Woolworths mobile service & e-gift card

I purchased a Woolworths mobile over a month ago and I still haven't got any service connection what so ever. I can't make phone calls, send texts or use data. Ive made several phone calls to the Woolworths phone line and there's been nothing done except a $30 E-Gift got sent out to me through email this morning and it still hasn't arrived. Ive also purchased another 3 Woolworths sim cards because the person I was talking to on the phone advised me to do so. It all turned out to be for no reason. I'm getting quite fed up on how long this process is taking and also because nothing is being done about my phone..
Is there any way my mobile can get the connection fixed asap without me having to go out of my way and purchase any more sim cards etc

Woolworths parsley

Hi, during our recent grocery shopping in Woolworths, we have purchased parsley which looked fine in the shop. Once we came home and unpacked we discovered that it was rotten inside, please refer to the picture attached. I have to say it was extremely unpleasant and disappointing to discover that a shop like Woolworths failed to do a proper check of items displayed for purchase. We have recently moved to Perth and were deciding on our go to grocery. I have to say that this experience was not in favour of Woolworths at all and hope this will be looked into.

Woolworths woolworths mobile

I tried purchasing one of your Oppo r9 plus with the $50 plan and I was told to email customer care with a drivers license and 3 recent pay slips. My mum is buying the phone for myself as I am only 17 years of age. My mother does not work which then therefore means she cannot display any payslips. She will be paying the phone off with her money and I will be paying her each month with the cost. I have tried multiple times with different emails just trying to do such a simple thing like purchasing a phone and plan. I have tried to attach my pay slips to prove that I have money however I keep getting the automatic email sent back saying failure. I have also rang customer service line to try and get some help however the lady I spoke to on the phone was no help at all and told me that she had to leave due to closing. I am very unhappy with the situation and all I would like is to just puchase a phone.

Woolworths navel oranges

Bought 6 oranges last week. They were all badly dehydrated and inedible. Yesterday I bought 8 more. Have cut into 4 so far and the inside looks light orange instead of deep orange, and all were really sour. Threw then and the other 4 out. Your fruit and vegetables leave little to be desired. Your fresh strawberries are also tasteless and horrible. I went through a whole season last year buying a few punnets every week and i would throw most of them away. Where the hell is your quality assurance?

Woolworths "the odd, bunch" apples pears and avocados

Hi there,
I have been a regular customer of Woolworths supermarket. I have always loved their products until recently. I had bought "the odd bunch" apples, pears and avocados a couple of times thinking it's just the shape is odd and the quality is the same. But to my surprise all the fruits were spoilt within a day, some even few hours after bringing home. I am really unhappy with the quality of theese products and theese products have gone directly into my bin. I would like to know if the odd bunch quality is poor and wanted to bring this experience to your notice.

Please find the bill and pics attached
Thank you.

Woolworths woolworths owned poker machines

Petition started at Change.Org

Did you know that Woolworths Limited 'Woolies Supermarket' is the largest hotel and gaming poker machine operator in Australia? With approximately 75% share in 12, 125 poker machines in many of our working class and poorer local communities? They reported their recent profit earnings as $1.3 BILLION dollars!

Whilst they project their savvy marketing image as a 'family-orientated' socially responsibly Australian corporation, with the current 'Reindeer carrots for Christmas' campaign, showing a privileged child spreading carrots on a plate on Christmas Eve, in a comfortable home, and her loving father putting her to bed when she falls asleep - thousands of vulnerable and less fortunate families are being affected by gambling. The Christmas for these families and kids will most likely be far from the fantasy Christmas image that Woolworths TV marketing is presenting.

Woolworths employs thousands of people and participate in many 'good' practices, however, their poker machines are also associated with significant damage to thousands of vulnerable individuals, families and children in our communities, which ultimately affects all of us.

I emailed Woolworths asking them if they had rehabilitation programs for the families and kids affected by gambling, and Woolworths responded with:

'Hi Vesna, thank you for your post. We agree that problem gambling is a complex issue of concern to the community and we take our commitment to promote responsible gambling practices very seriously. Thanks'

Please help in sharing this information with our Australia community!

By signing this petition, we are STANDING UP to this Australian giant - Woolworths - together, and asking them to:

1. Be transparent and Own up as Australia's largest hotel and gaming poker machine operator.

2. Tell us, what rehabilitation programs they have in place for the vulnerable individuals, families and children whose lives are destroyed by gambling?

3. Divest their pokies investments into more socially responsible investments that help this country be better, and be a true Australian business leader!

Woolworths hot roast beef

I purchased a Hot Roast Beef bag at Woolworths Point Cook today for $10. When I got home I found that it was actually roast silverside. Needless to say it was a huge disappointment. No where on the bag does it state that it was silverside. Very confident that the majority of customers would have felt as cheated as my family and I felt tonight. Needless to say...never again. Further frustrated by your online feedback form not loading.

Woolworths customer service

Last week at Woolies Bateau Bay I helped my 91yo Mum put her $50 apx grogeries through the self service and then my own similar value from our trolly. I was astounded that the rude blond large staff attendant came up to us as I was paying to state next time I was not to use this self service as we had too much and next time we must go through the operator as we were taking up room.I asked if she prefer next time I go through Coles rather. I spend over $15000pm at Wollies as I have a food stall and buy all my drinks etc there. My family has shopped there for decades and considering there is Aldi and Coles in the centre one would think they would think twice.

Woolworths unethical deals

I had received a $10 off next shop when shopping at woolworths on the 28th of November and the next time I went shopping (on the 6th of December) at wooworths I attempted to use this deal and was told this deal expired on the 4th of December. Seriously the deal only lasts 7 days so you cant even use it on your next weekly shop, bit of a scam really, I would not have been shopping at woolworths had I not received this deal and was very annoyed that I had shopped there again with your higher prices and then was unable to even use the voucher you had given me just 8 days later!

Had exactly the same experience .The use by date is in such small print it is impossible to read. This $10 off offer is a complete rip-off. If this is the typical practise of Woolworth I won't be coming back any time soon.

Woolworths select chai latte box of 10

I have been purchasing this product for the last 8 years and went into the Gawler SA store to purchase and Customer Service advised me that the product has been discontinued. I was in shock... I have tried other brands... trust me... and none of them are of the same standard as this product. Can you please advise me if there is any way it can continue as the CS lady at Gawler has seen my buy this product in bulk and she said others buy it too and love it... so if there is a call for it, why has it been discontinued?

Woolworths poor customer service from "april" at preston (vic) woolworth

Date of incidents: Sat (am) 15/10/16 and Sat(am) 03/12/16. This employee with the name badge on as April who was on in the two dates of the self check out and customer inquiry service was very rude. She is brown eyed and naturally brunette but has dyed bottle blonde hair. At the self check out she is abrupt and rude to customers when they turn to ask for assistance. She tells them "it self explanatory" and "you shouldn't be here if you can't do it yourself" ie operate the check out and with that attempts to stand over them. When asked again she goes there very slowly like she couldn't care less about her job; and it's a huge chore for her. This stand over behaviour is the same when she is selling stuff on the enquires stand. Abrupt and rude to customers saying "make up your mind" when she doesn't listen and follow the instructions of what customers want.

Kathy the Pilipino girl who is shift superviser is hopeless on both occaisons pretending she didn't hear and moving away from the scenario. She can't manage her staff.

Please do not put this April on again. 0/10 for customer service and for being rude to customers. I must add she makes snide side remarks about a customer after they leave to other employees, which is unnecessary and ###.

Woolworths I am complaining about the service at marsden woolworths

My mum was shopping at the Marsden Woolworths on the 4th December 2016, Sunday. As she was packing her items into the trolley, the customer behind my mum knocked off her toilet spray by accident and then as he handed it to the check-out boy they both smirked at the fact it had broken and the check-out boy just put it to the side, left the broken pieces on the floor and never even offered to get my mum another one. This kind of service is not acceptable! My mum has a spinal injury and felt very embarrassed at the whole situation! I, myself work in retail and this is definitely not good customer service!

Woolworths is in the practice of not providing dockets unless you ask them for one. If you don't get one this is great for them as you now have no recourse if there is something wrong with the product. When you do get one they fade, again you have no recourse as the company says you must have a docket. Recently I discovered that 2 videos had not been unlocked so I took them back to have them unlocked. I had scanned a copy so that I would have proof.

When I took them back I was told this was not acceptable as only the original docket was acceptable. Imagine presenting them with a docket you can no longer read. I think this is malpractice on Woolworths part so you cannot return faulty goods. What more, who's fault was it that the videos were not unlocked your blasted staff. To have this response from your company I find discusting as I was given the impression of get lost, who cares, not our problem.

Woolworths caffitily pods woolworth brand

Would like to complain about the taste of the coffee pods that are now at Woolworths. They taste disgusting nothing like the original coffee pods. I have tried both the medium and the expresso in these pods and they are digusting. Why change something that was a nice tasting coffee. I realise that the pods have now gone to a 10 pod pack instead of 16 but they are nothing like the 16 pod pack. I would like to find out if it is the same coffee that is being used. If not I will not be buying Caffility brand anymore from Woolworths. Maybe I might change machines. I am really disappointed in the new change to the coffee pods. Please inform me as I used to buy at least 2 to 3 packs of these a week.

Woolworths online / support

Horrible service, placed an order online and paid for it then in the afternoon when I went in to add some thing to it as it wasn't being delivered till the next day the website had an issue processing the payment and a message came up saying to contact online support. The lady I spoke to said she could process it for me and I was told she would be charging the $19 outstanding as everything else on the list had been paid for she instead charged me $214! Apparently the other order had been cancelled and I would be refunded the amount in the next 3 - 5 business days and she was not aware that had happened ...great training woolworths. Will never go through your online again and will not be recommending it to anyone else.

Woolworths xmas

Very disappointed to see very little Xmas cheer no merry Christmas banners just hanging trees with very small writing while at your competitors every staff member had a t shirt with merry Christmas. Its very sad to see that you are worried about offending about 1 percent of the community and your way of showing it is by offending 99 percent of the community . c'mon woolworths get the old spirit back and put up large banners the way you used to

Woolworths tobacco sales

i have bought port royal tobacco at the Moe store for years, this year the 30 gram pack was replaced by the 25 gram pack, for 4 months or so i was being charged 33 dollars for the 25 gram pack, the same price as the 30 gram pack, then for about 2 months it went down to 28 dollars, which i was to learn was the correct price for 25 grams...now in the last 2 weeks its gone back to 33 dollars, ..the info on the shelf still says 30 gram packs, they have been to lazy to change it...this store owes me for all the incorrect charging that they have done to me, 5 dollars to much over a long time soon adds up, being on a pension and struggling a bit makes this even more infuriating, all i want is these people to admit what they have done..they have so far ignored what i have to say.

Woolworths meat

We just tried to eat our tough tasteless $45 per kilo steak barbequed which we bought from Woolworths Leura store today. The quality was appalling.
Why is it so different to the quality of the meat sold in Woolworths Double Bay store? This is a disgrace that Woolworths supply such poor quality meat to the Blue Mountains. Their Katoomba store sells the same poor quality. Time to catch on, it's not acceptable. The local butcher in Leura only from now on or bring the meat up form Double Bay.
