    Hi, These are codes you bought from our company or 1 of our resellers. What you need to do is write to the webmorchant and give him the reference you received from Ukash customer Service. With this reference they will be able to see your voucher redemption and the fact that it was not credited to your account.

    hai iam using action voip since nov 2008 its better than oter voip providers so i thanks first to the action voip team

    i am staying in uae here not allowed to use the action voip so please sent me the new action voip link

    Last thursday on 02nd september 2010 I purchased EURO 10 (ten)
    Action Void card and charged in my computer and it was shown my balance is Euro 10 unfortunately that card is thrown in the garbage

    Next day when I opened my computer and try to call my countery it
    says you donot have enough balance to call.

    Couyld you check it and let me know why it happened like this.My email :

    It's been 10 days since I started having problems. THeir system spat out one pin number to two different people. I had to provide proof of purchase (bank statement and fax of my voucher) because the lady seemed to imply that I was not the owner, and that the store cancelled the purchase. After ten days of calling, still no answer except that I learned from one of their people that the problem was not me, but their end. I have since received two or three standard letters telling me nothing but that it's gone to the approrpiate department. This has now cost me extra money, and still no solution. I'm extremely agitated. Don't spend your money on these guys if you can help it.
