My husband and I thought that this was exactly what we wanted. We thought; finally a company that will give us affordable prices to go on holiday. If we only knew what would happen. The presentation was presented really well and at a reputable venue.
You can search for accommodation through a website. When I received my website log in and password, the website looked totally different to what they showed us at the presentation. I had to pay 50% of the purchase price of this contract. The contract was R15 000. We gave a R1000 deposited and signed a monthly debit order of +- R610 to pay off the rest of the balance. We paid a lump sum of R6500 to make up more than 50% before I could get my log in and password. The only excuse that they had was that the website is a work in progress and it might be slightly different to the one on the presentation. Went we wanted to book our holiday it was cheaper to go directly than through World travel international. I tried calling the people that I dealt with the day at the presentation, but none of those people worked for the company any more.
I called numerous times and most of the time Nice never calls back. The last conversation we had he told me that I am one of 45 000 clients and that he cannot jump every time I called. Strangely this was exactly that they promised the day at the presentation? I tried speaking to management but they are never available. I tried speaking to someone else in the company with the hope that someone else will give me better service, but not even the switchboard lady Rebecca would put me through to anyone but Nic van Straaten.
I even went to a lawyer and he said that there is nowhere in this contract a cancellation clause. We are stuck with this thing for 30 years. 30 years with people that is a bunch of crooks and I still have to pay the levy every year of R910 which escalate with 10% every year. Is there any way that you will be able to help us please? These people are scamming innocent people every day.

I have been a member since 2007 but have never used their services. When I recently received an SMS from my bank about the debit order payment to WITSA of R1164, I decided to immediately cancel my membership and request a refund of the 2015 subscription. They have thus far refused to do so. Avoid this organization at all costs.
