I ordered a guitar, and as of today, it has been 5 months, and there is still no sign of it. This is absolute crap. I've phoned them, they say it's probably a lost package, and they'll email me with further details along with "tracer package information" and they do not. They've stopped responding to my emails.

From what this is now, it's a scam. I have payed for my purchase, but I have yet to receive it.

I honestly hope World Music Supply is an honest, and hard-working company, and my lost guitar is simply a one in a million occurrence, but things look dim.

I know that it may not be purely the fault of WMS, as USPS or whatever carrier they're using to ship with, is handling the product, but they could AT LEAST reply to my email, or not put me off on the phone, and ship me my guitar again.

Thanks, WMS, I still don't have my guitar.

Hello, i was about to order but did a Google search and found a Facebook page which says you guys are crooks.

I'm updating my feedback on World Music supply above. I finally received my Washburn RX50 in perfect condition. Thank you Terry and World Music Supply. I will buy from you again.

I ordered a Washburn RX50 on World Music SUpply online which indicated available. I received an email to call World Music Supply and was told it is not currently available. So I cancelled my order.
But I still see the guitar on sale with available stock.
I wrote an email to check if the guitar has become available because I really want to buy it - but I didn't receive any reply. Can World Music Supply confirm if the guitar is truly available?

Repsonse from World Music Supply: The guitar was on back order, and approved by customer and didnt ship for about 4 months, so 6 months waiting is not the whole truth. To Canada we ship via US postal service which requires 60 days on a package tracer. The end result... The customer made a typo and after we shipped it, we traced it about 2 weeks later after we found out it didnt arrive. about 45 days later they found it, returned it to us, and the label matched the address he gave us via an online order. We run an honest business, but no matter what you do, people are quick to complain, and when it turns out he was in error, he never bothered to update this complaint. We have been in business since 1993. You dont stay around that long treating customers badly. We aim to please, but admit we do occasionally make mistakes, but try to make them right when we do. When a customer makes a mistake, we still try to help.
