Wish I'm complaining about an entire order

I'm a regular wish and home customer, but for some reason I can't make any purchases. I've always used the same credit card but won't allow me to make any purchases. I love buying things in wish and I placed orders before my vacation, but I can't seem to resile this issue. Please resolve this uncomfortable issue . Thank you

Wish I was kicked out for no reason!

I was a seller on www.wish.com and had a perfect time there selling my stuff until they kicked me out!
When I contacted Wish customer service and demanded some reasonable explanation, they said that someone reported me for scam activity. They said that they received a complaint from a person which claimed that I stole his money. What a nonsense! I never did anything like that!
I of course asked who was the guy who reported me and they said "sorry that's a confidential information". Well, no thanks Wish! With that attitude I hope you'll be out of business!

Wish account blocked

My account has been blocked for nearly 3 weeks. As per the request of Wish.com, I sent a photo of my credit card four times already but so far I've only received automated email responses and my account is still blocked. This is extremely frustrating and truly appalling customer service.
Please unblock my account ASAP.

I created a new account after they Blocked My account without telling me anything Else than its not possible for Them to Open up My account again after i sent Them a picture of My bank account. I then got Blocked on the new account after i bought for around 250 euro, so now i lost Those money, i have Even payed for products that i didnt recieve, or that was broken when it came. This cant be legal Can it?

I just created an account and placed a few things in my basket now trying to check out and I entered my credit card info and got a popup saying sorry we need a bit more information before proceeding? They want a copy of my bank statement that shows a Wish purchase on it. I JUST CREATED THE ACCOUNT!

Wish my order didn't arrive and I ordered in 2016

I do not recommend wish to nobody because I ordered like 4 things on wish that did not come yet and they would not contact me or give me my money back so if you want to order some I recommend you to shop on eBay or Amazon least you get to track your order and talk to a live agent whenever you want to because I ordered my stuff back in December and it's 2017 and I should have a tracking number by now that's was 5 months a go it's May 23 2017

Wish am complaining about a order mistake

I am a wish customer my last 4 of account num is on the web .my grandson accidentally press the order button on my phon i viewed those items but maybe never cleared the order .was a mistake i called the number just saying contact support so i did everything the support ask i pleaded to them to cancel the order on the 20th now support is telling me i suppose to cancelled 8 hrs after the order was placed i contacted min after the mistske was made my bank account is a negative i cant buy. Food or buy gas everything goes in my account. The numbers keeps going high my bank charges 3500 for overdraft i need a REFUND cancel my order since the 20th and no1 is listening i sent all info they kept asking for know is only my mortage info i have to send dont know what else to send.please help stressing

Wish credit card

Someone is using my credit card they have maxed it out on wish products without my convent I want all the charges taken off my card if u check u will see I haven't ordered anything for some time I would like to know where the products r going and who is using it .I want this stopped now and all the charges off my card.I will b waiting for your reply I am 69 years old and cannot afford this and I won't b done this way someone needs to pay.Thank you Rebecca Farnsworth. Wish galaxy tab a cover

My Name is Deborah F. Wish wshh.com never returned/refunded the money even you returned the items

Then I can perceive that if for some reason I do not choose the MONEY REFUND, and I insist on having in my hands the item chosen and paid at the time but, for some reason, was lost somewhere in the world, and did not reach my Hands, then I am left without article and without money according to what I am understanding ... if that is your position, I do not share it, and I would consider that it is unethical to fill up with dirty smoke until now clean air ... BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE, IF THAT IS THE FINAL RESOLUTION, I AS A PURCHASER I ASK YOU ... IF YOU DO THE SAME THINGS, WHAT WOULD YOU DO ... USING THIS SAME SPACE FROM THE SO FAR CORDIAL RELATION ... Wish wrong items sent, no customer support

My last three deliveries came and were All wrong. 2 were wrong item totally, I ordered 2 x 2 meter usb braided android phone charger cables and received 2 x 1 meter led illuminated plastic cables, this was ordered approximately at the start of May 2017
I also ordered a PINK lanyard and received BLACK. Ths was ordered approximately at the end of April 2017
I requested a refund, and have received no communication. I also requested a return and refund, and received no communication. I have NOT received a refund, A law suit may be in order, followed by bad media press coverage, and public awareness on social media and in tech publications. This is a very bad business for customer support. It is not customer facing.

Wait, I ordered this Titanium Straight Hair it's been weeks ago, because I cannot use in USA no heard to the electricity I sent email via support contact no body respond or no body email me back and I called this number [protected] so many time no answer. I wish they call me on [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com me as soon as possible because I want to keep shopping with them.

Wish order placed on may 16, 2017

I placed an order for 36 items on May 16, 2017 and the transaction was completed without any problems. My credit card was charged the following day. Then I started getting alerts from Wish.com that some of the items I ordered will not be fulfilled, thus will issue me a refund. More alerts came until all of the items I ordered will be refunded because Wish.com is not able to fulfill my order. I understand one, two or even 3 items being out-of-stock, or something, but all 36 items? Come on. I am going to wait for the refund. Reading all the complaints and people's frustrations in dealing with Wish.com, I am seriously worried.

Wish charges!

I tried to purchase an item for $3 and shipping was $2 so my total was $5 I put in my shipping address which was the same as my billing address I put in my card information and tried to submit my payment when it said "oops! There was an issue processing your debit card." I go on my chase app to see there was $3 taken off for every time I tried to re submit my payment I want the money put back onto my account because there was no purchase made and seems like there was an issue/glitch on your end I contacted the bank and they said my card is perfectly fine and there was nothing wrong with my account you can get back to me at [protected]@icloud.com if not you can call my mobile phone at [protected] . Wish charges

There are four charges that have gone through my bank account two for 3.00 one for 6.00 and one for 9.00. I have not authorized anyone to charge on my account other than myself and I have not purchased anything in a lone time.

there are four charges taking our of my checking account without my knowledge for them this morning. i want the money back in there, there are 2 charges of 3.00 one for 6.00 and one for 9.00. I show no orders on my account please check into this and resolve this problem asap.

Wish parcel received but there was no items in the parcel.

I ordered 10 (ten) of the Adorable Baby kids headbands camellia flower feather headwear photography props.
My tracking number is # [protected]
It was said to arrive the 5 June 2017, it did however arrived earlier. (15/05/2017).
The parcel was delivered to my door.
There was NO tampering with the parcel.
When I opened the package, there was NOTHING in the package, it was empty!
I tried numerous times to put a complaint on the Wish site, but nothing is happening.
Please HELP!
I really would like to have the headbands.

Wish three items that I have ordered 2 shirts and 1 sweater 2 months ago and have received nothing

I'm not impressed as far as I'm concerned your website is bull crap no one wants to Waite 2 months for there items so I'm asking that the money be refunded cause I don't think the intentions of your company are honest. If it's going to take months for stuff to arrive then your business is going to fail the least you could do is be honest give people a choice by telling them that they must Waite 2 to 6 months for there purchase to arrive I guarantee the public will think twice I certainly will never buy nothing from your website lesson learnt.😠😡.

Wish refunds

I ordered a few things I have not received and upon realizing and contacting wish they said it was past the 30 day return mark . I found it funny because not only did I never receive the items but they refuse to refund me because it's past the 30 day refund day . So I see you order things they don't show up and you get a sorry better luck next time .
