I was so surprised to see a $21.65 charge on my debit card. The bank said that it is an auto renewal charge from Wondershare. They also said that its a recurring debit charge from that company. The bank connected to Wondershare and their customer service cannot even locate my email address and my name in their database. What the heck! Submitted a fraud claim to the bank and requested them to chargeback Wondershare.

I have been scammed by this Wondershare company, subscribed for a month to use for my one off video requirement. I cancelled my subscription today but rather than getting cancelled, was surprised to see i was further charged for another product of theirs which I did not order. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Be very careful when you give any of your bank or credit card details with this company. Support is a useless piece of junk, now I am stuck with the inconvenience of talking to my bank to get this scammers off my account from doing autodebit and autorenewal.

On Feb 2021, My computer is hacked with a message from Microsoft tell to use Quick Assist, after this my PayPal account are charged with $87.57, with recurrent charge? and has two address change requests. I notify PayPal to stop the payment. During this time they sent to my account more than 200 junk mail, so I may not see notification from PayPal. This is an organized scam. Since they use Microsoft name to do that,
