SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They didn't provide warranty, but I lost my money

The worst services ever. I contacted the company I asked if they could provide the warranty within couple of hours. The rep told me that it would cost me more, but promised to make everything possible. I paid rather high sum, but these jerks fooled me. They still haven’t provided the warranty and suddenly stopped to communicate with me. Please, post comments about your experience with them.
