WONDERFILE by MERCHANT MEDIA / Incompetence on part of Representatives
I ordered two products in February 2010..was told the product was backordered..in July they attempted to deliver the product but by then my credit card was retired so I asked the address to send a check..I sent a check July 3o..I checked on the order and was told the check had been received and the order would be going out (August)..I checked on the order and was told that there was no record of a check..I decided to put a stop pay on that check and told the representative that since there was a problem with their records, I cancelled the order and said I would call back to place a new, single, order when I got another credit card. In September, I went online to check on the order and there it appeared that my old order was still active..I spoke with a representative who told me, no, that order was cancelled so I placed my new order with a credit card. After that I received, not only the proper order but a duplicate order as well and also my original order which I cancelled.
Now I had to return two boxes, unopened, at the Post Office. THESE PEOPLE ARE EITHER TOTALLY INCOMPETENT OR THEIR CALL SYSTEM IS IN DISREPAIR OR THEY ARE ALL TRAINED TO LIE TO THE CUSTOMER. JUST A HUGE HASSLE AND THE PRODUCT IS CERTAINLY NOT WORTH IT.
