ordered and paid, item never delivered
I ordered an item from their online website on 15/11/2018, and paid by card. Order number [protected].
On the 26/11/2018 I received an email that said my order has been sent along with a Deutsche Post tracking number. When I check the tracking number on the DP website, "item not found". I waited for a few days, then on the 10/12/2018 I sent WoJ an email asking for an update on my order. They have never replied. A few days after this, I was no longer able to log into my WoJ online account. When I try it says that I have either entered my account details incorrectly (I have not) or my account has been temporarily disabled. Today I tried to call their customer service line which is listed on both their website and their FB page - the number is for MTN business. I am convinced that this is a scam.
They finally responded to my email and the parcel is now showing up on international track and trace.

I placed order [protected] on Jan. 25th, 2018.
On February 8th, I logged into my account on their website and found that my order was listed as "pending," and that their site told me "We have tried contacting you regarding a stock, delay or design change with your order. Please contact customer service via phone or live chat so that we may resolve it for you." They had not contacted me at all.
On Feb. 20th, I received the following email: "We apologize for the delayed response and inconvenience caused with your order.
We have not forgotten your order and will do our best to resolve this matter to your satisfaction, as soon as possible.
We are currently moving to new facilities and once we complete this process we will attend to your request.
We will appreciate you to bear patience for a few days more."
I contacted them again on March 26th, and they never responded.
On May 14th I sent them two more emails. One email asked for a status update on my order. That email went unanswered. I sent a second email that same day asking generically for help with an order. That email they responded to the following day. As soon as I responded with my order number, they stopped answering.
Now here we are, over four months later, and I can't get an answer for them at all.

I want immediate and full refund and an answer. I hope this is simple enough for you to understand as requested in your explanations. LOL. Or maybe a lawyer could explain better to you what scaming is?

worst online shopping experience
I'm mad because I never received my order I paced approx. two months ago. There's anything they can do, so they are useless for me.
The items presented on their website are not really in stock and you will never find it out until you pay for the order. Not really convenient for customers. but who really cares about us? They already have our money, why get worried then?
Their customer service works like crap as well. They seldom answer and never keep their word. Awful service, terrible business.
Run away from them if you don't want to be scammed.
non-receipt of items purchased
I ordered three items totaling $255 on july 21, with the guarantee of receipt within 5-9 business days.
Two items arrived after about 20 days, only one of them was correct. The third, which was actually my main reason for ordering has still not even shipped!
Numerous attempts have been made to contact this company without any real success. Nothing that they promise is truthful!
I have not received products ordered or been able to contact company
I placed an order, no. 2012737, on July 15, 2017. I was provided a confirmation email which stated delivery would take place within 11-20 business days. Despite emailing and calling (leaving a message) about when to expect delivery, there is no response. I need to know because I was expecting the items in time for my daughter's wedding. I stated this in one message that I sent. Nothing. If you call the no., there is no one ever available. It seems like fraud. Please advise.
Received a broken item
My order 83768 arrived broken. Sure was well wrapped SO since there was no chipped piece in the wrapping it was packed chipped.

Product not received
I placed an order with this company on 9/26 and have been trying to get the product ever since. I've discovered they sent it to the wrong address and the package was returned to them but still can't get a refund. They are holding $300 of my money with no merchandise to show for it. This is the second time they have shipped to the wrong address and their customer service is very poor. Do not do business with them - they will rip you off.

9/7 promised to expedite order to cousin currently visiting in Israel and refund expense of mailing back wrong order.
As of today (9/18): no replies for updates, no correct order, no refund of shipping costs.

My presents were stuck somewhere and the seller didn't respond to my phone calls
I bought some Judaic presents for my family from the website www.worldofjudaica.com. It was horrible, because I have asked to deliver it ASAP. The seller replied that the delivery would take 4 days. I paid extra sum for the delivery. However, I haven’t received the order. I already returned from my holidays and noticed that there was no delivery of the order. I called the seller, but the phone was switched off. Scam.
Ordered goods 29 March 2018. Order #[protected] Money taken from account 2nd April 2018. No goods yet received. Sent 2 e mails and no response to either.
Have looked at their Facebook and there are a lot of similar reviews.
The seller provided defective stuff, but he refused to change it
I bought glass from the website www.worldofjudaica.com, but these jerks delivered only broken stuff. I of course returned it back to the seller, but this jerk refused to change it. He spoke in rude manner with me, so I was really upset. I wasted time and money, but all my attempts failed. I got nothing from this awful seller. Therefore I decided to post negative review and warn other people about this crap.
They didn't confirm your order and didn't send it
I bought Jewish jewellery from www.worldofjudaica.com. I placed the order and paid for it, but the seller only charged me and didn’t provide the confirmation. After 3 weeks I finally contacted them and asked about the order, but the seller told me that it was out of stock. I waited 4 weeks and never got money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I have ordered and prepayed 4 items, of which this unspeakable not-a-shop-at-all delivered 1 only. Then they started to string me along by saying first: oh, your ordered itmes aren't in stock and won't ever be again so, please, do use this other RELIABLE website and order new items instead of the prepayed, yet undekivered ones. Then again, again and again: oh, sorry, in spite of these being on the "reliable" website as "in stock", weeeell, they aren't. And for such answers I had to prompt them by e-mails because by themselves they wouldn't have notified me. After the 4th or fifth such incident I got fed up and suspicious that they just want to ovorstep the Paypal deadline so I'd lose to them my prepaid sum so I demanded back the price of the undelivered items and their handling, administrative and posting fee since those hadn't happened too. At the same time I started a partial refund process at Paypal since this co hasn't given me a single reason to trust them. Again the co has promised a refund within 3 days, than 10 days later AGAIN AT MY PROMPTING they wrote back that oh, with my paypal refund claim they have stopped their refund WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. That was about 6 weks ago, since then there goes the paypal refund story because paypal strted out with full refund which is not my case. Meanwhile the co has asked me by e-mail to stop my paypal claim without giving any reason to it. Then some guy called Aron called me from Jerushalem and tried to feed me, that oh, it's really not their fault to take prepayments over items they don't actually know if they are in stock or not. A heartfelt retching to him and to all this rigmarole that can hardly be called a business but rather a scam. Not a single positive experience throughout this story, only mazochists with funds for throwing them out of the window should be "customers" of this site of horrors. I have all the screenshots of the e-mails between us for proof.
