Scam of unauthorized charge to visa card
On June 11 2021, my visa card was suddenly deducted two times with 59.88 USD + 39.99 USD = 99.87 USD by Wondershare Hongkong without any prior notification.
This company is a really big scam. People who use visa/master card please be aware. This company will stole money from your bank account any time.
I will contact their customer support on Monday to ask for the refund.

WonderShare PDFelement for Windows
I have tried to get in touch with this company for a refund. I tried out the product after paying for 2 seats for a year. I do not like how the PDF editor works. It sends my editing all over the page. I can't edit my PDF files without the words moving others words on the document as well as moving my margins. I have gotten in touch with one company and they said to go to another website to get a refund. I have tried to get in touch with the second website and I haven't heard anything back! I have deactivate the account the same day! I am not pleased with this PDF editor. I ordered it because I have read about it being #1 to download and use. I don't know where else to go to get my refund! I was being sent all over the places to try and get this handle. No one seems to have my information about this nor would anyone answer me back!

My husband Jason Cosand purchased 2 gun cleaning kits from you and has never received the items! Either refund or send the items immediately! We do not have the order number because he got angry and deleted it accidentally. This is beyond ridiculous and needs to be resolved immediately. I was told that it was on back order, but never heard anything back! Poor business practices!

My filmora app is not responding
I usually edits my all youtube videos with the filmora go app, but it suddenly stops responding all the time. When I edit and export my videos to the gallery and upload it to youtube it get stopped at a particular place and my all video gets ruined, I either installed and uninstalled it several times, or updated it many times but that also failed.
So, I really want to get my filmora go constructed as soon as possible. Because all of my videos are hanged up.

I tried their product 3 years ago which was a waste of time and money. I then cancelled the subscription right away but still being charge every year. There are no ways of contacting them by phone. There are no phone numbers and they wont reply emails. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will continue to fight until they get prosecuted or at least shut down. Unfortunately I did not research their reviews before I started to use their service.

May you well succeed brother, they are just another disgusting corporation operating in constant fraud/deception, and like all of the same (which is much of the corporate business world lmfao) need to be shut down.

wondershare software
I purchased software to recover some pictures I accidentally deleted off my usb. The software didn't work so I contacted them for a refund, instead I was emailed a link (that still didn't work), refused to refund me. They don't care about the customer. Scammers. Crystal was the only one that ever replied to my emails and she had a bad attitude. Thieves.
wondershare video converter ultimate
On Feb. 15, 2019 I downloaded a 'trial' version of Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate and tried it on my Mac computer. It performed very well. So I purchased the program online for $42.75 ($39.95+$2.80 tax). I failed to perform. I tried several times with different videos and got the same message: file failed to load. I looked for assistance on their web page and was unable to contact the company or find information to resolve the issue. I've tried searching for an email address to no avail. They offer an international telephone number but our landline charges a considerable fee for the call. I need the program, and as I said, it worked flawlessly as a demo. If I can't resolve the problem I'll need a refund.

Bought the app, didn't receive the activation key but they took the money from my account. Emailed them, waited for 2 weeks and didn't get a response. Emailed them again to request for a refund as I can't use the app. But as expected, no response were given. For these both times where I emailed them, I did not even get an automated response of acknowledgement. Also after I bought the product, the receipt they sent me was all stated as ‘undefined' for things like ‘product id' and ‘product name'. But my money is definitely gone.
data recovery / photo recovery - fraud
After placing my order for data recovery, suddenly after the confirmation there was this little add 'customer of this product also bought..' And there was the opportunity of buying 'photo recovery' for €23 after spending almost €90 for data recovery, but unfortunately there is no way buying photo recovery straight away on the German website! I feeling totally cheated! And after trying data recovery in test-mode and getting displayed some data that I would like to recover - that is only possible after paying for the registration, but after paying it, doest't work! And then the support website on support.wondershare.de (German) doest't work either! For my questions I am getting just 404s!
Wondershare refund me the whole money after sending them my issue for several times...

Wondershare is a Chinese company and as we all know most Chinese companies are scammers and Wondershare here is not an exception. I've purchased their software and it did not work. I was so surprised to see a $21.65 charge on my debit card. The bank said that it is an auto renewal charge from Wondershare. They also said that its a recurring debit charge from that company. The bank connected to Wondershare and their customer service cannot even locate my email address and my name in their database. What the heck! Submitted a fraud claim to the bank and requested them to chargeback Wondershare.

I paid money for the video convertor, which I found on the website www.wondershare.com. Unfortunately, the application was defective and it was impossible to even open it. I decided to change it first, but no one replied to my requests. I understood that this company wouldn’t help me, so I decided to return money back. But they again ignored all my emails. The company is dishonest and real fraud, so better avoid them at all costs.
I tried their trial version of PDFelement to do my newsletter, everything was going fine until I went to save it! I was told there would be watermarks on my page(s) unless I bought the program! So I bought it as I needed to get the newsletter finished and sent out! I tried to use the OCR but would have to pay more money, the cost was $20! I had already paid them $69.95! I was desperate, so searched and found another program and less money that included the OCR. I felt it was safe to do as they had promised a 30 day money back guarantee, even if the program was purchased! In fact, in my confirmation/receipt it states that! I have been trying to get a refund before my 30 days runs out the end of this month, but no one has gotten back to me in this regard! I did contact them on face book, was given a link to go to which didn't get me anywhere that I hadn't already been! Just getting the run around! What steps do I take next?
Their advertisements are fakes
I bought from the company www.wondershare.com. I got the product, but it didn’t work and when I asked to return money back, the seller told me “no”. Their advertisements about the good-quality products and excellent services were total lie and scam. I really want to warn other people and hope that you will avoid them. Don’t take their bait!
i bought iphone recovery software from wondershare.com. It couldn't recover my phone. I raised a request for refund. They never bothered to reply. their software does nothing additional compared to iTunes. They are a fraud company. please be warned. never ever buy software from this company

I can't get answer for my refund requests!
I made order from wondershare.net website and product has never arrived. Support email returned as undeliverable mail. I purchased DVD set as advertised on their webpage. Product was purchased and ordered online. I received notification that it was mailed in July and I got nothing since. I can’t get answer for my refund requests! Help me please!
Adware
Downloaded the trial version to see if it would fit my needs. Wondshare Video Editor was not the best option for what I was trying to do. I then removed the program from my computer.
Now I have an ad that keeps popping up on my computer advertising for me to buy the software. I have yet to find where it is originating so I can remove it.
I would not download software from this company or do business with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I grew suspicious when I could not access their pre-sales support. Too bad, the product line seems interesting, but it is vapor ware.
They did not return my money
The site states that their Wondershsare Video Converter Pro software will convert to play on an NTSC video player. However it cuts off at the end of the DVD. They also state a refund will be given if the software does not work and they cannot provide a solution. This refund policy has mysteriously disappeared from their website.
After getting the run around from their technical department asking unrelated questions to the stated problem and offering non-working solutions they concluded I would get no refund as they cannot determine the problem is their software.
I am using a brand new iMac and am now using a different product that works fine and offers a money back guarantee.
Do yourself a favor and void the headache of dealing with this scam of a software company.
I don't even have wondershare and have never used wondershare products in my life. I'm charged unauthorized transaction for 6 consecutive months by wondershare Kowloon at 22.67 USD every month and subsequently becamse wondershare INTERNET at 22.67 USD every month. UOB Credit card.

They advertised a 7 day trial for their software, and after 2hrs of trying to use it I tried to cancel and they said there was no Trial period, and as I logged onto my PayPal account, I saw there was an additional $32 charge that I didn't authorize. That is deceitful practice. I want my monies returned.
$34.94 on card ending in 3232 at OPY*wondershare on 02/27/2023. i never use your program. if you taking a payment from my bank. you got something coming to you for fraud.
I was so surprised to see a 23.36€ charge on my debit card every month when i try to enter the website to cancel "my subscription" it says that i don't hava a subscription.
I tried the free trial and cancelled it in less than 7 days but the payment that was auto deducted in my bank account was not credited back.
Purchase Wondershare Filmora Version: 7.2.0 License type: Single-User Personal License in April 2016. I used my credit card. It was hacked into for two purchased within 10 days. This has never happened to me before. I had to cancel the card and get it reissued. I don't trust buying your products using a credit card.
