Woolworths regal fresh combo tasters

Hi there,
I purchased the above product last night from your Mortdale store. When I went to cook it for my dog this afternoon I found a dead fly in the packet. I'm very disappointed as this is the first time buying this product and I definitely will not be wanting to purchase again considering I had to throw the packet out. Someone should really be checking before it being put on the shelf for customers.
Kind regards
Venessa Blundell

Woolworths car insurance policy mot106497608

Week beginning 5th November i looked for a new car. I got a quote for it and as i didn't find full information about the ODO meter I called Customer services [protected]).

They told me i can ADD the ODO meter after as i advised them that i don't have the car yet. I bought the policy online and it was mean't to start 12th November.
On the 12th November i tried online to add the ODO meter but it wouldn't let me, so i called customer service the number was very busy that afternoon and after an hour on hold i had to put the phone down. The next day i called early morning (WA Time) and was told that i cannot do that and i would have to cancel the policy and get a new one.

The team cancelled the policy and said the refund would take 5/6 days, at the same time i purchased a new policy and added the ODO meter.

Today 26th November i had not received my refund so i called the customer service number, i had to explain the above to the team member then the manager.
I was advised that the refund hadn't been processed and the team member done it whilst on the phone. I explained that its over 11 days and i have bills coming out today, she forwarded me to the manager. He told me that the best thing he can do is process it now and contact the finance dept and get it done today or by tomorrow.

I told them i have bills coming out and if they bounce or as i'm going over drawn i will be charged, he has told me that i will get $100 gift card via email for this.

But this still is not good enough, how can a company take money in a day and take several days to refund, especially when its been the staff causing all this. I need the money today. My name is going in the black if payments are bounced or my account goes overdrawn.

After this i will have to think very hard about coming back to woolworths for insurance as we have house insurance with you to and it's due in January.

Woolworths imported pork products

Today l visited My local woolies to get some bacon and was appalled to find that not only do you not offer free range bacon but every single bacon on offer was imported. How can you say that you support Australian farmers when you import and don, t even offer AU options. Secondly would you please explain how bacon can be 10% Australian and 90% imported. Are you referring to the box it was packaged in?

Sorely disappointed in Christmas pop outs...
THEY DO NOT POP OUT.
Coloured character layer of paper separates from cardboard layer.
Tiny train DOES NOT fit together at all...sending Mr 2.5 into tears.
Colours are hardly bright or exciting.
From Miss 5 and Miss 7..." Too hard for kids" & " No fun..broken before l could put it togevver! "
Won't entice this large extended family to shop with you...on the contrary..we will probably stay away to avoid the drama of disaster in construction.

Woolworths home brand clumping kitty litter

I have been purchasing HB kitty litter for years. Until recently. Your kitty litter was perfect with the right amount of clumping and Woolworths decided to change the formula. Now I need a jackhammer to get the clumps of litter off the wall of the litter tray. It feels like you've added cement powder and when urine is in contact with it it's very difficult to budge. I have now gone to another brand that is not clumping. I would like a refund for four packs of kitty litter please. Even better go back to your original formula.

Woolworths baby formula

Saw disgusting sight this morning at Woolworths at Marden.

Have you ever seen Asians going at Baby Formula?

Its like watching a group of seagulls going for a small packet of chips.

No sooner that the Woolworths employee was packing the shelves there was at least 3 Asians there loading their bags.

When we walked out of the store around the corner was another Asian man standing with 2 trolleys, 1 trolley already full of bags and another just started.

surely Woolworths can ensure that with Baby Formula in particular are limited to 10 in total a day regardless of how many times you enter the store.

Woolworths ripping customers off

At every chance I find lately this company will take every opportunity to profit off a good scheme I'm referring to container refund scheme as soon as it came in u up the prices for eg woolworts 24pk water went for $6 to $8 your customers are now finding harder to afford yes it's correct we get backs 10cents per bottle but it defeats the purpose of the scheme if we only get back what u have already charged for I'll will leave it with that it's time to wake up before u start loosing customers

Woolworths ladies hair side combs

Hello. I have just been over 2 hours on the internet tryyying to simply find the Wider hair side combs that you USED to sell. In fact I have been struggling to contain my thick hair for yeaarrrs now since you STOPPED selling the wider hair combs. WHY? They seem to have become utterly extinct! I have repeatedly begged Store Managers to rectify this, but to absolutely no avail. I suffer from a heat stress condition & MUST put my hair up so this is not just a pedantic moan. The small combs currently on offer are a much poorer quality & break consistently. They are only 15 teeth approx 80mm x 50 whereas the larger ones were far sturdier...and USEABLE. (Pair of Large Plain Tort Hair Combs Slides Grips Clips 12cm (4.7") PLEEEESE re-stock your stores with the wider & far better quality hair side combs again. Thank you.

Woolworths lemons (very appropriate)

Went to Hobart store looking to buy lemons - found some with no price then saw a poor employee and vip manager (very ignorant person) They saw I was waiting to ask something and was the only person in the department, so I was just intentionally and rudely ignored. Irony is [censored] manager was trying to reorganize to increase sales! She's really got zero idea about retail. This rude idiot is massively in the wrong role. Totally ignoring a customer and not pricing goods!
Wow how incompetent. I just dropped the basket and walked out. Not surprisingly my next stop delivered me much better lemons sold with a smile. Woolworths really is pathetic - not just saying it, you really are. Big time.

Woolworths carrot loaf cake

The carrot loaf cake is mouldy. I purchased the carrot loaf cake on today 21/11/2018, the wrapper has use by date 22/11/2018. I have attached a photo of my docket as proof of purchase and a photo of the mouldy carrot loaf cake. As I live some distance from the store where I purchased the cake I am unable to return it for a refund. On a couple of other occasions I have had mouldy cheese purchased from this store, there seems to be a problem with rotation at this particular store.

Woolworths pork cutlets are not pork chops

I shopped at Woolworths West Ryde today and looked for pork cutlets for a recipe we're making tonight. I couldn't see any on the shelf and asked a young guy who was working there. He went and asked the butcher and came back and pointed to the pork chops and told us the butcher said "they're the same thing". Well, I know they're not the same but we bought them anyway because they didn't have cutlets. I think this was dishonest and think the butcher should have said the cutlets were out of stock or sold out. Unfortunately, after we bought them we had to go to Coles for something and found they had pork chops and pork cutlets. I just looked at Woolworths online and saw that cutlets are temporarily unavailable.

Woolworths lack of pricing on product

20/11/18 Yass Woolworths
I am disappointed that you are not displaying pricing on your new packing of 1 kg regular mince meat, which was always $7 and the price on the labelling. However, recently you changed the packaging which only has a bar code on it and no price in sight and also no ticket on the meat cabinet. When I got to the checkout, it displays as $8! This is extremely sneaky marketing and I shall be sending an email to ACCC to complain as this practice is NOT legal. There must be pricing available for the consumer to read.

Woolworths the way the workers at woolworths pack the bags

Today I went to Woolworth in Alice Springs and the lady who packed my bags over filled them, when I got home one weighed 15kg and the second 18kg. This is a OHS issue for the shopper. On the weekend I had a lady put my chocolate eclairs pastry's on the bottom of the bag then put carrots and bananas on top. When I got it home it was squashed. These days the staff dont seem to know how to pack?

Woolworths ready made sandwich (disgusting)

On Saturday 17th November I purchased a ready made sandwhich (supposedly Egg, Lettuce and Mayonnaise) from Woolworths in Chinatown Sydney. Admittedly it was marked down at a cheaper price due to the expiry date (18.11.2018) - however I at least expected a reasonable product. The sandwich was virtually inedible - the bread tasted stale, the lettuce was dehydrated and the so called egg the consistency of toothpaste. I could not detect any mayonaise at all - that is before I spat it out. So much for your boast as the "fresh food people". I can't believe that in this day and age you could sell such a shoddy product. If you are going to keep ready made sandwiches and mark them down as the expiry date approaches I suggest you employ a much higher standard of quality control rather than ripping off the consumer. I have kept the bar code for any future reference.
The only positive being I didn't actually eat it and end up with botulism.

This is about the 6th nappy in the same packet to have the tag not usable.

I have used newborn, size 1, size 2. Now my daughter is in size 3 and this is the first time I've had an issue.

The quality has always been good for us until now. Which is disappointing and stressful because unfortunately we live on a very very tight budget at the moment and can't afford to waste nappies pr buy expensive brands! I really hope this is the last one I find. 🤞🏻

Little Ones' Nappy

What is happening to this beautiful and the most affordable product? I am very disappointed, why and how these nappies now gone so low in its quality? Which were my favourite, both Nappies and Wet wipes. I wonder, being these products made in Australia now, the quality should have been better but NO, it went opposit. Please have a look at the pictures attached. I do not need to explain anything more than the pictures that speak.

Woolworths charged for items not purchased

Purchased items for morning tea at work from Canterbury Gardens on Friday 16th November. Not until I went to look at my expenses for work did I notice that I have been overcharged for items that I did not purchase. The receipt is showing that I purchased two bags of carrot sticks when in fact I only purchased one packet and the other one is 2 packets of roma tomatos when I again only purchased one. Therefore you have managed to charge $6.50 for items not even purchased.

Woolworths pork chop

Hi! I bought two pork chops on Thursday from Woolworths Hyperdome, they're in individual packages, the first one was ok but the second pork chop was already off, it was stinky and doesn't look fresh at all. The use by date is 19/11/2018. I had to throw it in the bin.

Your slogan is "The fresh food people", that was far from fresh, lucky I sniffed the meat before I tried to cook it, orherwise I would have been sick. You want value for money as customers, money is so hard at the moment and we just don't want to waste any.

Woolworths customer service at cronulla woolworths

As one of your loyal customer and shareholders for many years, today I was very upset about customer service provided from your staff Luke at Cronulla Woolworths shop. I walked with my newborn baby in carrier and asked Luke if he can tell me where I can found "PROBIOTIC " he started laughing at me and asked me what's that he doesn't know. I tried to explain but from his face I saw he was making jokes about that and he just walked away. I'm really upset and unhappy with customer service provided by your staff, it's unprofessional and unfair especially now when I had a baby so just simply things like showing or just telling me where I can found it is what I am expecting at least.
I hope you will provide better training and take a care about your customers

Woolworths customer service

This afternoon whilst shopping at Armidale NSW my husband, who had left what he thought plenty of time to shop before picking up our child from School, was left running extremely late and my daughter was left at school waiting for him to arrive.

Once my husband had finished the shopping he proceeded to the checkouts only to find 3 of the 4 checkouts that had been opened suddenly all closed and the checkout operators all walked away from their checkouts leaving only one checkout open to serve 6 customers. What is even more frustrating was there no replacements for the 3 that left and after waiting for 15 minutes was eventually served by the operator who had to come from the BWS store next to the Woolworths store.

My husband and I spend quite a lot of money at our local Woolworths store ($270 today) and we will now take our business to the local Coles supermarket where we know on a Friday afternoon there will be more than one checkout operating to cater for their customers.

Woolworths Armidale you need to lift your game - you have a great new store you just need to maybe look after the customers more. Very disappointing.

Woolworths baxters tri-flex dental chews

Hi, I bought this product yesterday (15/11/2018) with my online shopping delivery.

I gave one to my dog at approximately 10pm (to keep his nose out of my shopping bags) and within an hour his face was swollen, he was covered in hives and he was vomiting!

I cannot believe he had such a reaction to something I considered a treat.

I am very distressed as we did not sleep at all last night as he was crying and scratching and I was concerned for his breathing. I have since gotten his symptoms under control, but what is in your product?

I am very disappointed, and to be honest I was scared as hell for my dogs well being lastnight.

I will not be buying this brand ever again!
