McDonald's in Cumberland, Maryland. There is this one Shift manager who thinks he was King Kong and thinking he can drive people insane. Well guess what one day I quit that place due to that stupid [censor]. It was a male shift manager and his name is Josh Weir. When I was working at the 22 Queen City Drive Cumberland, Maryland. That particular treated me like some idiot. Got news for him I'm doing a nice tell all. I respected your punk [censor] everyday. But you had some attitude problem. So 1 day I went to the Regional Supervisior and told on your [censor]ing [censor] for threatening to clock out people because they were told they had 5 minutes to go to the bathroom. Also another reason I quit McDonald's was the fact they can bring European ideas and jam down the throats of every single worker including management in which it does not work. McDonald's has no respect for the United States of America. McDonald's has even violated the rights of its workers including religious rights guarnated by the American Constitution. McDonald's has also did reduced hours down to the point where they think the US Government can take care of the employees. Well guess what the Government can't take care of people and should not take care of people at all. McDonald's is one of the biggest Liberal run companies that it has hypocracy all over it.

My daughter works at a macdonalds in the north east of England. She is desperate to find alternative employment. The management treat her like [censor] and she cries on a daily basis.

I used to work at Target. They I really did not like working there at times. Let me give all of your readers a glimpse on what each cashier goes through. Every cashier is human. Target has a series of questions that we have to ask each guest. Will this be on your target card? Would you like to save 10% by opening an account? How was your experience? Did you find everything that you were looking for? I agree with one of your viewers cashiers get tired. It is not that we are not friendly. Dealing with the public is not easy especially when target does not pay well. Give us a break, and target has one of the best return policies I have ever seen. They give you 90 days to return items, most stores give only 30 days. And lose your receipt they have an option to look up the transaction using your debit or credit card. Most companies don't allow that option. If you are returning something without a receipt and you paid cash for it, that is not Target's fault it is the customer's problem. They need to have a valid US id when processing returns without receipts, for legal purposes. I had to deal with guests constantly whining and [censor]ing in my face for following target policy. Guests should try being courteous to Target employees for a change.

WOW, we also live here in Temple GA and I agree that MCD SUCKS! I would give them a lot more of my money if they had a play ground. They could have made so much more money if they would have made an area for kids. I ordered chicken nuggets there and I got one that was COLD like reallly COLD... COME ON... the fries are always soggy and the mexican lady in the morning is VERY RUDE she seems to get annoyed when i ask for ketchup. IT'S YOUR JOB! I just drive the extra 10 mins to chick fil a in Villa Rica to get a my pleasure and have a nice day with HOT FRIES and good size chicken on my sandwich.

This is all you can find to complain about is what kind of onions they put on the sandwich? Atleast you got onions on it.

If Mcdonalds service is so bad don't eat there. They treat their employees like work horses and expect to move faster that light all day non stop sometimes without a break. Some 24 hour restaurants may have three people in the store and one person making and cooking food, washing dishes, changing trash and setting up for breakfast at one time one their own without much help from the mananger. They are quick to tell workers they can easily be replaced. That stress comes from being overworked and underpaid so you people could have your mcdonalds experience made "happy." Do you people realize your paying for the same "food" with the worst quality ever for higher prices? Start bringing bagged lunches again and start cooking dinner and stop complaining fast isn't always better or healthy?

Try getting out of the car and going in to the restuarant. You will get better service, and if for some reason they do not get the order right, you will be able to complain to someone who might just care.

You can request fries without salt and then put your own on if you find them too salty. Each person salts things differently.

You will only ever find teenagers working there. It's a minimum wage job and an easy way for a teen to make some cash. You don't need many skills to work at McDonald's. Let's face it, not all responsible adults want to work a drive thru.

As for the sauces. Anytime you order any sauce or condiment that does not already come on the sandwich, you will get charged for it. I.e. If you want mayo on your quarter pounder, you will be charged extra. If you ask for Mac sauce, sometimes the grill staff thinks it goes "on the side", mainly because the window staff don't communicate.

McDonald's is cheaply priced and cheap tasting. Why would you expect anything but the lowest standards?

As far as your first complaint goes, the doors not working, you can probably speak with that store's manager to get that resolved quickly. The other two complaints, the high chair and the special diets, probably won't change anytime soon. The high chair issue can probably get resolved but the special diet issue is a HUGE corporate decision. Write to them directly so that they know the demand is out there.

Well, I have been working for Mcdonalds for 8 years. I have never seen such things happen. I am now a store manager and kids still in school can never close during the week. So what ever Mcdonalds was doing that is illegal and needed to be reported. But don't allow one mccdonalds to ruin it for all. And you should not have your kids thinking mcdonalds is a bad place to work cause they will use that with any job not to work cause they know mom or dad is going to take up for them. A job is a job and thats why they are sent out into the real world to learn but if we take up for them and talk bad about jobs they will never be responsible. Mcdonalds is a great place to work and got me a townehouse a new car and my kids never want for nothing.

you should never send your kids to work at mcdonalds, itll ruin their lifes, i know bc i work there. serving people is hard and if they are not satisfied they can make you feel worthless, i know bc i come home crying after a day of work. i started working there 2 years ago soon as i turned 16 and i hate it soo much and i work everysingle holiday which ruins holidays for me.

I know. It is the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. The lunchs are tollerable, but the suppers are horendous. A comment was made about how bad they was to an employee, and they replied they didn't care, it is McDonalds and people will come back. It is bad when you live in a small town and the choices for food is minimal and you have something like this. It is just a waste of real estate space if you ask me.

You people act as if this complaint is over your heads. The minute your child or someone close to you has a problem simular you're going to be ready to go to war. You shouldn't judge the situation so harshly. I mean most of us are on here for a specific reason. (remember the rocks and glass house story?)

We ordered 30 biscuits for the Dublin Methodist Church and was told we could have a discount. I stopped by at Dublin McDonalds and was given the biscuits which 15 were sausage and 15 ham biscuits. I was told the bill was 63 dollars and some cents. I asked if he could give me a discount and he said that it already was included. I can"t believe that amount was correct, and I would like to know why .

Just recently My two friends and I went to mcdonalds for a burger. What a disaster ! One employee was asleet on the table, another two employees were making out at a table. The place was filthy and flys were all over the place. I really did not want to eat what I have ordered after just looking around. What a shame. Colonial Heights VA needs new management.

The takeout or dine in tax you mentioned is not some secret tax McDonald's uses it's actually the state sales tax it is named that way so when you order the cashier knows whether to put your food on a tray or in a bag. As for you other complaints about slow service give some consideration as to the experience of the employees maybe some of the people were new sometimes people get overwhelmed and it doesn't help that they have people threatening them. Or sometimes you just have a lazy supervisor and he has rubbed off on his employees. If that was the case then I would contact corporate and have him removed. As far as the lady going in the kitchen, she should be arrested for harassment and trespassing. Hope this helps you

I work at McDonalds in Australia, and that type of thing is completely forboden! When I was in school, they refused to let me work those shifts. Why didnt you report it to the union or something? Threaten to sue for unfair dismissal? i dont know what it is like at other stores, but the othernight two girls threatened a customer but could not be fired because A. it was not caught on camera, and B. they threatened to sue for unfair dismissal

McDonalds UK run franchises which central customer services won't take any responsibility for. They can rent out the brand, but the franchisees can do what they feel like with the service, and are not accountable centrally. McDonalds don't take their customers seriously - mind you, with a clown as the star of the brand, I guess I couldn't expect more.

If it is that nasty why would you place a food order in the first place? Take you fat lazy ### to the store by food and go home and prepare it... Or at least leave and go to a clean FAT FOOD resteruant...

Today I decided to try the new country style chicken sandwich from Mcdonalds as usual with all Mcdonalds sandwiches it was way to salty, nevertheless I proceeded to eat while i was driving home. As I was about to take the last bite, i realise this grey things was hanging from the what is suppose to be chicken. It this grey rubbery skin none like I have ever seen before. Immediately I had an upset stomach, wondering what in gods name did I just eat.

I would like to get whatever it is tested to see what it was, if anyone has any suggestion as to where i can go about getting that done i would appreciate it.
