Ive had wow mobile and have had them for several months
Ive had problems with my phone and the only way to get in touch with them is by email, which i did several times and never heard from them
The phone number I have to contact them had me on hold for over an hour no one answered! This happened 2-3 times
Ive gotten so frustrated I got an iphone and talk about ridiculous trying to port your number from WOW MOBILE to ATT is no easy 15 minute process because
they are a business account with several thousand lines leased from T-mobiles service I have to jump tru hoops to get my number ported over. Let me tell you ive
been workin on porting my number over for 5 business days and today it is still not complete. WOW MOBILE YOU SUCK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
YOU TO ANYONE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!

i am one of the fools that signed up for wow moble. sign up 3 and get your phone service for free. not true. after signing up i found out i had to pay for a web site on a monthly bases. then i found out i had to buy a sim card. then i started getting biled $54.00 a month and i still had no phone service. i tried calling their customer service and after ten trys through out the day, all i got was a busy signal."this from a phone company" so i cancelled my credit card and put in paper work for a charge back hoping to get my investment of $154.00 back.( still waiting for that! ) my fault. is it sounds too good to be true... you know the rest! please do not be stupid like i was. this is a scam.
If I steal from this company I will go to prison but, I guess it's okay they can steal from everyone.
All these complaints from wow mobile are true they came and did the same thing to lot of us in Florida.
I ordered what I thought was a legit business along with products and services for the WOW Mobile service which had unlimited texting, data and so on. I guess it was TOO GOOD to be true. After 3 weeks of not receiving any products/servcies from the company I called the number listed. The number ONLY has a pre-recorded voice that says you have to send them an e-mail to their customer service department. What legit business doesn't have a person you can talk to? So I sent an e-mail and told them I had not received any products/services and wanted a refund. They told me I COULD NOT receive a refund. I then told them again that I have not recevied anything from the company and wanted my entire purchase price back from them. They then sent back an e-mail saying they would forward this to their accounting department. I didn't heard back from anyone. I have since contacted the BBB, my bank and an attorney trying to get my money back. This seems to be a scam and a not very reliable copany that is making hype claims about their products and services which no one has even seen yet.
