hoodies arrived very late after I moved away ni phone to contact
This order id: 1837495 has arrived very late after I moved away from that address had to leave town and the company had no phone to contact... Or any other sources. Is absolutely a scam 8n the sense that is no customer servuce or anuy contact info whatsoever.
Lucky I was able to refuse the parcels by phone and will fight it with bbb and my creditcard company. Sadly this firm is an embarasment for canada.

eric gautier - scam operation
Avoid this company at all costs. It is a scam operated by "eric gautier". You won't receive the goods you pay for. Eric tries a typical stalling tactic, such as informing you your order will be sent in 3 separate shipments, belated customer services responses with promises of goods being dispatched or that you will receive them next work.
The objective? To delay you out of the period legally accepted to request a chargeback from your bank or paypal.
If you have ordered from wordans, contact your bank or file a paypal claim asap.

I ordered a couple of shirts from wordan's on 2/04/2018 and till this day havent received anything. Ive reached out to them a few times, and although their response time is really terribly slow, they said I was supposed to get my order last week, and definitely at the very latest march 12. I still havent heard anything. Im ready to sue them at this point. The lack of communication on their behalf about the status of my package is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Waiting for nearly a month and a half for an order you expected in less than 5 days is beyond insane. This company should be out of business!
Scam operation. Contact your bank and request a chargeback ASAP. If you paid via Paypal, contact Paypal.
Their strategy is to try and stall so you fall outside the accepted period by banks and Paypal to request your money back.
shipment still in france
Ordered online over $2100 worth of t-shirts, the t-shirts are still in france as the shippers had to return the goods as they did not provide proper invoices etc... The t-shirts have not moved, I have had no feedback to my queries and based on the reviews which are all bad i'd say I will never receive them so I have had to cancel my attendance at an event as I know that they will not be here on time - if at all. I have lost money now due to this and my reputation as a local distributor of graphic tees. I need to cancel my order and get a refund asap. Order id is 1824646 and I will report this company to the accc if nothing is done to amend this.

I was having no luck with the order i placed at first either. Every number listed online for them isnt the right one but the phone number on my bank statement for them did work.[protected]...
I placed my order july 13th and after calling them i finally got it july 27th. But they did send it. I would suggest calling between 11:30am-12:30 pm and ask for John Matias. I hope this helps everyone..
Nothing will be done. Scam operation by Eric Gautier. The company is illegally operating in Australia. I recommend contacting the ATO and ASIC in addition to ACCC.

Placed order and paid in full october 23rd but order was never sent. Email inquiry resulted in claim that was their high season and they had a back log but said it would be sent in 3 - 5 days. When that didn't happen, sent a couple follow-up emails but got no reply, so sent email canceling my order and requesting refund. Got reply saying refund request sent to financial department and it would be processed and issued in 15 days. Didn't happen, so sent another email & got a lengthy run around response about how refunds are processed by financial department. Sent another email but got no response.
So now it's been almost 4 months and i've received nothing but a bunch of email lies from a guy named christo in customer service!

I ordered on january 26th for the first time, expecting to receive my items shipped within 24 hours as their website states. It is now february 5th, they will not return my emails to customer service, and none of my order has shipped. I needed these shirts in a timely manner for a disney trip... Guess I better go to plan b and pray that I can get my money back.

I placed an order on 1/14/18 order #1772827 and have yet to receive any information on the shipment or about anything of my order. I would like a refund because the shipment did not ship within he time frame that is posted and I have ordered shirts from another company and no longer need your services. I will never order from wordans again. And I will be sure to tell everyone not to go on this website because it's a scam. They don't have any proper customer service or a number to contact the sellers. They only provide emails and don't reach back to you in a proper time.

I placed a large order for 90 items and have been charged but have received nothing! It's been almost 2 weeks and when I look into the tracking information it shows that it hasn't been shipped yet. No one responds to my numerous emails and there is no phone number for wordan's. I am at a loss for what to do now. I wish I had done my homework because clearly this place is a scam!
If it was a legit company surely they would respond to my emails...

how the wordans stole christmas
I ordered several hoodies for men in our family and Xmas gifts. None of the hoddies arrived. It was such an epic fail and an awkward situation. As I spent a lot of money on the order I didn't know what to do and where to find alternatives.
Needless to say, I ordered the hoodies 5 weeks before Xmas and I think they have enough time to send everything. Oh, I didn't say that I also paid for an expedited shipping? Oh well, looks like they are very experienced in ruining Christmas.

I have recently ordered from Wordans which I recieved and was extremely happy with as they arrived on time and the products where what was expected.
I then placed an order on 4th December to the value of €415 to which I assumed it would arrived the 2/3days later as usual. Its now the 19th December amd still no order.
Ive emailed numerious emails of wordans and still no reply. So customer care does not exsist with this company!
My order is stated as "SHIPPED" since the 7th December. I have no idea where my order is or where my money has gone.
There are going to be unhappy kids for christmas this year all thanks to Wordans.

It is now December 19th and I have heard nothing and have received no new information from your company. From the complaints I'm reading I'm not feeling very good about this situation. 3 long sleeve t shirts $23.16 was my purchase
I ordered in November. They took my money immediately. My order is still "pending" and says to be shipped 12/12/17. It hasn't been shipped yet. I sent them an e mail which they have apparentley ignored. I've called the phone numbers listed on the web, they are disconnected. these are a xmas present I really need them asap! Can you help me get the shirts or get my money back. I ordered these on Nov 18th and it is now Dec18th and they are still pending on my order. Xmas is next week
this company is a fraud!
I placed an order with this company October this year, order number 1661314. I paid for express delivery as I was in a hurry and until the 8th of November when I eventually had to cancel the order (as I needed the goods urgently and had to order elsewhere) it was always status pending. I emailed, messaged and tried to call this company again and again for assistance and it was impossible to get a response! the tel number does not ring and every email address on the site ignored me (assuming they are real as I have my doubts!) I finally got a response from a person called Ben on November 8th (only after I went on a 3rd party site to place a 1 star review), Ben assured me a refund and low and behold 5 weeks later, still no refund has been issued! this is not good enough! this company does not treat people with the respect or care that a real company should! As it stands I posted another review on Dec 6th in hope of a response after again emailing with no answer, my review was of course 1 star, so I got a message asking me to wait 48 hours before my review was posted in doing so giving Wordans a chance to resolve it. I have had no communication from Wordans and my review has not been posted! PLEASE do not order from this company! they will take your money instantly and you will be lucky to receive anything other than hardship!

How you are still running a business is beyond me! I have finally received a email after 3 weeks telling me that I will get a refund and some ridiculous option... which made me laugh out loud. Anyway I replied with option 2 and yet to receive a refund!

I've not received the refund promised. Thank god it was only a small amount as I see others who have spent a great deal more than me and not received anything yet.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received anything, website says 3 days shipping to chicago.
I have sent multiple emails, called multiple numbers for wordans, all where disconnected and did not receive a response back.
My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint and contact my bank to get my money back and file fraud charges against Wordans.

I ordered 43 pieces of clothing on October 6th, today is November 14th and the order just says processed. I've emailed numerous times and have gotten one response that didn't tell me when my order will be shipped. The sales rep Christo has not replied to any following messages. I'm in utter disbelief with how bad this company is. I was told they could offer me some sort of compensation but then hasn't even responded.

I ordered t-shirts for out team over a month ago from Wordans and was billed immediately. I have yet to receive items ordered and billed for and it states items are in a pending state on their site. Nothing has shipped and I have contacted company several times just to get my money refunded, with no response.
I am extremely disappointed with their response to my emailed complaints/questions about my order. This company needs to reimburse me for my purchase made that they have failed to fulfill.

I ordered six chairs on 11th September (order no: 1557615) and paid in advance for the chairs and for shipping. I have heard nothing since. When I track my order it is always "processing". It is impossible to contact Wordans and there has been no response to my previous complaints. Would somebody from Wordans please tell me what is happening to my order.

I have been ordering from Wordans for quite some time now. Unfortunately, they tend to be flaky. My most recent issue is with an order was placed two weeks ago that still has not shipped. I tried contacting all the email addresses on file. No response. I tried contacting them on three separate numbers, but all are disconnected. This has happened before and they always blame it on some infrastructure issue. They are completely unreliable, and I will be pursing legal action against them should they not cancel/refund my money.
