[Resolved] World Binary Exchange / Offer of free 'training' in their trading strategy with no cost.

This group offered free 'training' with no cost if complete. Promised no cost when discussed with promoter of program on the phone. Promoter said training would be valuable even if didn't buy their products. Completed the 'training' which was not training, just direction on placing their recommended trades. Then received an Invoice for $999 on basis that didn't complete training, with threat to take to collection agency. Their packages start at $12, 000 and go to $124, 000.

Trades did not show any profit on the testing platform during the training period, only a loss.

I expect the company to follow due process in accordance with Australian Law.

This is a serious SCAM - be warned and let others know.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    We would like to clarify that we do not offer 'TRANING' but we offer a free 'TRIAL' of our services. If you had completed the trial as stipulated and complied to the conditions you have agreed on during the compliance call, we would not certainly bill you the fee for the trial in accordance to the verbal agreement.

    It is unfortunate to hear that during your trial of our product you did not see any profit, nevertheless please be aware that the trial is simply there to get a "feel" of the service and that it does not reflect the actual monthly outcome.

    Based on your comments here, it seems that you have followed the agreement of the "Trial" not "Training." If you deem anything is amiss in the process, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives, we are very much willing to assist you in this matter and get a prompt resolution.
