me! However, I have noticed that this line is starting to enlarge my pores and cause blackheads and breakouts. Despite this, I decided to sign up as a consultant and give it a try. Unfortunately, my upline stressed me out on social media with their constant posts about pedophiles, conspiracy theories, and Donald Trump. It was just too much for me, so I backed off.

I don't really like the MLM way of doing things, where you have to try and convince all your friends to join a pyramid business. I would rather just promote the products on their own merit. However, I do have to say that the products are a bit overpriced. Despite this, I still love them! I don't use the nutrition products because of the added sugar, but I absolutely adore all of the skincare, deodorant, body washes, and lotions. As a vegan, I really appreciate that all of these products are great for me!

I've heard that the age well line is going to replace re9 soon, and I really hope that's not true. I'm worried that it won't work as well for me, and I really don't want to have to switch to something else. Overall, I think Arbonne has some great products, but the MLM aspect of the company can be a bit overwhelming. If you're looking for some high-quality vegan skincare products, though, I would definitely recommend giving Arbonne a try!

Arbonne Arbonne: My Experience with a Pyramid Scheme

I remember trying out Arbonne back in 2010. It's really sad to see that this pyramid scheme is still around and attracting young people, especially after the pandemic hit. It seems like they're taking advantage of people who are struggling to make ends meet. I strongly advise against getting involved with MLMs.

I haven't shared my experiences with anyone who's involved with Arbonne because I know that they have to learn for themselves. When a company has emotionally manipulated someone, it's hard to get through to them with warnings.

In my experience, I had three recalls and never got reimbursed for them. Luckily, I became an esthetician and stopped using their facial products. It's important to educate yourself so you don't lose money or friends. And don't be fooled by the staged social media posts - the new "recruits" are just distributors pretending that it's easy to recruit others. And if you do end up getting the Mercedes, be prepared to pay for the taxes and licensing yourself.

Arbonne DermaResults

I bought Arbonne’s derma results with 15% vitamin C because the rep told me it was fantastic.

On Fourth of July 2022 I broke out with a very hot, itchy rash with bumps on my cheeks and my neck, I went to Urgent care because it was so bad. I scheduled to see the dermatologist. He prescribed an anti-inflammatory topical for my face because I could not rule out what was causing this. Last night I decided I would try the derma result product again because I took off about five days from it,,and boy was I sorry I ever did ! my face is on fire this morning itching and burning like crazy

this is expensive as are most of the products

I realized it is this product. I’m going to return it

Desired outcome: Refund

Arbonne True Hair Daily Shampoo

Please bring back your FC5 Daily Nourishing Shampoo and FC5 Daily Nourishing Conditioner. I was a loyal customer of these products for ten years.

Your True Hair Daily Shampoo simply does not get my long hair clean. It leaves my hair greasy. I have watched your video about using a lot of water. I use a tremendous amount of water and am unsuccessful in getting the shampoo rinsed out.

Desired outcome: Bring back your FC5 Daily Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner

I purchased this set less than a week ago I have boxed it up and returned it have not heard anything back or seen a refund.

My face is still red and sore and I'm starting to become concerned about the patch on my forehead being permanent. I have bumps and weird blisters all under my nose and chin as well.

I have never reacted to anything like this before and I'm extremely upset.

I am not getting any response from the website and email I ordered from I would like this dealt with from head office ASAP.

Hi Ms. deHann.

I'd like to reach out and help. Did you receive an RA (return authorization) number prior to sending the product back? Do not post the number here, but it's important for you to have.

Arbonne Arbonne Detox Lotion

I received the Arbonne detox lotion as a gift recently. I put it on my arms before I went to bed. I woke up the next morning with red/itching/burning/swollen/ &extremely dry skin on my face and arms. It has been 6 days since initial application, I discontinued use immediately. The rash has not changed, in fact it seems to get worse every day. I am an Esthetician and Take very good care of my skin. I have never had sensitive skin, nor am I allergic to anything I know of. I am beside myself at the reaction my body had to this product. I am also leaving for Mexico in a week and After reading reviews, I have a feeling this won't be going away prior to my trip. I have avoided Arbonne use for over a decade (I don't believe in Promoting pyramid schemes, and I especially Don't promote "consultants" that are not licensed in skin care) with that said, it was a gift and against my best judgement I gave it a try. Lesson learned I suppose. Never again

Arbonne r9 advanced

I'll join you in a lawsuit! I had a severe reaction for the r9 advanced line last week. I woke up with my eyes swollen and the rest of my face was red, bumpy and severely dry. 5 days later my once fine lines are now deep wrinkles and even after slathering on a face oil and a very expensive cream, my skin is still dry! I just pray this does not do permanent damage!

Arbonne re9 advanced skin products

I used the lotions and potions from the Re9 advanced range and after two days my face has a burning sensitive rash over it and spots that look like burns. I have put sudo cream on my face and it's really helped. Trying to look for the ingredients for these products is near impossible. A night cream in the box has the ingredients on the back but the rest of the creams i had were without packaging. The problem is that Arbonne claim go be all natural products but their not and that needs to be stated. If my face was any worse and there was potential scarring this wouldn't be left i would take it further. You need to change the packaging so every item has the ingredients listed on it. If my consultant took them out of their boxes then this needs to be addressed by the company.

Arbonne re9 line

Date of the incident was january 23rd, and the product (eye cream) created a huge allergic reaction, my eyes swelled up like balloons, and the under eye skin was bright red, scaly, peeling, and had a leathery texture.. This lasted about a month and during this time all of my acquaintances and clients thought I was dying, I looked so terribly sick, and literally nothing helped it. No natural products like coconut oil, or aloe vera, or anything. It has since been perpetually reacting to literally everything I put on it so I can no longer wear makeup and prior to this arbonne product exposure and chemical burn/allergic reaction, my skin was never sensitive to anything. Anyhow, my skin still reacts to everything now, five months later and I must use corticosteroid creams to manage the contact itching, burning, redness and puffiness... Which is horrible because you can not use steroid creams on the most delicate skin on your entire body without destroying it... Which means that not only did the reaction and the scarring it created age me by about ten years within a few weeks, but on top of that, the steroid cream I must now use on a regular basis to manage it, is also aging me prematurely. So I look forty now all of the sudden and i'm only thirty. Because of this theft of my youth and the fact that the company has known about these reactions for a decade and yet refuses to investigate why the product destroys so many womens faces, nor give warnings on the bottles, I would like to start a class action lawsuit against them and am collecting people who want to join. If a quick google search is any indication, you all have had similar experiences. Its a terrible product line. And they must take it off the shelves or at the very least pay for how much they've destroyed my face and thus my life. I'm in the holistic health industry so I can't look deathly ill or prematurely aged if I want to sell my services. Yet that is what they did to me. Please email me at conscious touch 88 @gmail.com if interested in joining. There are no spaces in the email, however they would hide the email address if I didn't space it out.

Arbonne it’s a long story mascara

I purchased a new it's a long story mascara late last year & have just started to used it . It's one of my favourite products. I noticed a small crack in the plastic & now the casing has snapped completely at the top. It is now ruined & unusable. It was clearly damaged to begin with. I am very unhappy as it's not a cheap product & one of my favourite items. I would like a replacement.

Arbonne both products and services

I was super excited to meet new people as I was new to the neighborhood and wanted to make friends. The first new friend in town I met pitched me a sales pitch... surprisingly not to buy products but to quit my regular job and become a consultant. Although I despise my work I despise selling stuff even more. I declined but said I may be interested in purchasing some overpriced products just to leave and avoid the hugely uncomfortable and awkward situation. Seemed to smooth things over although a few more attempts were made to pressure me into becoming a consultant again. She continued to list me as a client and things went on for a bit with no more pressure. Then another friend hooked up with her and became a consultant. Now I had two friends pressuring me to become a consultant. I totally totally suck at sales. They assured me that the products sell themselves and that I didn't need to anything. If products sell themselves why do they need consultants? Smelling BS from a mile away and not wanting to lose two new "friends" I made in town I reluctantly agreed to throw a party...I though great opportunity to make friends. I threw a party and it went well although was more of a sales pitch to become a consultant (following a script) then selling products. The party was a success and I received a bunch of stuff for cheap which was awesome. I realized though that my family and friends must have spent a fortune for me to get such a discount so I call and message them the next day apologizing for pressuring them to come and buy stuff. Let's face it you go to these parties and buy stuff so you don't hurt friends feelings. After my successful party I made it clear it was fun and glad I could help the two consultants get some clients but never in this lifetime would I become a consultant. That subject has never been brought up again.

Now on to the actual product. Thank goodness I got most of the stuff for very cheap as I am not happy with much of it. The lip balm at $24.00 a stick is the worst chap stick I have ever owned. I like the energy fizz sticks but I am reluctant to actually use them as it's like using and wasting gold it was so expensive. Dont get me started on shipping costs $13.00 for shipping a small tube of chapstick? You got to be f'ing kidding me? I ordered a bottle of shampoo back in November and still have not received it in January. I call the company and they say they have no order on file. There is nothing they can do. I remind them that I can go to a salon buy a cheaper bottle of shampoo and walk out with it that day. They tell me I am Purchasing chemicals and it's not natural etc. I say "you missed the point...I can get it the same day". I had put it on my credit card so after 4 months of no product decided to call credit card compy to reimburse me for. Product I did not receive then they can fight with Arbonne.

Lastly aside from this being an obvious pyramid scheme (don't say otherwise my work does not ask me to find more employees so I can make more money). The return policy is 45 days but return products have to go through your consultant and no one wants to upset their friends. So I am sure friendships have been lost over this etc...infact I could very well be losing friends just for posting this. Be aware of this company...say no to purchasing (honestly I have tried a ton of their products and they really aren't that great). Say no to parties. ...who needs that guilty feeling amongst friends and family and most of all say no becoming a consultant. The top execs clearly make their money by consultants buying samples. Hence why neither consultant cared too much if I bought product or not they were more pressuring for me to become a consultant.

Arbonne service

One of your Consultants
Christine Dickson is trying to get me to drop my consultant whome I am very happy with. She is very presistant in telling me how bad other consultants are and to go with her. I think it is very poor business for Arbonne to allow consultants to overstep their boundaries by trying to steel other clients from other consultants.
This is very underhand and I certainly will make this public on social media if this isn't corrected.

Arbonne loss of consultant status

I have been a consultant since approx 2006 and have been grandfathered in at the 35% level.

I received an email approx. 6 weeks ago stating I needed to renew to keep my grandfathered 35% status. I went in to the website and saw no banner or prompt that my renewal was due. Nothing came up saying it was due. I attempted to go in anyhow to multiple places to renew, putting in my credit card number several times. It just didn't seem to be going through like it usually had in the past and nothing was reflected with my credit card statement. I then called customer service over my lunch hour the next day and spoke to a gentleman who checked and said I was up to date and no further action was needed on my part. I asked him multiple times, and each time he gave me the same answer that everything was fine and up-to-date. I reminded him about the email that I had received and he informed me that is a random email that goes out to all consultants regardless if they're up-to-date or not. He told me to disregard the email. I tried to verify over and over informing him that I did not want to lose my status and he assured me everything was fine and up-to-date. So I hung up and did not pursue any further action.

The end of last week, I received an email stating that I needed to renew my preferred client status to keep my 20% discount and update my credit card information. Why am I at a preferred client status and only a 20% discount?

So for a second time, today I took my lunch break and made a phone call to Arbonne customer service. This time I spoke to a woman who was very helpful, was able to see the phone call that I had made in December and stated that the notes regarding that phone call verified my story. However, she said she was unable to do anything for me, she could not reinstate my 35% grandfathered in status. She gave me the name and email address of Ann Wandishin and told me that she would be the one to contact to be able to reinstate my 35% grandfathered-in status. I sent her an email and heard NOTHING back from her. So today I tried to get in to my account to update information and at least get my 20% discount until this mess can be straightened out. I cannot get in, cannot reset my password, cannot update my credit card information...NOTHING! It continually says nothing is valid. What the heck is going on? I have been with Arbonne for over 10 years and this is how I am treated. I was lied to by the initial Arbonne rep and then ignored by my upline. I am someone who has always paid renewals in a timely manner, used Arbonne product for over a decade...and am being completely ignored. If mu business is not wanted, the decent thing to do would be to be upfront and honest instead of this run around I have been getting.

Arbonne the company sent wrong items and still hasn't changed them

My sister told me that she bought beauty products from the company www.arbonne.com. She told me that it was easy to navigate the website and the description was clear. But the seller mixed the orders and sent completely wrong items. She returned all products and asked to change them as soon as possible, but the owner still hasn’t done it. Arbonne scam

Arbonne is ripping you off on sales tax because they are charging for the full price before the " supposed" discount and not on actual dollar amount which they remit payment on. They are also collecting way too much on their shipping charges . Shipping doesn't cost that much, therefore its going in someone's pocket. In addition to that the consultant pitch for $79.00 is a scam.

Arbonne crappy customer service

All in all arbonne has great products. Buuuut they are so expensive and always adding on extra fees. The last time i made an order they messed it up so gave me a customer service voucher worth $32. 50. You can only use it on items $32. 50 and less (So if you want to use it on another more expensive product and pay the difference you can't) . And if you don't use all the voucher it doesn't go towards taxes or shipping. So my "free" voucher costs me $18 to ship my product. $18 isn't that much but if something is free stop adding extra taxes! I've spent a ton of money with arbonne and am sick of the crappy customer service. They take your money and then they're good. They get all these people amped about easy way to make money and they are just fooling people. I once tried to cancel an order (And did so within the hour) and said there was nothing they could do. I ordered that with the speedy delivery option and my roommate ordered something with normal delivery time. With the order they wouldn't let me cancel that i paid extra for fast delivery came 3 days after my roommate's order with normal delivery made the same day. . . Garbage. Done with the company. Treat your loyal customers better or don't plan to be around too long.

Arbonne In-depth Review

In Summary: Arbonne is a well-established company in the health and beauty industry, known for its wide range of products that cater to various skincare, nutrition, and wellness needs. With a focus on natural ingredients and a commitment to sustainability, Arbonne has garnered a loyal customer base. However, as with any company, there are areas where it excels and others where it may fall short, which will be explored in this review.

Company Overview: Arbonne has a rich history and background, having been founded in 1980. The company's mission and values revolve around empowering individuals to flourish through sustainable, pure, and beneficial products. Arbonne has established a significant market presence, with a demographic that largely consists of health-conscious consumers looking for plant-based and cruelty-free options.

Product Range: The quality and variety of Arbonne's products are commendable, with offerings that range from skincare to nutrition. While pricing may be on the higher end, many customers find value for money in the brand's commitment to clean ingredients and high standards. Arbonne's product packaging is designed with sustainability in mind, aligning with their green initiatives.

Ingredients and Sourcing: Arbonne prides itself on transparency and ethical sourcing of ingredients. The brand emphasizes the use of natural over synthetic ingredients and provides allergen and sensitivity information to help consumers make informed choices.

Effectiveness of Products: Customer testimonials often highlight positive before/after scenarios, suggesting a level of effectiveness in Arbonne's product lineup. While clinical studies and research support may not be extensively marketed, the company offers product guarantees and a return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service: Arbonne's customer service is known for its responsiveness, with multiple support channels available. Customer satisfaction generally appears to be high, and the company seems to take the resolution of complaints and issues seriously.

Business Model: Arbonne operates on a direct selling and multi-level marketing (MLM) structure, which may not appeal to everyone. However, they provide support and training for consultants and offer various compensation and incentives for sales achievements.

Website and Ease of Use: The Arbonne website is user-friendly, with clear navigation and a pleasant online shopping experience. The site is also optimized for mobile use, ensuring accessibility across different devices.

Social Responsibility: The company is actively involved in community initiatives and strives to minimize its environmental impact. Arbonne holds several certifications, including Vegan, Cruelty-Free, and Non-GMO, reflecting its commitment to social responsibility.

Marketing and Branding: Arbonne's advertising strategies effectively communicate its brand image, and the company has a robust social media presence. Customer loyalty programs and promotions are also in place to enhance engagement and retention.

Legal and Ethical Considerations: Arbonne complies with regulations and standards, maintaining transparency in its business practices. The handling of personal data and privacy is taken seriously, adhering to relevant laws and consumer expectations.

Comparison with Competitors: Arbonne sets itself apart with its unique selling propositions, such as its focus on botanical ingredients and eco-friendly practices. While the market position and brand perception are strong, a competitive analysis shows that Arbonne holds its own against other players in the industry.

User Experience and Testimonials: Real customer reviews and ratings generally lean towards the positive, with success stories often shared by the company. However, like any brand, Arbonne has its share of negative reviews, with common criticisms typically related to the MLM business model rather than product quality.

Conclusion and Recommendations: Overall, Arbonne appears to be a trustworthy brand that caters well to consumers seeking plant-based and eco-friendly health and beauty products. While suitable for those who prioritize natural ingredients and ethical practices, potential customers should also consider the MLM aspect before deciding to purchase or join as a consultant. The final verdict is that Arbonne offers a range of effective products, but due diligence is recommended, especially when it comes to the business opportunity.
