Woot / Terrible service

I made an order with Woot for three items about a week ago. When I received a confirmation email I found out they shipped only one item. I immediately contacted customer service and asked what was going on. They said that there was some sort of mistake, apologized and said that everything will be fine. Week passed and one item is on it's way, the other two are still processing! Things I ordered are gifts for my loved ones! Now I'll receive only one item on time, but I need all three! What a disaster!
