I searched this online and their website says that they are offering online jobs and you can work from home.
Before you can start working here, they required a registration fee, depending on the type of job you are going to do. So before I start working for them, I paid ($42) and they informed me that it is for facilitating my registration which is why there is a fee.
Then after that, they sent me my first work and I finished working on it for 15 days. Then after reviewing my work, they sent me an email showing me my Salary. But before I can receive my salary, they said that I need to pay the GST tax first which is equivalent to 18% of my salary. I discussed this with them (Punit Rathi) via email and it lasted for a month because I'm asking them why they're requiring me to pay the tax and I insisted them to just deduct the tax from my salary. They said that it is not a practice in India's government. In short, I paid for the GST amounting to ($180) just so I can receive my salary.
After sending my payment via Western Union, I followed them up about the payment and requested them if they can already send my salary. After several days, they informed me that there is a problem with the processing of my salary and I need to pay again the amount of $230. This is for the one-time fee so that my salary will process within 3 days and I will no longer wait. Because of this, I told them that I am no longer interested to continue working with them because they keep on asking for money. I told them that the reason I applied to work is to have an extra income, but instead, I was the one who is sending money to them. Then I demanded Kahal Rawat to return all the money I paid to them. After that, they no longer replied to my emails. I keep following up on my emails but there's no response from them. The person I communicate with via email is Kajal Rawat and the person who is receiving the money from Western Union is Aub Mirza.
Desired outcome: I wanted them to refund the payment I paid to them, and if this company is a Scam, then they should not be allowed to post jobs online and their website should be taken down.
Online Form Filling
I paid registration fees Rs. 2500 for Online form Filling on July 5, sent the screenshot to the site the same day. They acknowledged it on the same day and said we will contact you shortly with work details. I waited for two days but they did not respond. So I wrote to them to give the work details. On July 8 they wrote back there is a server problem. Again some days passed but they did not respond at all. Finally I wrote to them again. They replied on July 21 that they will sent the work details on July 22 but did not sent it. I phoned them; a man picked up the phone and said he is busy in a meeting or something like that. I have phoned on some other days too but their phone keeps on ringing nobody picks it up. Is this the kind of support that a genuine site give to its members? As this is a long distance call I can’t even properly hear what he is speaking that is the reason why each time I speak to him I ask him to check the e-mail that I sent to them. But they are not even willing to do that. Before getting money they were very keen on answering every query that I made in relation to Online Form Filling. But after they received the money, they don’t even check the mails that I have sent them. Now that it is almost one month I know they make false promises and false claims and is not ready to give work as their only intention was to get money. The reason why I am writing this is because I do not wish anyone’s hard earned money to go to such scam site.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
