Wren fitter started work 1 week before we arranged. The whole kitchen delivered - wrong colour and sizes. Order for surfaces emailed to me - wrong colour and edge design and sizes. Everything wrong on all orders. Three weeks into the installation - no kitchen but 24/7 stress levels at highest for all the family! We are at breaking point with this company who are unable to even place/process an order properly. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR A WREN SHOWROOM, you will be wasting you time, money, health for an inferior product (ex MFI says it all)! Our old kitchen (13 years old looked new, strong and all self colour - no white bases with dark fronts, was a Schmidt German kitchen - excellent quality!)
Wish I'd have read reviews on Wren before signing on the dotted line for a £25, 000 rubbish (quality) kitchen which we do not have yet 4 weeks since start of installation.

I purchased a fitted kitchen from Wrens infinity plus high gloss range.
From day one there were issues with the quality of the paint finish. Doors arrived chiped and scratched, there were lumps under the paint and numerous other issues. The kitchen has 15 doors and to date I've been supplied with 43 ! Wren are quite happy to send replacement doors but they are just as bad. I rejected the kitchen but Wren refuse to acknowledge my consumer rights. As a last resort I've started a section 75 claim for my money back from the credit card company. Find WrenKitchenDisastets on Facebook. ignore all the review sites, Wren get negative reviews taken down and bump up their score by getting employees to post positive reviews. You have been warned.

I was driving behind a Wren car on highway when the passenger driver from the company threw out a can. The can flew out of their car from the height of their window, hit my car and the ended up under the wheels of a car behind me. It caused quite a deep scratch on my car although not too long. I reported it to police and called the company. They promised to investigate it and get back to me next day. Three days later I got a call from Victoria Brooke, their Transport Manager telling that I am lying that she had a frank conversation with her drivers who denied the allegation and told her that they don't actually drink from can. She also said that the drivers told her that there was probably something on the road that flew from their car's wheels high next to their car and into my car. I sent her a picture of the scratch. She told me that she has investigated my picture and she saw that there is a scratch on my wheel (I told her I caused that one about 2 years ago). She also said that she thinks that the wheel scratch and can scratch were about at the same height (!) and that they both had to be from the same incident (untrue). She also said that the alleged scratch was quite deep and there is no way that it could be caused by a can (the can hit my car on M11 in a fast lane driving 70MPH). Mind you - I never ask them to pay for any damage on my car just that one scratch! She also said that to believe me I need to have more evidence. Overall, DISGUSTED by the treatment and allegation that I am liar. Victoria and her team needs to get a training on how to deal with complaints, how NOT TO PISS people (and potential customers) off and mainly how to learn saying SORRY rather than finding various ways how to accuse the other person of lying. I don't know if any reasonable person would go through the trouble that I went to if I would be lying!

Side of the bed would not connect as the plates were not aligned correctly. Also one of the plates only had 1 screw connecting it to the bed frame, being supporting this would have failed immediately, thus was extremely unsafe. I fixed this issue as I need the bed, by moving the plates to the correct position and adding the remaining 4 screws required.
I then noticed that the headboard's wooden top was manufactured the wrong way round with the flat edge facing out. It looks ridiculous!
Then to top it all off Wren are refusing to replace the headboard or the bed as I have ''Amended'' it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE manufacturing quality and customer service. I would recommend you shop elsewhere as they do not stand buy fair principles.
I will be taking this up with trading standards, as I will not let this rest until the bed is replaced.
