Wuhan maiwe communications co., ltd — Non-responding after receiving of advance payment
I was earler deal with this company with its executive Ms. Sophi Hu, So as need of the product (MWE 820A- USB to RS 485 converter) we have contact again Ms. Sophi, She glad to know as expressed and forward the details to Mr. Ricky. Mr Ricky has contacted us and send us Proforma Invoice.
We have made an advance payment against Proforma Invoice no. 170425-SIPL-02 as Proforma Invoice sent by Mr. Ricky of the said company through Email id :- [protected]@maiwe.com. Mr. Ricky shared a wrong Docket no. of fedex. When we have asked about the fact next day i.e. 03rd may 2017 he drop the message it will take two more days after that we have asked to send multiple emails and messages, but he did not respond till date. When we have asked from her collegue Ms. Sophie about the fact he said, it is not under her control, and drop a messaged, do not contact me again. further when we called to his office on the no. mentioned on top of invoice and website of the company, The person only said Ricky is not in office, he will tell them to talk to us and call was disconnect, no other response we have received.
What should we do, please suggest and help is in this regard.
