Wix wix web hosting

Past 2 months I'm working to setup my website .100s of hours I spend to connect repeaters to database.I contacted your help line several times even they are failed to support me.I tried my best.And also I'm feeling the difference in showing my website in mobile & desktop.And published content won't display in website.And when I connect the repeater to database it will show in preview mode but that repeater is hidden in published website.I don't know is this my fault or your fault.Only fault i did was i made a website in wix.

Wix my account is suspended

I have had my account suspended. This was whilst my account was deleted as i was taking a break. During this time one guy who said he worked in defence tracked me on instagram and i felt storked and threatened. He asked me for pictures and i blocked him.
Only to find out i know cant login. I am an educuter and a child therapist. Never any more than polite to men. I would like to find out why and if i need to be worried about my saftey online. [protected]@hotmail.com. [protected] Jay Dsouza

Wix google search

Hi, my name is bill kavvadas, when my name is googled the search shows my name affiliated with Australias best fighter, I have nothing to do with this, and when the site is entered nothing shows. Could you please arrange for this to be removed as it is somewhat embarrassing. You can find the link here

Wix customer service

I am not even talking about the noumers bugs I had to deal with.

The automated costumer service is never willing to send a human response. All I ever get from them over ther course of dozen of emails is pre-prepared paragraphs with the sole purpose of covering their [censored] and keeping their money safe.

They will never admit a bug, only "we are sorry you are having diffuclties with our platform", they will never give any sort of compensation for time, or money lost over bugs and melfunctions in thier platform.

I would seriously advise anyone wanting to open a shop with wix to not do it. You will only get headaches, time lost, money lost, and hair loss.

It might look easy and fun but in practice? Wix is not the place to set up your store.

I would only consider wix to open a one-page gallery of my excrements.

Wix phone customer service

I called to clarify questions I had regarding my domain name (I purchased it from one company and synced it up with my wix website). Wix sent a message saying I would be paying through them and I wanted to make sure that was correct so that I wouldn't lose service or my domain name because of a mix-up.
The customer service agent laughed at me because he thought my question was stupid, because "I'd already been paying for a year". He laughed at my questions twice, but not in a "ha ha, this is a fun conversation" but more like a laugh that mocks my question because I obviously should know this but I don't.
How arrogant and obnoxious. Definitely never going to recommend wix.

Wix web builder

You pay the money and then no service. I went via all the main sites and settled on WIX as at least their bugs were the easiest to deal with.

Problem with WIX is you edit the page, save and go back and it didn't save. So you start again the pages you found last time are not available or in the same place as you remember before, so you make a new webpage and save. Then WIX duplicated the entire site, so you have two of the same name. So you read both and work out the one you want and delete the other one. Go back later ALL GONE! WTF, start again save, save and save again. Change format home page and publish. Still showing the older page on line? Hmmm load video to site. Six times I tried to load it. 6 x 45 minutes for a 210MB MP4. Failed, Failed, but why? The page won't tell so you can troubleshoot. So after many frustrations you finally find the support page and lodge a ticket. WIX gets back to you two days later with a page of links to watch? Great! more crap to decipher and their videos don't show the bugs that you have. So I uploaded the MP4 video on Youtube in 3 minutes and attached the link to the WIX page. So much for Premium service. I am on a month by month contract and recommend you do the same before committing to a 12 month subscription.

Wix everything to do with wix is bad news!!!

Wix is the worst possible company that anybody could do business with. They are no good, right to the core. Go anywhere, but wix... Scumbags! Also, your website will be slowwww as hell if you use wix. Bad customer service, rude on the phone, and just terrible. Over charging your credit card, and not refunding you the money back. Wix is bad news... And to top it all off, your site will run slow as mud... Wix is bad news... Thieves in the night...

Wix website

I started wix 8 + years ago. I moved, forgot about the account, life went by, and recently I got back in there, and made a couple of websites. I use FACEBOOK to log in.
However, now I have a business partner so wanted to give him my login info so he can do web stuff.

My email and password are outdated, I don't even have the email address any more that was used to originally set up the account.

They have no one to actually call, I went through there auto populated responses and filed a thing to request my email and password change.

They told me they can not give me my email and password or reset it because my name does not match my credit card.

They never asked for a credit card.

And this is all by email.

They have asked me questions, I answered them, they come back at me saying I did not give them the information they requested.
I truly gave them my information.
I HATE WIX> I HATE HATE HATE HATE and will never ever ever recommend any one use this piece of [censored] aweful company ever.

We hate Wix, too! Our agency was actually picked to compete in a Wix competition as the Wix SEO Haters. Our goal is to outrank the "Wix SEO Lovers" for the term "Wix SEO" in Google. We created our own website on a different platform, and they created theirs on Wix. I am about to ditch my account here. VERY frustrating! And, I've paid for the pleasure of receiving this lovely gift from Wix, where they provide ZERO humans to troubleshoot their underperforming product. They are aware of the many, many, many known issues and problems that are systemic and apparently, never ending! AUGHHHH! Its the gift that keeps on giving.

I've been working on my new site nonstop over the weekend. I thought the sluggish nature of the site would improve after I upgraded to premium, but no. It actually became slower.

Not only is it slow, it just stops responding. Freezes. It changes formatting and omits items. And there's no end to it.

These issues compound at such a rapid rate it's beyond comprehension as to why they are offering this product as a paid, self-serve, service at all. Feels like a bait and switch.

When searching for help, all one can find is volumes of Wix help pages which are found via web searches, not on their site, where their advice to combat these problems of 'Clearing the cache' works for about 5 minutes then the cycle continues, is a joke.

Moreover, they make it Very Difficult to find help, if you can call it that. Lots of suggestions that loop into more suggestions that do not resolve the issues. At some point down the line, I was offered a ticket to get help when they get back into the office; but wasn't able to finish it due to my attempts to gather screenshots to send along (as suggested) where I had but another issue with the site. Had to reboot... It's ridiculous. There is no competency in the product or the company if you can't use the product as offered and can't get resolution and/or to a competent human being at the company.

If your company is aware of the systemic problems (which by simple means of a web search will show Wix is), then put roadblocks in place as a means to keep your customer base from reaching you or resolving these known issues, you are deliberately and knowingly defrauding people. This is negligent.

Dodging responsibility by making it difficult for users to talk to/contact a company expert for a resolution to issues that originate with the corporation, are known and systemic to the corporation while accepting payments is really unconscionable. Shame on you.

As I'm writing this, I'm thinking maybe this isn't the best sign when I'm looking to project a stable business image through their product. This business model, Wix is actually performing (not purporting and advertising) isn't demonstrating a viable or dependable product where my future earnings will be secure. I'm just starting out; so I can't carry an entity that's not up to par. Very disappointing. Totally unacceptable.

I feel jacked. Essentially, I paid Wix to complicate and delay my business site, usurp all of my free time and raise my stress levels. I am NOT HAPPY. What kind of 1990's compression BS is going on there in Wix-land?! Seriously? I'd be better off making flyers and handing them out.

A resolution?

For their product to work; to take responsibility for being a [censored] of a company and a [censored] of a human being who made decisions resulting in a subpar product and service (being aware of all these problems and doing more to shield itself than serve its customers is a [censored]bag move, you know who you are.) Perhaps step up and compensate users for their wasted time and money; show some goodwill, be decent.

I won't hold my breath.

Wix poor response for my communications regarding unauthorized credit card charges

I logged a ticket originally 21 May 2018 regarding an old account that I had created whilst employed with another organisation.

As I no longer had access to the my email account to remove my credit card details and close the account off, I requested that I have the account closed and a full refund be made.

After responses back and forwards from Wix support that they had found the funds in question and after proving my ID on several occaisions, I still have not had an outcome on my refund nor if the account is closed so that future autorenawals won't be made.

I have since lodged another ticket with a screen copy of my communications and am very dissatisifed with the ticket support process. I have attempted to call witin the time zone that the phone service message is on and have no success there either. I have left my contact number for someone to pick up the phone and discuss this issue, but have had no contact other that my original ticket was received and to let Wix know if I didn't recognise the account. Hopefully someone will read this and get in contact with me to resolve the matter as it needs to be addressed. Have had no issues with using the platform, but am completely disasitified with customer service. It is now approaching mid June and I'm not satisified at all.

Wix your glitch [censored]ed up my seos

I've spent the last 2 hours trying to fix my my SEOs and website titles on account of your website screwing it all up. Every single [censored]ing one only to find out none of them updated my edits. I'm [censored]ing heated. Pissed is an understatement. Why is the site suddenly changing my [censored]. And why can't I change it back. I just wasted two hours fixing something your site [censored]ed up only to finish and all of it re-[censored]ed up. I didn't change every single SEO and site title to say lemon party. So much of my time just got wasted on something I pay for and none of it fixed. It isn't the first time this site has some how screwed up my [censored]. I need it fixed and it's damn near impossible to get ahold of your support team. You close at 5 for [censored]s sake and I'm in a time zone hours behind. Someone needs to help me fix this. I pay for a [censored] [censored]ing service right now and I'm ready to tell everyone I know starting sites not to use the [censored]. Why are my SEOs being changed. This stupid as update is [censored]ing stupid. Managing my pages was better prior. Everything's [censored]ed up!

Wix followers comments

I use the free Wix to promote my books and writing blogs. For some reason, my followers cannot leave comments on my blogs or my books they've read, that I have on Smashwords and Amazon. Is this because I have the free version?
I feel it's important for people who may stumble on my website to see comments. I may be missing something, of course, since I haven't been using Wix for long. But otherwise, a great and easy website to build.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Wix wix technical team did not solve the wrong language issue occurred on my website for the past 4 months now. cannot use my website

i have written to WIX regarding this [protected] times.. .NO SOLUTION my site is not in english, and cannot set it up any different way, half in another language and half English, and I have not been able to use my site for 4 months because of this reason, and they got payments from me. First they need to change this disaster, and then they need to reimburse my business for the 4 months that they chose not to solve this crisis!

I do NOT recommend anyone uses WIX and, this way you get no headache

WIX you damaged our reputation, additionally you charged our company for this website platform and left us without help for 4 months now! I cannot use my website !

Wix mailbox/website

Both my Wix mailbox and my Wix website have been down since April 8, 2018. Although I have submitted three tickets, nothing has been done to correct the situation. I finally got a Wix support phone number, only to learn it is down at present.
My first ticket should have initiated an investigation by Wix into my mailbox and website. Instead, I find myself on a wild goose chase while my online customers think I am out of business.

Wix website service

My website is very much lagging in every platform and my users keep on complaining how slow my site is to respond. I have upgraded my plan and I am a premium user but still!
The blog content does not appear the same when I preview it! It is totally different from the way I write it. (arrangement of the pictures in the blogs)
I correct these mistakes again and again and it returns to the condition it was before correcting!
The problem did not exist before and started since 4-5 days. I'm not at all satisfied with the site's performance and regret paying for the premium.
please check your website for any problems!

Wix wix premium plan

Danx a so called Wix product specialist confirmed by email (see below) I would get a full refund. I cancelled my plan the same day.

I have sent numerous emails chasing up my refund, I only received replies refusing my refund.

A disgraceful service.

To ensure that our users do not experience an interruption or loss of service causing their site to go down, most services are set by default to auto-renew. This renewal was first attempted 10 days before your Premium Plan's expiration to make sure that payment was made on time. You can read more about it in our terms of service section 5.3 under Subscription Auto-Renewals.

Wix sends a notification email to users 14 days prior to the renewal of a yearly plan in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it. If they cancel on time they are not charged. The renewal date of a yearly Premium Plan is 10 days before the anniversary of the purchase date (the exact date is shown next to Renewal in the subscription details.) If you do not want your plan to renew, make sure to turn off the auto-renewal before this date. Please check all mail folders including any spam folders you have.

Our 14 day trial period only applies to the first 14 days after the initial purchase, not a renewal. However, if you'd like
to apply for an exception, please cancel your premium plan and reply to this email within 72 hours to confirm for a courtesy refund request.

Wix utterly dissatisfied

Words cannot describe how utterly dissatisfied I am with Wix.

I've literately had problems with these guys for YEARS.

Customer service is non-existent and the builder is really really slow.
I was still until recently rebuilding my entire site because they were using some outdated garbage which when they eventually helped me update the site I lost everything. Whats worse was that the site was public for a considerable time with all the graphic design looked like scrambled eggs. If I was properly informed id have taken it off line.
I'm now hitting my head against a wall with their new even worse editor and feeling so sick at my lack of progress Ive sought professional help which I totally should have done in the first place.

The wix website is horrendously difficult to find anything especially customer support. Really, how hard can it be to call your website people to resolve a simple issue? This always ends up a stressful dilemma and really has to be seen to be believed.

Ive been trying to leave wix for some time now and they are either not complying with my request or totally dragging their heels on the matter.

Good 24/7 customer service on the phone could perhaps turn Wix from the worst company in history into at least an semi-ok second rate but over priced, unprofessional looking site host.

AVOID THESE GUYS BIG STYLE!

Wix theft

After originally finding wix about five years ago, I began using the site to build brands an companies for my clients, using wix as the platform an subsequent host however after I got a complaint from a client that his entire site was a templet I began to investigate... I began with a review of wix toc, not noticing prior (understandably they change) but there were several clauses strategically drafted within the toc which essentially explained wix owns everything including the right to "use" your platform or for those not familiar in other words... Wix is saying if you build it and we like it we can and will and do take it (steal) your platform, wix vontrols your business and also steals sites, the look, the feel and most noticeably the content. I embarked on a mission which took place over a year... My boyfriend an I created a massive number of start-ups, all unique as its our business. We backed each business up and copied the contents which we deemed proprietary by means of another source and used as content on the wix sites, low and behold as we watched we began noticing that every good idea was popping up online, now this is even after domain name searches that took us in some cases days to generate. Totally unoque but only used in creating wix sites for example our endeavor jewelmi... A local jewel3 business commissioned us to build a site that delivered jewelry to customer blah blah... We searched an searched and no jewelmi.com. So we held ot on godaddy went to wix executed a marvelous site no bs after building it and not publishing we let it sit for (1) day.. We then did a search and sure enough jewelmi.com popped up.. Did it look exactly like our site? Yup. Did it offer same services? Yup. Was it a wix site? Of course... We were so devastated wix was just another fraud. We contacted the address lol it was in the virgin islands how convenient. So it triggered us to investigate further... We found five sites completely ripped off down to the wording of our content refurbished with a twist an offered as a base templet online. They literally sit an watch for ideas re recreate and pull the rug from under you. Here is another thing... The contradictions, spelling errors and inconsistencies in their policies are almost laughable. Privacy, copyright infringement and theft period. How the hell can you just claim you own someones hard word simply because you have access based on trust... Guess we can ask bernie madoff, allen stanford an every other munipulative souless individual. Keep hard copies with dates of your work, they claim ohh well we will say this and whats not enforceable doesnt apply but the rest does... No its [censor] theft!

Wix my wix premium website subscription

Hi,
Im having a lot of issues with Wix. I created a website and bought a premium plan last year for my business. I cancelled my website premium plan this year but they have still taken a payment out of my account for a renewal for £179. I have emailed them and tried to contact them internationally but they are continuously engaged. I am trying to resolve it but they are not being very helpful.

Horrible. Slow, inability to make simplistic changes to website, tons of upcharging to do anything of use. Basically, garbage company; garbage product. This is a pathetic company worthy of being shut down for its terrible service - of course there is no 'customer service' contact of any kind available either. Just like other dirtbag companies (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, and so forth) this dirtbag company does not provide any 'real' support contact information whatsoever. WIX is a good example of the worst kind of business practice.
