I had an unpleasant call experience to MAS in which I would like to find out how to retrieve my Tax Invoice. I held the call for almost 20min at chargeable rate and at last I was promised that I will get my Tax Invoice by the same day which is not true. I am disappointed with the call service as that was my second call. I felt that I am cheated. It has been a month. This is so called customer service.
