9:oo p.m. on 6-21-17.my two daughters came to Hardee's for my family of 5.They ordered the food and my youngest only wanted ketchup on her burger. When they pulled away to check the bag, the two burgers she wanted had mustard on it.(she don't like mustard).So they went back threw the drive thru(had to because they had our three dog's with them)
and told them the burgers were wrong. They took the burgers back and gave them two more. They check one burger and assumed the other was right. They got home and her second burger had ketchup AND mustard on it, so she only had one burger to eat. We were not going to go back because it was a 25 minute drive. I was getting my husbands sandwiches out and they also shorted me my large fry. This is why we don't go to Hardee's any more ...love the food ...NOT THE SERVICE.

We have had many problems lately with the Hardees in Stanley, NC. We spent over 13.00 fir 2 babyback rib sandwiches. The rib was very tiny on each sandwich (see pics of both), was mostly fat, and the sandwiches were dry, no bbq sauce.
On another visit my son ordered his food with a sprite.At the window he was given his drink and was told to pull up to wait.When the girl brought his food he told her that he paid for a sprite but was given water.She told him he could go in and get a sprite.When he told her that he went through the drive-thru so that he wouldn't have to go in, she said the only way they'd give him his correct drink would be if he went in.Then she walked back into the restaurant.
On another visit, we ordered 5 hard shell tacos.It was on the screen and receipt correctly. We got home fo find 3 hard shell/2soft shell. I can't have soft shell due to a gluten allergy. On another visit we got home to find all 5 tacos were soft shell.

It is 8:27 pm on 6/28/2017 I came into the Hardees in Wytheville VA and placed an order with cupons I ordered 1 order a 5 piece chicken tender deal and 2 of the baby back rib burger deals and the person ringing up the order messed up the order she only rang up 1 and I only found out when they brought the food to our table. It plainley states 2 orders per coupon and I am very displeased with the service me and my wife received and of course no coupon to back up my complaint because the lady didn't even give me a receipt. I and my coworkers eat lunch at our Hardee's 3-5 days per week. I love the food, especially the onion rings. I have now had two things happen lately that are VERY frustrating considering how much money I spend at Hardee's. I paid to upgrade fries to onion rings, was in a hurry, got to my office and had fries. The very next time a few days later I went, asked to replace fries with onion rings and checked before I pulled off and there were only a few onion rings mixed in with some fries. Several times I've NOT gotten my moneys worth. They need to do a better job and I want some type of reimbursement for these recent rip offs. I like the food- I hope to still eat there!

I went in to Hardee's here in Valdosta, Ga. I ordered two large big chicken fillet combos. The customer service was great, no complaints with that. I paid and received my food. It's raining pretty hard, so I'm trying to get home. I got home and both combos are old and cold! The only things fresh, were the drinks but the hi-c orange tastes like orange water! I would've have gone back to return the order but as I stated, it's raining hard out. I'm so disappointed because this has never happened before. I feel like I've wasted my money on orders that are unsavory and unsatisfying.

Hello, I am a dissatisfied customer of my local Hardees. The purpose of my complaint is not to be rude, but hopefully helpful. Over the past year, I have enjoyed eating at this location. The food is up to par in regards to fast food. My complaint is the management and more so employees at this location. I will give some context to explain.

Today I went through the drive through and when I stopped an employee used their opening stamen to suggest sell a new item. I said I did not want it. After that, the line went blank and I waited for a few minutes. There was no response so I asked if anyone was there and they said "go ahead and order when your ready". I then ordered my food, but I don't think the opening statement is professional because I was just sitting there waiting and I did not know if they wanted me to order.

I ordered basically a burger with only ketchup and bacon. When I got to the drive through window, I paid and told the employee who gave me my food that I wanted to check and see if my order was the way I wanted it to me. While she was watching she found out, as did I, that the order was not right. I asked if she could fix the problem and she said yes. She had me pull up and wait for a new burger. I got it and the order was right. Later I ate the burger and was satisfied.

Now that you have some context I want to hone in on my complaint. As I stated in the previous paragraph. The opening statement needs work. I know you the employees are trained on suggestive selling and that is fine, but they need to respond back once someone says "no" to the suggested item, because I was sitting there for a few minutes wondering if it was okay for me to order. I felt like I was stupid for asking if it was okay to order. This may just be the way I think, but I have a feeling other may agree with me at this location. The next and most important complaint/issue is that my order was wrong. I've joked about this with other people in town that when I go to this location approx. 90% of the time the order is wrong. Basically, almost every time I eat there, there is something wrong with the order. This may include, get another customer's order, missing items that I paid for, or item made the wrong way.

In conclusion, I do not hate Hardees. I actually like the fast food they make, but I do believe this location needs some immediate training in customer service, communication, and accuracy. I hope this was helpful and not too much of a drag to read. I'm sorry for writing you a novel. LOL:) Lastly, my goal is not to get anyone in trouble or fired, just for this location to shape up and step it up. I do not have any manager or employees names to give, this location needs some training overall.

The lady who took my order was very rude and I simply just wanted her to explain something on the menu. And she responded rudely like she didn't want to be there. I really would not go back there ! I was trying to order 2 $5 big bags & wasn't sure what all came in it, because when I made it to the menu it wasn't there so I asked her to explain. She ignored my questions and so I repeated them. Then she finally told she wasn't going to take my order and I asked why she just said because she is not. I had my pregnant girlfriend in the car just got off work and she was hungry and I just wanted to get some food. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there ever again!

Hello my name is Ali. I am a frequent customer of hardees in UAE. Today is Eid day. Our guest has come and I ordered 2 Steak Loader deal. The person informed me that it will take 1 hour to come. I accepted it because we are hungry and waiting for it.

After 1:30 hours the delivery boy came and he give excuse for late which I accepted. The slip was same what I ordered. When I open it the drinks were so hot that are not drinkable even though it is ok but the order was not what I did. It was steak burgers and we dont eat burgers.

Our Eid festival was like spoiled but I try to lodge a complaint or review and call the main help line of Emirates on [protected].

First of all they put us on hold alot by changing the person and then finally after 20min they said supervisor can not change the order. When I tried to lodge a complaint to helpline I spoke with Mr Shadi he told me he will fix the matter and call us after some time but still after 30min wait again he said he can not do any thing and we can lodge complaint.

The problem is that Hardees has a name but this is really worst experience we got. its not about the 50dirham order its about they waste our time and then even dont change the order which is not acceptable.

I was at the hardees in warreton nc ordering at 11:20 am I wanted 2 cajun chicken biscuts and I was told that I could not get them I am filing this because you all do breakfast until 1130 am why couldnt I get my food. I feel that I have been mistreated and feel that I should not dine with you all anymore until this matter is looked at by someone.

I am so upset! I love hardee's so much and go there quite often. Today I was in a rush for work but made sure I gave myself just enough time to grab breakfast. I ordered two steak n gravy biscuits (One being in a combo). By the time I arrived at work, more than ready to eat! I see I have the wrong food. Now, not only is it the wrong kind of food, but also the wrong amount! And even better I don't have the time to go back and when I do, breakfast would be over. This happens so much at hardee's that i'm kind of ashamed it's my favorite breakfast spot! So sad.
And what's even better, i'm allergic to the food I was given so I couldn't even eat it if I wanted :-)

We live in a small town where food choices are very limited. We have McDonalds, Hardees, Sonic, and Bojangles. None of these other restaurants can compare to a Hardees Biscuit in the morning. I go to Hardees every single morning on my way to work. In the last few months I have noticed the biscuits were over cooked most mornings. It's gotten worse. This morning I ordered three sausage biscuits for myself and some co-workers and they were literally burnt. We had to throw them out. How anyone in their right mind could send out burnt biscuits is beyond belief. Not to mention, I waited in line for fifteen minutes for those burnt biscuits. Can you please contact the management there and inform them that serving burnt biscuits is not acceptable. Thank you!

I place an order 10 30pm and it's close to my house where as I didn't get order more than 90 mins and careless non professional response from staff and driver I place order from [protected] and mobile number is [protected]. I am your regular customer but really sad to say such poor services and will not place any order in future. I can't believe how come Your service become so poor and irresponsible maximum delivery time is 45 mins as per policy. kindly look into this seriously otherwise you will loose your customers.

My name is Ronnie Richburg and I ordered this meal that cost me $10.02 includes tax. The Rib was only 1 sq. in in center of sandwich, the picture shows a full rib covering the whole sandwich along with the thickburger in which I got the 1/4 lb and I also ask for extra Leaf Lettuce I got iceberg lettuce. now I travel a lot all over the country. your pictures show on all your burgers Leaf Lettuce and I cant believer I got what I call one bite of rib on my sandwich. this to me is totally overrated for so little of sandwich and that the picture is so deceiving.

I got two of these sandwiches and they were flat and had 3 pieces of round ham. Nothing even close to what the picture shows not even in the same Galaxy. Now I know that nothing ever looks like the picture but at least try to get it somewhere in the ballpark. Very dissatisfied with this product. Check out the picture and video, it doesn't do the product justice. False advertising at its best.

We just ordered from your North Myrtle Beach, SC location. It was by far the worst experience we've ever had. To start, our meal wasn't right. I ordered 4 $5 meals. The Apple pies were forgotten, the fries were soggy, cold and undercooked and the burgers were so overcooked and cold it was chewy. We waited more than 20 minutes for us to get out fries which doesn't make sense. The fries should have been fresh but they were the complete opposite. Also, we had to wait so long 3 cars behind us left! Your business lost business! Considering my bill was over $25, it should have been right! We will not be returning to your store and we will be telling others about our experience.

I came through drive through and waited 8 minutes while i waited for the car in front of me. They were allowed to stay in line and they were colored. I then pulled up and told to go park somewhere in the parking lot. I said ok it's been 10 mins she was yes go park. I ordered a number 1. As i sit for another 5 mins I seen three people get there food before me. Did they not want to serve me. Was my time or money no good in Pearson GA. I felt like it was like ok we will get to you whenever. I didn't order a hard sandwich. I mean a number 1 meal. So Hardee's you got me for 8 and change. I had to pull off cause I got angry about the situation.

I went through drive thru at Hardee's on whiskey road Aiken sc. My neighbor ordered two milkshakes and large water. We got the water was told to pull up we waited 15 minutes. I drove back around still wasn't ready. I had to pull back up my neighbor went I. And waited about 10 more minutes. For the price of them we couldof had a meal. There were five people working what's the problem? Not happy st all

I ordered Hardee's by 6:07 and they told me 40 minutes sir and you will have your order and then they called me by 6:48 telling me that they are sorry because they can't make delivery at my hotel and now I have nothing to eat on my iftar ?!
that's is not acceptable at all, not professional and so bad .

There is no Hardees in the small city I live in. I go through Circleville Ohio frequently and always stop at the Hardee's there. We are generally satisfied with the food and service. On 06/03 we stopped and ordered 3 drinks and 3 shakes. They were fine. We ordered a mushroom swiss burger. It consisted of a soggy bun, 2 mushrooms, very small patty and american cheese. We ordered a double cheeseburger. Again a soggy bun and no cheese. Also mens restroom toilet was overflowing a urinal was out of order. It was very hot inside building. We complained to no avail. The employees acted like they could care less.
