Woodford review: Fraudulent charge 1

I rented a car with Woodford on November 14, 2014. The charge was R500 and I insisted on a receipt that I had returned in good condition (as I had) when learning upon returning the car that they didn't really have a procedure. The car was rented through Orbitz internet portal in the US.
I subsequently was charged an additional R22, 000 which I have been disputing since November (it's February 2015 now). I just received a receipt with my credit card details and a R22, 000 charge, but the charge was for a 30 day rental (not two days that I rented) in another persons name, who had a drivers license from another country and a signature that certainly isn't mine.
Is anyone in South Africa doing anything with this company? This is obviously completely fraudulent - they copied my credit card numbers down by hand and just wrote it on someone else's contract. The rental for this other person is for the day I left South Africa - so I could physically not be there!
The complaint is now resubmitted to the credit card company and I hope they listen to me this time, but this is just blatantly outrageous.

My name is Lynne; I'm a member of the Orbitz Customer Relations Team. As you mentioned, typically Car Rental Reservations would require any payment to be collected at the Rental Location by the Rental Car Agency. Billing issues would be addressed by the merchant accepting/charging the payment.
