Worklife Rewards / False Promises
Ever since getting my Worklife Rewards card from Office Depot, I have had a problem. First someone else registered with my phone number according to Office Depot, so they received my Rewards. Then I was told I would be mailed $16.72 in writing, which later changed to $18.82. Needless to say, I never received these rewards, so complained to the BBB. Office Depot came up with excuse after excuse and kept contradicting themselves with each letter I received from them. They told the BBB I refused to deal with Customer Relations, yet the letters I received were from Customer Relations. They also said a family member would assist me in getting my rewards, which they later changed to the Store would help me, but failed to inform me, proving fraud on their part!
