Complete Savings / Complete Save complete savings

I bought a train ticket online and was offered a discount on my next train ticket booking, which I agreed to.

What I did not know was that although I didn't give my bank details to Complete Savings, by agreeing they were able to take it from the train ticket website.

They then signed me up to a 30-day free trial which then started taking £15 a month from my bank account. I had no idea I had signed up.

This is a scam which uses underhand tactics to trick you into signing up and then charges you.

Complete Savings / Complete Save you

Not very happy at all. You told me I could get money back from a funky pigeon card but you've took how much it's cost off me pretty much. I am very angry as I can see you do this to everyone and this is not right. Even when explaining yourself you have explained that you start accounts by filling out a form but nothing about this £15 out of my account. Thanks for that by the way great way to start Christmas. Didn't even claim the cash anyways so great one.Thank you for ruining Christmas. I have emailed you do you can delete my account and it would better if you gave me my £15 back. If you need to talk to me reply back and I'll email you.

I just went on to my bank account to find out you guys have taking my last £15... and for what apparent reason?
If I don't get a response back from this company, I will be going to Watchdog and the other DPA company. Which you have certainly broke laws and rules.

I've never used your company, I have boxlike what you do! I just want my money back ASAP.

How can you justify taking 9 months worth of £15 each out of someone's bank account? And your useless copied and pasted template reply to every single complaint shows that you are scamming scumbags! Absolutely barbaric that this is even allowed! Apparently I signed up for you to take £15 a month of me when I bought a card from funky pigeon!? Why on earth would anyone willingly agree to this? You a con artists that go undetected for months on end stealing people's money! Absolutely shocking way and a month before christmas I have only just realised you've been taken small amounts of money off me since march. I'd love to give you a piece of my mind!

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges

Hi
My name is Daniel Cockling, and I live in Colchester. I have noticed £15 charges coming out of my account to your firm. I do not recall signing up to anything that allowed this. Please can you phone me on [protected] to discuss cancellation, and possible refunding, and at least allowing me to see the terms I seem to have been signed up to.

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraudulently taking money out of my account

I have never signed up for complete savings! And noticed that £15 has been taken out twice in my account now! I have contacted my bank and blocked these payments but I want that £30 returned!
I have a sick puppy and spend all my wages on her vet bills! And to find in overdrawn because of this is unbelievable!

Please contact me to resolve this or I will find it necessary to take further action

Complete Savings / Complete Save wly*completesave taking money from my account but I never signed up!!

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my debit card for the last 17 months, totalling £255. At no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I can't believe that they have been removing money from my account for so long without me having agreed to any of this! I would like a refund immediately of the total of £225 as none of this money has been taken with my permission.

I too have just checked my account after spotting £15.00 being taken from my account that I didn't recognise. I went back through my account and discovered this amount has been taken from my account on a monthly basis for a year.
I contacted Completesave who claimed I had signed up which I certainly haven't. This is completely fraudulent.
Please be aware of this company and check your bank accounts.
I have demanded an immediate refund to which they agreed but I am yet to receive it.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I didn't order any your service

I opened online banking on my bank and can see correct items. Every month 8th date £15 disappear for some Wly completesavings. Co uk. I don't remember that i been interested to any service especially that im not rich enough to pay money for nothing. I don't have any info in my Inbox.lv so i don't have any proof of my agreement. I will go through court if will need to get all my money back from stealers.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I don't even know what product this is

Fraudulently taking money from my account which has not been authorised by me. I expect contact from you and a refund of £30. If not, I will be reporting your company as you are committing fraud on numerous occasions.
I cannot believe you are still in business looking at all these other complaints. You have replied to another "customee" saying forms had to be completed and signed. Well I can assure you I have NOT completed any forms or signed anything.
I look forward to your reply.

Complete Savings / Complete Save money came out of my account without permission

Today came out from mya account 15 libras without my permissions from complete savings comoany or whatever i like my koney back the name of the company is www.completesavings.co.uk, this never happen again i never dis any savings account i try to put any email of mine and say is not registered, im very upset with this if nothing change i will proceed to my lawyer

I have noticed today that complete save have been taking £15 per month from my account since January 2017, this has only come to my attention today when I have been looking at my transactions this month and now on looking back this appears to have started in January 2017! I have no idea what this is and can confirm I did not authorise this payment at anytime nor did I provide any information to this company.

Can someone please contact me immediately to discuss this and stop any further payments as well as reimburse me for the total amount taken each month since January 2017

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud

I bought a air ticket in June 2018 .. I have never registered with COMPLETEsave anywhere but they have been taking money out my credit card MONTHLY FEE OF £15

I have contacted my Bank and they have been flagged.

BUT still I want COMPLETE save to refund a total of £75
That they have taken without my permission..
I want my details to be errased from their system I have reported this unlawful to the police as fraud.

I have just checked my account and £15 has been taken from my account without my permission or notifying me! The company that has charged me is called wly*completesave. C switzerland. It has just taken the last money I have which I need to get to work kn the morning! I am disgusted that this is even possible and I demand you refund me immediately! I will be takimg this further! I do not use online shopping or anything like it. This is the first time I have been charged and it had better be the last! I will be reffering your company to my bank's fraud dept if you don't refund me asap! Pleasr ket me know what information you need from me to refund me. This is appalling that you can get away with this!

Complete Savings / Complete Save charge for nothing on complete savings

Theh started to charge me without any reason, withiut letting me now and without my agreement. Please, can you help me out with that? They charge like £15 from me and only way to avoid that to keep my balance on card less than £15 but I am using my card everyday. I have met that problem already some time ago like 2 years ago or sth but I have solved it and don't remember how. Hope thatbyou can sort it for me or help me with that! Would really appreciate it! Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized deduct my money!

I've never heard about the website until this money my credit card account showed that GBP15 was deducted by WLY CompleteSave.co.uk

I have never been sign in until now and I have no ideal why you company can have my credit card information?!

Please reply as soon as possible! If the deduction can not be withdrawn, than delete my personal information and I don't want to hear from your website ever again!

I just realised about this when i have to count some money with my brother. So i go through each transaction from my account and realised wly* complete save been charging me 15£. As i search online i found this complaint board, so a lot had complained about this. And i go on further tracking my transaction, im really shocked that i have been charged from May 2016! For around 26 months i have been charged total up to 390£ i loss from this WLY* COMPLETE SAVE. I have been in a terrible financial situation and i dont know why they charge me as i can confirm i never agree to be charged 15£ monthly by WLY COMPLETE SAVE. Anyone knows how i can contact any person working for WLY COMPLETE SAVE to get all my money refunded. Thanks

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised bank withdrawal

Hi I am going through my bank statements from the past few months and noticed a series of unauthorized withdrawals amounting to 15 pounds a month over the past 7 months. I recalled seeing this charge about three months back but as it was listed as ' international' and I was traveling at the time I did not think anything of it. It wasn't until today that I realized there are 7 such recent charges from my account but I believe the charges have been going on for at least a year, NONE of which I authorized.

I tried logging into the compnay's website, just to see if I had a membership I might have forgotten and while that log in worked, I have NO idea how they were able to get my bank details or credit card information. This is highly distressing and I would like all fees back.

£15 per month has been taken form my account since December 2015 at £15 per month i recently contacted as i had no idea what it was for also had £10 from another source this was refunded and 3 payments of £15 from complete.save CO.UKSwitzerland i only discovered when contacting bank, they stopped all payments and i have now received all £10 payments back however i was told that it could take weeks to sort out other payments while they investigated . I now feel they have had long enough if no further is forth coming i want to know why, and will take banks a advice to see ombudsman with view to full payments back 3 is not good since 2015

money £15 per month since 2015 form bank accountBank stopped and 3months refunded message said it would take some weeks to sort when i first contacted on instruction of bank i have heard nothing since june/july 2018 another company i presume also were taking £10 per month *Mytimerewards. which was returned to me in august 2018. i dont know whether the 2 are connected but their answers where the same but they sorted nearly straight away. It is a considerable amount to lose forme i am a sick disabled person Oap to boot and i am not going to go away i have been told by my bank to go to omsbudsman with this and they will help me if i need to take further which i will be doing if i dont hear from them asp.

I dont know who you are but youve been stealing £15 a month from my account. I would love to know why?

This is totally unacceptable

I have contacted my bank, i want my money back, its been several months this transaction has been going from my barclays account and i can assure you i have never given WLY complete savings any of my bank details.

I dont even know what this company is but all ive read is it's fraudulent.

Plz kindly look into this or else it'll be another fraud case.

Complete Savings / Complete Save monthly debit being taken from my account since november 2015

A monthly direct debit amount of £15 each month has been taken from my bank account since 30th November 2015 and us still being taken to date. I am unsure what this transaction is for as I am unaware of any services that I am making use of from your company. Could you please advise me what this payment has been for. Please note I have now instructed my bank to stop this payment.
