My outgoing service is being disconnected somewhere last week, and immediately i contacted the customer care and got the information that my communication address was wrong as we shifted our office to a new premises and this time i want to change it to my permanent residence address and same proofs were given to the near by Reliance Communication on last Sunday and i got the information from them the i will be getting a call for the verification and the services will be resumed immediately.
But, surprisingly today is Fifth day after submitting the required documents in the Reliance communication office at Mothinagar, Hyderabad-18.
I called *333 quite a good number of times and i did not get any information other than this method of mailing you people.
Please let me know what else i have to do to get the services ON.
I submitted my Id Proof ( Driving Lisence) and Address Proof (my residence latest current bill).
Please resolve this calamity in my life at the earliest possible.
