I ordered the item # 209 Perky-Pet "Our Best" Feeder" on 5/28/07 for a Father's Day gift. The box arrived approximately a week later and the shipment was not complete. It was a hummingbird feeder and all they placed in the box was the glass bottle without the feeding station or the top to hang it with. I notified the company by telephone on 6/18 and they promised to send the missing pieces to the shipment immediately. I sent an e-mail on 6/22 to the company to inquire about the status of the shipment and received an e-mail stating that they were sorry for the mistake and would be shipping the complete feeder immediately and I should have it within the week. Today is 6/29 and I still have not received the feeder. I e-mailed the same customer service representative at the company who had responded to me on 6/22. Now, she states that the item has still not shipped due to their warehouse being so busy. This is poor business practice and I will not do business with them again in the future.
