People can only reach thru their internet link about their problems but no one reply the messages there.
We had a cancelled reservation thru internet, but get paid for this cancelled reservation.
I made a hotel booking with my wife for our Porto visit. Then we asked for cancelation as we couldn't get the confirmation e-mail. I wrote several times e-mails for this cancelation and when I couln't find the booking with the booking number system provided, I thought it's cancelled but a month later I got a punishment, as one night stay fee. It' s ninsense. We wrote tens of e-mails to Ibis hotel (The hotel we made te reservation for) and all-hotels.com no one came back us. They don't care about any of the complaints and didn't reply any of my e-mails.
