Women Shoes Plus.com / Delivery issues
I ordered shoes on 2/10/09 and still waiting on them. The money has been withdrawn from my account and I haven't received the shoes as of 2/26/09.
I spoke with the owner, Ann Conlee and she stated that the shoes must have gotten lost in the mail. I asked her for the USPS tracking number and was told she didnt have that information. She was supposed to send another pair of shoes to me in Ohio and provide me with a tracking number from USPS. But have yet to receive it. I started to do some investigating on the BBB website, and found numerous complaints and unresolved issues. Whatever you do, Don't order shoes from this company!
