Stay away from this company!! We were an hour late because of ferries and they charged us an extra 100 euro to wait!! they knew they had us by the curlies.
The customer service throughout the week rental was non existant and rude whenever we spoke to them on the phone. The info they gave us was either inaccurate or in spanish!!
They also have not refunded our 600 euro deposit on the van so we have now paid double for the weeks hire. Absolutely disgraceful company - also known as eubookers.

    We are sorry Mr. Cox had problems with his rental, but we really must point out several inaccuracies in his account.
    EU Bookings / Worldwide Motorhome Hire are brokers. Mr Cox rented a motorhome from us, and we passed the booking on to the local rental company in Spain. We did not charge him a late fee, this was the company in Spain, because the client was admittedly late for the pickup, and this fee was noted in the terms and conditions he agreed to when making the booking.
    We do not have any Spanish speakers in our office, this is also misleading information.
    Mr. Cox was advised several times of the closing time of the depot, and chose to ignore this information. The depot had to pay an employee to wait several hours for Mr. Cox to arrive.
    Mr Cox delivered the Motorhome back to the rental company in Spain damaged, and was not very complimentary to the local Spanish staff who went out of their way to help him.
    Unfortunately there are two sides to every story and it is easy to post complains on the Internet.
