World of Judaica / Product not received

I placed an order with this company on 9/26 and have been trying to get the product ever since. I've discovered they sent it to the wrong address and the package was returned to them but still can't get a refund. They are holding $300 of my money with no merchandise to show for it. This is the second time they have shipped to the wrong address and their customer service is very poor. Do not do business with them - they will rip you off.
