Woolworths west ryde woolworths supermarket no longer stocks freedom muesli

West Ryde Woolworths supermarker no longer stocks Freedom Foods Muesli Ancient Grains (Fruit Free). About 6 weeks ago the store stopped stocking this item and I now have to go to Coles supermarket to purchase this. I would like to be able to purchase all of my groceries in the one store.
Please ask the manager to stock this item again in the West Ryde store.

Woolworths 25gm tobacco

Requested last night for a 25gm pack of winfield blue tobacco and was given JPs blue tobacco. After opening pack and rolling a cig, I realised something wrong. Went back to shop at 8am following morning to have correct tobacco swapped for the wrong tobacco I was given. Was told by Dylan that there was nothing that could be done as regulations prohibit it. All I want is what I ordered and paid for. Left wrong pack at shop and had to purchase another correct pack.

Woolworths australian potato wedges

Hi,

I recently purchased your home brand potato wedges from your store in Morrabin. When I was eating them my tooth scratched on a small black stone which was inside one of the wedges when I bit into it. I was shocked to find it and it nearly broke my tooth. I have just recently moved to Melbourne and was told to report this to you incase the food has been tampered with or was just a mistake. I have attached pictures and it was just to make you aware of this. Unfortunately it has now put me off buying this brand.

Woolworths "unseeded" olives - broken tooth

Hi guys, on Saturday 5th November, my Wife did he usual shop at Woolies, Mortdale, NSW. As usual, she bought a tub of "Olives Sttd grn Chilli & Garlic Pk". Unfortunately. it is not uncommon to discover, to your shock and pain, that some Olives are not unseeded, in these packs. Such was the case when I bit into one, last Thursday, where one of my Incisors was chipped and the filling next to it fell out. I have just been to the Dentist tonight and been charged $260, for the repair.

I'd like to have that refunded please. I'd also like to see better quality control of the product to eliminate thus risk, as far as possible.

Please note, that we will be away from 15 - 28th November, so won't be able to reply to any message from you, in that time.

Woolworths customer service

Needed to order a cake from Swansea store. Filled out new cake order form with complete details of cake order. Went to front desk to ask how do I submit the paper. They stated they could only take order in between hrs 8-5pm. Stated I work within them hrs. Brody came to service desk and stated I could not give a order out of these times. I stated I could not do between these hrs do to work. I stated all the information was on the form with my phone number so bake manger could ring me with any questions. She rand the manager at home to ask how she takes a order. I stated to her the order was on the form. She stated to me "be quite I am on the phone" she put the manger on the phone who said this was no problem. I handed the form to another assistant as I feel Brody was rude and was not at all worried about my requirements as a customer. I went to self service to pay for the rest of my items and Brody can and through and I mean through a card on the silver serve tray in front of me with a complaint number on it and stated ‘you will need this'. I did not say a word and when I left I handed the card back to the girl at the front service desk and stated if I desired to make a complaint I am capable of finding a phone number or email or FB to make one.
This customer service is rude and not called for. The order form stated to give to bakery or manger.
The worst part I have taken time to type this and I believe this person with have nothing said to her and she will do it to another customer. Sad performance Swansea woollies back to coles.

Woolworths I shop at woolworths collie :rotten leaking milk and morning staff when shop opens at 8am

On thursday about 2 weeks ago, I complained about the state of the milk shelves and trays, they have dried rotten milk, flaking paint and rust, also shelves are empty until the afternoon staff start. I complain to the staff who get one of the managers to sort the issue only to find when I come back at 12 pm the milk is still empty, shelf is still dirty, I had to get some more shopping, I was there for about an hour and a half I went back to see that one staff member cleaning the shelves and filling milk I thought that's half the day gone when this could have been done earlier

Woolworths red capsicum

After buying 3 red capsicums this week. On three seperate occasions. For $8.90 a kg I'd expect them to be fresh crisp and flavoursome, not to be riddled with mould on the interior on each occasion. Unfortunately this has been the case, 3 capsicums on 3 seperate days all 3 unusable. Normally would buy the green capsicum but they looked horrendous from the outside without even opening them up. Short of bringing a knife and cutting open up the produce in the store I don't know what to do.

Woolworths woolworths 385g apple slices pie fruit

I want to complain about a bad product.I purchased it today at Woolworths, Tweed City, Tweed Heads 2485.
When I opened the can of apple slices the fruit looked a grey colour, the fruit was black on the sides. As you can see from the photos.
So inconvenient now to drive back to the shopping centre and have it replaced.
This product needs some attention.

Woolworths chicken breast meat

I purchased chicken breast meat from woolworths at Victor Harbor
when i cut it up into cubes i found a bone app 1.5 inches long, it seemed sheered in half.
my family ate the meal with the other half of the bone in my partners food.
I have never had bone in breast fillets of chicken and its not good enough. and dangerous to anyone who missed it while eating.
It was purchased around the 26th of october and frozen until today november 11
The piece I found whilst cooking made me double check that it wasnt a nail as in the strawberry scare, it was not.

Woolworths own brand "linguine carbonara" woolworths

Woolworths Own Brand "Linguine Carbonara" frozen meal.

The looked quite attractive and I though would make a quick delicious meal when short of time, and bought 2 packets.

It was very disappointing, the small pieces of turkey were tough most likely from the leg, which is always tough whatever you do with it. The creamy sauce was watery and a great deal of the water remained in the bottom of the tray at the end of the meal. The mushrooms were ok as well as the pasta. It was tasteless and quite disgusting so I expect that is all you can expect for a small price.

The Microwave time suggested was very short of the mark 6-7 minutes and I do have a new Panasonic 1100W Hi Power Inverter Microwave. It ended up taking 12 minutes to get nice and hot as the bottom of the tray was cold after 8 mins, 10 mins until finally 12 mins. The meals were allowed to stand for 1 minute as stated on the packet.

I am sorry but no more Own Brand Woolworths meals thankyou.

Matt who works as a barista at the Moonee Ponds store in Pratt Street who couldn't mind his business as I was in my car in the car park & so was he & he was yelling at me to get off my phone-like I was actually on blue tooth.. I went round again with my car & he was out of his car took a photo of my car I was mimicking him saying get off your phone with that he approached my car & kicked my back door left a black smudge & dint then he walked into Woolworths with his uniform on cause obviously he had to start his shift. With that I parked my car & headed inside Woolworths, I saw him & approached him demanding to delete that photo he took & asked why he kicked my car & what was it his business to say get off the phone-what is he Sargent Matt?
Disappointed by also his manager Melissa think she was arrogant & came right at my face like she wanted to hit me, I felt quite intimidated..they also called the cops & now me the victim has been banned to enter all Woolworths stores & all the stores Woolworths own as well..this is not how customers should be treated hope that head office as the dignity & profession to act upon this as I am a local here & have been coming here since I was a child!
If Mr.nosey Matt who I don't even know had minded his own business & not make assumptions this would not have happened!
I'm very offended & feel bullied!

Woolworths overcharged

I purchased some chlorine at my local store which was on special. The product scanned at full price and I queried this. He then removed the product from the purchases and called for assistance It took a long time to finally get a member of staff to check it and they confirmed that I was right.

I looked at the young boy supervising the self serve checkouts and said (if a product scans incorrectly I am entitled to that product for free, because I was being incorrectly charged full price). The boy just looked at me, I think he was all of 15yrs old, and thought I was crazy. Sorry he said, never heard of that before. I then proceeded to tell him to go home and google it, which is what I did.

Of course I was able to find that yes I was right, but I was then shocked to see that the receipt does not reflect the true story. It does not have any voids on it or show in any way what happened, I'm sure that's not right?

Woolworths thawed xlge crystal bay banana prawns

I am sorry to have to do this but I feel it is extremely important.
Yesterday at 5pm, I purchased 6 of the xlrg banana prawns at a small cost of $5.14 from your new store at wadalba, to have with my salad for dinner at 7pm.
Within 2 hours afterward, my face begun to heat up and my stomach started to feel bloated and painful.
The next thing I knew I had myself a bout of food poisoning. Fortunately, my stomach saw fit to remove most of the prawns but left the salad. I spent most of the night, on and off the toilet, finally finishing at 4am.
Woolworths is supposed to be the fresh food people! Not this time, I won't be making the same mistake again!
On a positive note, the store is well set up and the staff are amazing. I will be going back there, just not to the deli section.

Woolworths unjustifiable behaviour

While shopping I watched an old man was unhappy regarding the product price. He was mentioning that price tag was not right. One team member was accompanying the gentleman. Then another team member was joined them. This team member was so rude and was shouting to the old man. I was standing and observing them. That lady continuously yelling to that man. I asked One of the team member, what sort of service she is providing to that customer. She advised me that after working all day that team member was unable to hold herself.
My main concern is that this store opened last year and I am doing my regular shopping from here. I never see this customer service in this store. I asked one of the team member of the store regarding the lady and he told me she is new. I am not going to shopping to that store if I find that lady there.

Woolworths customer service

Today (29/10/2018) I did my shopping at your Armadale store in Western Australia. I used the self check out and left the store at 1pm. As i was approaching the car park a lady came along side me and in front of me taking photos and video of me which made me very uncomfortable. She then went to her car and unloaded some shopping. As i unloaded my shopping into my car she approached and began taking photos of my car. I confronted her and asked what she was doing taking photos of me and my car. She was very rude and abrupt saying because she can, she walked off back into the shopping centre.
I saw her coming back out so i approached her again and asked what was going on, she then said that Woolworths would be sending the police to me so i asked again what was the problem and she replied that it needed to addressed at the store she then escorted me back to Woolworths where I was accused of leaving without paying in front of all other customers by management staff and also by the young girl who was working in the self serve. The situation became quite confrontational and I was so very embarrassed having to defend myself in front of so many people. I was no where near the check out that someone had not payed at, in fact I had used a check out furtherest away from the one I was being accused of using. I insisted they check your cameras and I was also able to produce my receipt. Your staff were then very apologetic and offered me flowers and informed me that they had no idea who the lady that took the photos of me was and that she had told them she saw me walk off without paying and given my then my photo and rego number. I am so upset that the store took the word of a stranger and I was made to feel so embarrassed. I will never be shopping at your stores again and now feel to embarrassed to even enter the shopping centre.
I think your staff need more training in how to handle a situation like this and to check the evidence before accusing someone so that some other poor innocent person has to go through what I did today.
I am a share holder in your company that I now question if i want to be a part off.

Woolworths meat bought gone off

I bought 2xtomohawk steaks and 1xpork rack roll from Park Ave Woolworths Coffs Harbour Wed 24/10/18, placed in freezer bag with 2 freezer blocks before placing into fridge not long after at home. Proof of payment retained. We took out tomohawks for bbq today sat 27/10/18 only to find them green. We checked the pork rack to find that ok so we cooked up and no harm done. I was under the impression I had bought quality meat from this store only to find it off and not very impressed given the price of the meat.

Woolworths customer service

Hi. Our family has been loyal customers for years. I live 2 blocks away from your Bunbury forum store and it's aleays been combiner to shop there. Over the past year or 2 I've noticed less staff members being friendly. Their attitudes are terrible towards myself and other customers. Today I picked up my groceries (click&collect) and the woman, after taking her time to get to the counter & then hugging she had to serve me, didn't even bother to greet me or smile. I had a baby in one arm and she pushed a device into my hand to sign with my finger & then just walked away. I really think the staff, especially the older staff, need some customer service refreshing. The walk around with their noses up in the air and act like it's inconvienient to smile or serve. I will not continue to put up with their attitudes and am considering traveling out of my way to start shopping at coles in town. Would like feedback please.

Woolworths moss vale service station staff member

I pulled up at your station, pumped 40.00 petrol, go to pay and the half wit you employ.. could not clear the pump. After getting smart n making me go out to hang the pumps yet again she couldn't clear it still. She got lippy then went and tried herself and still couldn't clear it. Friday 26/10/2018 between 3.00-3.30. We wasted over a half an hour while your staff where trying to make you s wait while the call IT. Absolutely appalling service by your staff member. Numerous customers commented how disgusting her attitude was. If we see the same staff member in your store ever again, then you have lost a customer from your service centres shopping centres and BWS and all other affiliated company. I will also share my experiences at your store with my social media followers and soon.

Woolworths whole barbeque chicken

Every friday i purchase a barbeque chicken and we pull it apart and put in a container. Today 26, 10, 18 upon pulling apart the chicken there was only half the usual amount of seasoning. On further inspection i pulled out the cooked stomach, liver, kidneys, lungs, heart and esophagus.

Woolworths multiple woolworths click and collect orders - ingham qld 4850

Over the past several click and collect orders the ‘problems' I have encountered have dramatically risen in significance, incidence and cost. Today's click and collect order I intend to be the last I ever order and will significantly avoid any Woolworths store into foreseeable future along with deterring any potential customers particularly of this store.

Initially the ‘problems' I encountered were mainly meat products. Bulk chicken breast or thigh fillets and lamb leg roasts were the main culprits with having just collected them, the label shown to be in date but upon opening it at home was very clear that meat was off. This is not only a very expensive and wasteful issue but as I live out of town in a rural area with no food outlets close by causes significant grief with a very hungry family to feed.

The last two orders I received were ‘packed' appallingly and will list some of the issues below:
* whole pumpkin packed on top of kiwi fruit, strawberries and mangos among other soft fruits. Mangos were so bruised, skin split and strawberries punnets were over half full with their liquid. Obviously all fruit was inedible along with broccoli and other veggies, which were not put in any bag, being covered with strawberry juice and mess.
* Very heavy items placed on top and with delicate items and many items were required to be thrown away
* Only a handful of Weetbix from a 1.2kg box were not crushed
* Several packets of rice cakes and crackers crushed to inedibility
* Several eggs cracked and mess over many groceries
* Some banana's and also 1/2 of a whole rockmelon also squashed and required to be thrown however surprisingly a paw paw managed to escape the massacre
* Surprise surprise my chicken fillets intended for dinner that night which was already extremely behind due to having to deal with such a mess were off and obviously inedible.

On today's pickup after waiting approx 30mins for them to retrieve my groceries, my Sultana Buds Box was extremely dented out of shape and my bread squashed. Several packets of rice cakes appeared to be squashed and my tissues, corn flakes and some other items were squashed and dented but figured I did not have more time to deal with these. Upon taking the Sultana buds and bread to counter and asking for them to be exchanged for non damaged items I was given an extremely rude look to which she has attempted to push box back into shape and then handed back to me saying there and pushing bread back towards me. If the items were in such acceptable state I would think you could have even swapped items and put back on shelf but these items if put back on shelf would obviously not be sold.

After returning home already extremely upset I discover that many of the items were in fact crushed and two entire packets of blueberries were squashed and required to be thrown. Bread is also now thrown as is too squashed to make sandwiches and will not even fit in the toaster.

As a busy person who used to praise your store I am extremely angered and dissatisfied. I plan all my meals and obviously my grocery order ties into this. Especially living out of town, suddenly finding that I am missing key items for planned meals and then requiring to take extra time off work to go grocery shopping is extremely difficult and angering. The monetary cost of such practices is also significant and again angering.

I hope for the sake of your store that you look into rectifying these issues although I will extremely dissuade anyone from using the service or store.
