settv - refund my money!!!
Paid $55.00 for a three (3) month subscription to SetTV on June 5, 2018 - my bank account shows a deduction of $55.00 from A Box TV on 6/6/2018. On June 8, 2018 - I discovered that SeTV was out of business due to license infringements...? No way to get in touch with them via website - no response to email. So I've called "A Box TV" at [protected] today (got info from my bank statement), June 27, 2018 at approximately 12:05 p.m. (PDST) - and got a vmm saying "Thank you for calling IP TV Services. Sorry we're unable to answer... leave a detailed message... and we'll get back with you."
Hoping to get my money refunded prior to having to join in on class action litigation. Just saying... being it helps that I work for the Nation's largest Plaintiffs' Class Action Law Firm... again just saying...
Refund my money please. Or direct me to how I can accomplish this prior to filing a lawsuit...?

They increased the price for the package
My family moved into new flat and we subscribed for the TV package through the website www.a-boxtv.com. At the beginning, everything was ok, but later they started to add some additional channels and the price for the package went up of course. I called to the customer services and complained, but in reality they did nothing. Stay as far as possible from such dishonest people.
They didn't provide any technical support
I used the services of the company www.a-boxtv.com. I have their box with the channels, but several days ago something happened with the box. I contacted the customer services and asked to help me, but these jerks only promised and told me that all techs were unavailable. Total ###, so please help me to solve the problem and post comments about your things with these jerks.

I was so angry and tried to cancel the subscription. I heard some fake promises and blah-blah, but still no money back and no news from the rep, who promised a lot, but hasn’t helped me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
