Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

Do not ever ever purchase anything from WUYI Pixie Tea company. They do not satisfy customers. THey conned lots of people into buying their product without letting us know that we should read terms.

I sent for sample product.

Without my consent a shipment was forwarded and charged to my credit card.

These details were given to cover postage of the free sample. or so I thought.

Not only charge.

Requests to have these stopped have net with non compliance.

Returns have not been credtited either.

No one was given permission to take more them $4.95 from my bank.
Wu-Yi denied receiving notice of cancellation through email at the end of the trail period and purposely made their shipment of tea. WU-Yi excuse for making five withdrawal of $29.95 from my account eventhough I return thier supply of tea they denied receiving that to. Wu-Yi trains thier employees to lie and help them claim more victim of this scam to create a check for themselves, proof that accountability is slowly becoming a thing of the pass. How do they get away with capitalizing from unauthorized deduction from your account? this is no different from other illegal scams "taking money" is a crime. Can we organize a class action suit and stop this type of business

Ordered the product on line back in Sept. was told would only be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling no where on there advertisement does it say you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the product I was charged$69.87 in Oct. called to ask why I was being charged that amount and was told then about the charge after 14 days if you do not cancel your order. At that time I cancelled my order with the company but was never told about the other charge on my card for $69.87 made on Oct 26th not even 17 days and they are charging me again for this product. When I called back today on Dec 11th I wanted to know why I was charged again and if I could get a credit back to my account, the girl informed me that she could not credit my account because I had cancelled my order when I asked to speak to a manager she told me they were all in meetings at 09:00pm at night and a manager could not come to the phone. The girls name is Kassandra even if that is her real name she very rude, and was not helpful in any way so I was charged twice in one mnth for a product that is not worth $139.74 this company is huge rip off and should be taken off the internet and not able to sell another product. I'm very disappointed in the customer service that I received from the company and I know I'm not the first one to complain about this company.

I was told when I purchased this special offer I would get 14days free trial and would recieve the product in 2-5business days...It took the product 21days to arrive at my address, in the meantime I was trying to cancel my bank details with these people incase they started payments before i had even tried the product but to my dismay i cannot get any contact info at all...The telephone you ring would not allow me to connect to it from my server and there is no email address...
Dont purchase anything from this company...Dodgy

Another piece of the puzzle! Go to insidersecretsguide.com and click on the live chat and make sure they have cancelled your account so that you will not incur any further charges on your cc. I had called the phone number and the only thing they initially did was reverse the charges to my cc. When you go to the website, they will give you a confirmation number. I printed the entire conversation for my records.

I made a purchase online for this Wuyi tea and thought l would try it for a trial price of what l thought was $4.50 l was then charged $36.34 and then a further $85.16 AUD for keeping the trial pack of Tea. I was also charged a web access fee of $10.14 - l have since noticed unauthorised withdrawals from my visa account. I contacted the company and they said that l had authorised it when l applied for the trial pack. They then told me in order to get a refund l was to send the product back. I have now returned the product, at my own cost, and they are telling me that l will be getting 50% back because it cannot be resold ! Thats Bull ! I never even opened the packaging it was all totally sealed. Don't get caught in this scam !

I ordered a free trail for what was promoting a diet tea that wads on Orprah and other programs. I had 30 days to try it and if I decided to keep the product I would be charged $19.95 a month and keep receiving this tea. I received the tea and within a month I moved to a new address, Not planned but I moved. I have never recieved anything from this company since but found out they have been charging my bank account $19.95 a month, their phone # is [protected] accordinng to the bank inquiry I made today. This is a sin that they can take peoples money for nothing by scamming. I do plan to visit their site if I can find it and request all of my money back and or call them today as well, but they need to be stopped. How many inocent people to they have to steal from your company or a company puts an end to their false advertising? BK-Kissimmee,

Lied to about being paid. This company has been in debt for years and all the vendors that they didn't pay was premeditated. Please contact www.forielmarketing.com about forming a class action suit.

PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS SCAM! I was intrigued by the herbal tea but it is a scam, I was charged £15.88 for the free trial then they have charged me small amounts whenever they like, £3.34, £3.32, £6.56. I have cancelled my order with them but you can't get in touch with them. They have since charged me £41.02 and £40.09, have cancelled at my bank but they still keep charging me amounts. BEWARE!

The diet tea did not work and I only ordered one box and have been billed for 3 boxes at $54.95 per box. I want my money back and I want the tea returned to the company at the company's expense since I did not order or authorize the second 2 boxes of tea sent to my home. I do not want any more of the tea sent to me. Beware all!

wu-yi tea source is a freakin huge scam, money suckers who dont stand by there customers or there promise s what so ever, i only had a few concerns and couldnt get any answers, talked to 3 diff reps and not one would coach me as they say they do, there only response was consult your physician and the word trial and 29.99 . went to 3 diff web sites to get help and it was a wild goose chase, no answers, no concern or care . i finally got a return product address, but i did cancel e-mail contact and also cancelled my credit card and am being issued a new one, dont be scamed by this black box with chineese symble, the video, the result pictures, and deffinetly not the money back promises. be careful and look up what lots of others have reported.

This company promises you a free trial of diet tea, then charges you 60$ a month for it...even for your free 14-day sample. You have to send it back within 14 days if you don't want it, which of course isn't enough time to know if you want it or not. Also, its just Oolong tea, nothing special, you can get it at the grocery store for $5.00, but they charge you $60.00.

Wunderground did a great job of ruining the best online weather service and there doesn't seem to be any live people there who care what customers think. Only geeks can make use of what their idiot "engineers" changed it into and they've stopped supporting what did work.

Thanks for the tips! I was skeptical when searching for an online weight loss website because I didn't think I could lose weight with the help of the internet. However, I was proven wrong by a website called www.fitclick.com. This site offer weight loss programs, community forums, tips, calorie counters, etc. I couldn't be more happier with the results and I continue to use this site every day. Good luck dieters.

Marie-Lou, you are an idiot. There are consumer protection divisions in every state in the US AND at the Federal level. http://www.dca.ca.gov/ http://myfloridalegal.com/consumer http://ag.state.nv.us/org/bcp/bcp.htm http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm .. etc etc

Don't take digs at something your clearly ignorant about with my country, and if you don't like the philosophy of personal responsibility we have, there is a simple solution, stay out of our country and mind your own business.

I have just received my sample pixie pack. The return address was taped over by the mailing label, so that I could not read it. There was nothing included in the packaging that would allow me to contact the company if I choose to discontinue receiving the product. The above comments are about a year old and it does not appear things have changed.
