World Financial Network National Bank (dba: Woman Within) has allowed Reservation Rewards to perpetrate a scam on it's customers.

I went to the website to order clothing from them and evidently when I completed the order, this company has a way to trick you into signing up for whatever they are selling. I did not knowingly sign up for this, I just wanted to order clothes, as I have done since 1973.

This bank has since harrassed me on the phone several times daily, added late charges to my account and reported this to the credit bureau.

I paid for the clothes I bought, so all they are charging me for is this scam and their scam; late charges.

I have asked them for months to close the account and they will not.

I have told them repeatedly that I am not going to pay for this scam, yet they keep harrassing me.

I have gone on the Internet to see if this is happening to others. Yes it is and there are hundreds of complaints on several websites.

I have entered into a class action lawsuit against Reservation Rewards and have complained about this to every website I can find.

We have to bail out banks so they can screw us.

I was shopping end of marching working a shopping bag for MARCHWOW code 100 off 200 purchase. I had applied the code to my bag. When I went to check out it said invalid code even though Id already applied it to my bag. I called the company. No fixing it, code expired..ecen though it was already in my bag applied.

On November 13, 2023 Woman Within Debited my Credit Card for

$18.45.

I did not purchase any merchandise.

Woman Within States I signed up for a Rewards Program via Email.

This is not true,

I called Customer Service and will not issue me a refund.

The item ordered on 10/800/2 was a velour plum bed jacket. The item that arrived on 10/21/23 was a gray and red jacket. see attached photo, We contacted customer service on 10/21/23 and was given a run around. The item was final sale with no return. I understand that, but when the item received was the wrong item a refund should be provided.

I placed an order with this company 2 days ago I called today to cancel my order which had not been processed yet, and they told me there was no cancellation option. I have never heard of a cancellation option not being a option. Never again. My lesson is learned. They advertise this company so much on TV. It is a rip off.

I ordered a piece bathing suit in march 2023 I never received it and then in May 2022 I ordered another bathing suit same problem never received it and no refund I wish I could order from another store but they are the only one that has my size

Clothing does not run true to size. You have to pay for shipping to receive the item and then pay again to return it. There are many better places so, buyer beware!

I tried to place a order and used my $100 gift card to pay for it. Since it was used up I threw the card away. On May 12 I received a email saying we had a small problem but we are back. They offered me a 50% off discount on a item. Now I discovered that my order didn't go thru. I bought it on May 6, 2023 at Krogers in Dayton, Ohio

I ordered two pairs of black Fineline Jeans, and I got some black baggy jeans that I will never wear. I would like to return them. Can you send me a pre-paid return address label?

This is not the first time this has happened. If this keeps happening, I will never order from Woman Within again!

packages have both sizes on it the tunic was a larger size

want to return the tunic and get the correct size why should i have charges for their error so i can remember to see if the charges come off so much work for one person if the charge is not done correctly then its time spent again on this $8.43 item this is insane

I returned 2 items to Woman Within totaling $ 45.00

and they charged me a $ 22.00 processing fee.

I had ordered from women within in April and received one pair of my navy jeans and was told for the past three months my second pair was on back order and was going to be sent to me the end of July. I had paid for both pairs of navy jeans in April 40.00 off my card on July the 20 I learned my back order was cancelled and no refund.

I have to say that Woman Within is very tricky about signing you up for this rewards program. I noticed it on my credit card and sent them a message asking them to cancel it and that I did not knowing sign up for it. I also asked for a refund which they would not do. I took my stored credit card off their site. I am very disappointed in this practice of offering you a discount code but "in small print" they sign you up for a $14.95 reward program. I guess I will have to WATCH carefully next time I order, if I order.

I order a shoe and got the wrong shoe. I called to exchange and since I paid with PayPal they couldn't exchange. I had to pay out of pocket again to ship out another. I GOT THE WRONG SHOE AGAIN. Twice the wrong shoe. After messing up twice the best they could do was try again! Unacceptable!

there is no trick here...just read the damn thing before you click to get the $10.00 coupon. It says right there that you'll be charged each month for the Reservation rewards thing. ALL you gotta do is click NO THANKS...and that ends it. Ive shopped there for a few years now and had it happen to me...ONCE...that's alll it took to finally read what I was "clicking" to get the $10 bucks

Thanks for posting your experience with them. I just happened upon this site and the pricing looked reasonable, so I started to add things to my cart but when I tried to enter a promotional code for free shipping, they wouldn't take it even though it was right there on their website as an offer. Then they tried to get me to add more to my cart. By this time, I was starting to get suspicious of them as a reputable website, so I did a search and found a lot of complaints listed about them. Now I will just forget about shopping on their site and go to a local store instead.

I totally agree with the fact that they are committing a fraud. They keep saying that if you check this box you will get 10 dollars the next time you order. But, what really happens is that you signed up for them to take 10 dollars a month out of your account. cute huh!
