I recently registered with Airtel... and I have to say its quite a sad state of affairs... be it their registration procedure, their calling facility, and to top it all their customer care... why don they improve their service and make sure its working well before making such a hue and cry bout it... I mean just getting Shahrukh won’t help...

    Website: always under maintenance when needed to recharge not available service. Very poor, not customer friendly.

    United States : Poor quality, Charging more on credit card, Charging more on credit card no response from customer service and escalation department. Recently Forfeited amount from airtel account. Company is not in US so you have no control. I will advise explore other calling card services.
