Woolworths cash out

I reached the cashier counter at 10.25 pm (02/06/18) and after paying my fuel bill, I requested for a cash out of $70 and the cashier ( name tag not available or not on eye site) refuced to give the cash out. However, he again asked me to come back and what he said was
I wasn't sure about the count which was in the drawer and not suppose to lend after 10.30 pm because if he already finished the cash operation. And he took almost 15 minutes to explain these and recount only $70.
Kindly take note of this because, if the station is open until 11.00 pm, aren't we suppose to request for a cash out?.
Location : Burwood Safeway fuel station.

Woolworths why woolworths is not stocking 2l cartons of devondale skim milk.

What is going on why aren't Woolworths putting Devondale milk on their shelves. Devondale is an Australian owned milk product. I am not changing to Woolworths brand as I think it's a ploy to push their own agenda. I will not be dictated to by a giant company what I can and can't buy. How does this help an Australian company, how does this help the farmers, no it's only for Woolworths pockets.
I will source the milk I want to buy elsewhere and take my grocery buying elsewhere as well. Good on you Woolworths for helping Australia NOT.
Disgusted with you actions.
Regards
A very unhappy shopper
Judy

Dianne Hawthorne works in the deli at the manjimup store I find her very rude and has no customer service
When I am shopping I avoid the deli if she is in there and wait for other staff members that are much nicer ie Anne Pilgrim or Shannon Simms

Dianne is not a good look in the deli I have also seen people walk away if she goes to service them

Woolworths meat department

Ok, ive bought coles lamb chops and the splinters of bones that are left in the chops is deplorable!
My partner had the roof of her mouth hammered by injecting splinters of bone into her upper mouth.
Obviously the butchers your employing are having two or three attempts at separating the chops
We all know an experienced butcher applies a one chop action! Thus no splinters, I need your help in explaining to me why I have to explain to my partner why? I keep buying your chops
Woolworths you will be up for a very substantial law suit by customers if you dont recognize this
Please contact me john Hutchison [protected]
Very much appreciated

Woolworths over pricing?...

Hi
I attended my local Woolies Deli today and requested 1 kilogram at $20/kg of the D'ORSOGNA Tasty Sticks.

The lady asked if Inwould like them in the original packing being a 1 kg pack.

I said yes.

She weighed them and then placed the price sticker on the packaging reflecting the weight at 1.066kg and the Price @ $21.32.

Looks like I paid for the manufacturers packaging?.

Is this correct?
I feel this is an unjust sneaky way of selling products ...even to us Shareholders?

Kind Regards

Warren Doughty

Woolworths msa scotch fillet steak

I purchased a pack of 2 Scotch Fillet steaks at Woolworths Urangan store post code 4655 on the 29/5/2018. At 33.00 a kg and graded MSA l would have expected a top quality steak, instead l had a grisly and tough piece of steak. Definitely not impressed with the quality of the steak purchased. Photo enclosed with date purchased, price tag and inedible steak.

I live in Benaud Street in Macgregor 4109. One of the Woolworths drivers who lives in this street. Constantly speeds especially around the blind corner in front of my house. His rego details are 361 XRT.
He needs to be repremanded as he one day will end up crashing or running someone over. There are children in this street he is driving extremely irresponsibly. And does not care.

Woolworths woolworths chicken and cheese rissoles

Dear Woolworths,
This evening we decided to cook some chicken rissoles from you. We have eaten these before with no problems. However tonight was a different story when i found something blue in my sons rissole when i was cutting it up. I dug it out to find a piece of hard plastic! How, in our day in age, can this happen. God only knows what would of happened to him if he had swallowed it!
Concerned and very unhappy!

Woolworths customer service at counter cashier

Hi Woolworths,

I am complaining about the customer service I received today at Emerton Cnr Jersey Road and Bunting Street.

I am pretty disappointed. I did a shopping at the store at Emerton 1625 POS 001 TRANS 6036 at 13:25 27/05/2018.
I spent almost $200 for my shopping at Emerton. Came to the cashiers check out and customer service was very poor and bad to my experience. It's just that one item (tomato paste) wasn't right, cashier couldn't call for assistant but instead my 7 year has to run back to the shelve and picked the right item while he was looking for the item, he lost his $10 in the supermarket. He had $15 on his hand and even second customer waiting behind me saw it that my son had $15 on hand. My son wanted something to buy so I gave $15.00 which he wanted a toy which cost that amount. While I was waiting at the cashiers check out, my son return with the item tomato paste but he knew that his $10 was missing so he ran back but couldn't find it. Only money left on him was $5 which he couldn't buy his toy. This came to my attention that customer service wasn't good enough. As a customer, spending $200 and that's what I get about Woolworths customer service. I was angry because, it's cashiers job to call for assistant but not my son 7 year old doing half her job. It's disgusting and terrible experienced I've seen as a customer. Haven't said, store manager even argued with me big time assisted by another store manager, there was no call for help at that time while I was there and my son looking for the item, even the customers standing witnessed the all drama. It's just disappointing and disgusting. Woolworths big fail and you can't argue with customer that's not what it's call business. I try to explain my rights about me as a customer but Store manager argued with me which I think is disgraceful. You can't employ staff and argue with customer, when you realise that cashier and manager were wrong for not doing their job properly. Customer service is [censored] as anything. Better customer training for Woolworths staff and get your customer service fix. Thank you in the finish they gave the toy for free to my son.

Woolworths packaged mince meat

I purchased 2 x 500g of packaged minced beef from my local supermarket at Cooloola Cove on 21/5/18

The meat was placed in the freezer when I got home and thawed and cooked two days later in a savoury mince dish that I have cooked many times prior. The meat did not smell the best during cooking and was very stringy. I fact when cooked it was like straw to serve. The meat had stuck together and was not very tasty at all.

I complained to my local manager on 26/5/18 and he told me "that is the type of meat we are being sent now as there is a new company involved in the preparation and packaging process." He said he could do nothing about it and we should use the customer complaint process.

There is a local butcher shop some minutes from where I live and an IGA supermarket. Perhaps I will need to change my shopping habits in order to be able to buy what I wish to eat.

You would be naive to believe that your system is working well and customers like myself will accept whatever you dish up. We can and will change if you cannot understand that humans are creatures of habit and when you make changes to available products we will move on to other suppliers.

Woolworths unfriendly/lazy staff

I regularly shop at Kyneton Woolworths in the mornings. I always have a full trolley of groceries and there is never a big register open to cater for people with lots in their trolleys. It's only ever the express or self service open.
There is always atleast 3 staff in the Customer Service area where you buy cigarettes and they are usually just standing around doing paperwork or something and there would be people lined up waiting.
I had an experience with Angela who has served me on a number of occasions and she is barely friendly and today actually gave me attitude and said she couldn't reach the shopping I placed on the counter. Well that wouldn't have happened if another bigger register was open so I had to go to the express check out where half of my groceries barely fit.
I don't understand why there are enough staff in the mornings but not catering for the amount of customers who come in with big trolleys.

Woolworths staff service on refund

Today (23 May), I bought two persimmons at Riverwood store advertised 2 for $3 but the price at self check out is $2 each.

I told the lady in self service area and she advised me to check the displayed price. I did after finishing payment for other shopping and took the price tag to show staff at the service counter.

The staff at service counter questioned another male staff who may be responsible for the price tag.

The staff at service counter then blame me and warned me not to take the price tag because she can accuse me creating and bringing a fake price tag which shows the 2 for $3 offer has expired.

I'm complaining about the poor customer service and accusations all for the refund of $1.

Staff at Riverwood seems to be hostile for customers asking for refund.

The store is 1097 trans 2368 17:46 23/05/2018 for the purchase and trans 8085 17:54 23/05/2018

Please advise if you have any queries and I'm happy to provide further information if required.

Thank you.

Tim

Woolworths lack of service

As a 75-year-old woman, I regularly shop, using my own bags. Yet, time and time again, the young people on the checkout do not know how to pack.
If you are moving to get rid of plastic bags then you must teach your staff to pack properly.
Today, I had 6 large cordial bottles placed in one bag; five 2 litre orange juice bottles placed in another, then 10 sauce bottles, 4 tins placed in another.
I had trouble lifting the bags into my car, then trying to get them out, so had to stand in the dark, repacking so I could get them into my home.
I am strong but this is ridiculous. Please introduce training asap as I have seen other people experiencing the same problem. We are trying to do the right thing by using our own bags but if I hurt myself trying to carry these poorly packed bags I can assure you I will take legal action. Look after your customers!

Woolworths macro cacao craze 30g

I bought a packet of the Macro Cacao Craze Almonds and when I read the ingredients, I was shocked to find that the product did NOT contain any Cacao at all. Instead it contains Cocoa. Is this not false advertising? I would not have purchased them if I had known this. I couldn't read the ingredient list in store as I didn't have my glasses and the writing was so small. I normally do all my shopping online and if a product i'm not familiar with does not show an ingredient list, I will not buy it. How many other products do you have out there that has false advertising?

Woolworths specials pricing

I went to my local Woolworths Store, (No.1124 Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour) at around 9 am this morning, (Wednesday 23 May 18), to do my weekly grocery shop. To my dismay, much of the price tagging work reflecting this week's specials had not been done, nor were any current catalogues available. This added some considerable time and frustration to my shopping experience, as I went back and forth to the self serve area to "scan check" individual items. The team member responsible for putting up the price tags for this week's specials was in the canned vegetable isle with a large bundle of tags in her hand. I suspect she still had an hour or so to go before completing the task.
In my view, weekly specials tags should be done before the shop opens.

Woolworths online

I completed an order at woolworthd online on thursday (17/05/18) when i put in my card details to pay for the goods it came up with an error, order did not go through but the money was taken out of my bank account. Straight after this happened i contacted woolworths and they fax my details to my bank to return the funds back to me, i was advised i will receive the funds in 3 business days. I called again on Monday (21/05/18) to confirm my information had been sent off as i have received no confirmation from woolworths and he said the funds had been removed from their account and confirmed i will get my money back on 22/05/18. Well today is 22/05/18 and i still have not received my money, called woolworths AGAIN to confirm transaction details to provide to my bank to check the progress, i said to the lady i want to be compensated but she said 'the funds have been removed from woolworths account therefore this is now not their issue and i will not be compensated, will need to take this matter up with my bank'. What the hell woolworths! This was NOT my issue! Very pissed off! I only shopped with woolworths as coles online had no pick up options available for that day. Maybe next time when this happens you should try and help the customer instead of taking no blame. Why could the lady not just faxed my order to my selected woolworths? Why does the funds have to be returned which is not a quick process!
