Wish.com the app

I want to order jogging pants and when i want to check the sizes all i can see is the schedual for body wear not for legg wear and that is for every product

Now i want to add some comments in the App about this but thats not an option that i can choose

So make that an option please

And body wear sizes and legg wear are not the same
I need actual information on the length of the pants and i get is body shape sizes i want pants /trousers sizes not chest readings when i want to order pants

Wish.com a leather jacket I purchased that does not fit on me.

Hi Good day!

I will be needing WISH immediate assistance regarding the product that I purchased last Sept. 5, 2017. I bought a leather jacket that happens to be a small one that it does not fit on me. I already reported this on the wish app itself. I would like to return the product and request for a refund. May my concern be WISH concern also in order to improved and developed WISH company and business.

WISH immediate response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Wish.com payment issues

Please reply to my emails as soon as possible before I refer you to Consumer Affairs in Australia and also the USA. Not happy with the service your company is providing around the world and I am trying to get some answers why your not bothering to even contact your customers to assist them with their problems. There were (2) orders placed on wish.com - within 1/2 hr, I cancelled both orders online-our grandson already ordered the Solar panel. our orders were 4/21 - visa ending 9174
The first $117 for (1) solar panel
The second $417 for (3) solar panels
I need to make sure they are cancelled orders and make sure the money is put back on my Visa Card as soon as possible - I can't tie up $500 in the account - otherwise, I may have to call my attorney.
Please make sure the amounts are put into my account ending in 9174.

Wish.com shipping charges

This question is being asked on behalf of my boyfriend, he can't understand if I am ordering more than one item of the same description but different colour, why do I have to pay shipping per item when they are going to be delivered at the same time. The shipping costs I am paying I could use to purchase more items This doesn't make sense to me. I currently have an order pending for £33 but shipping costs are £20.

I have read that as the deliveries come from different retail stores this is the reason for paying shipping per item, but if I'm ordering at the same time, same item just a different colours, surely you will order from the same company so therefore there should only be one shipping charge.

I have not received my six Excelvan Diffusers placed with Store name Non-Stop Store. After many requests for information I have not heard a thing. The items have disappeared from my Order History completely.

Wish.com 2 100 ft expandable hoses

I had purchased the 2 hoses back in June and had not yet revieved them so I am requesting a refund to my account. I am a freqent and loyal customer, and I hope there is no issue with returning the money to my account I have trried to contact someone and have not had good results. I also tried the other option they give you about an order, and I did try it that way, again don't know if it was recived. I hope I get an email to let me know if this issue wil be fixed and the money back in my acount. I do not mind waiting for product, however this was a needed product for the summer use, and now it is just too far past due. I hope you understand my complaint.

Wish.com horrible quality

Regret I ordered from them. The only advantage is a fast delivery, but it's all. My dresses were a smaller size, I couldn't even put them on. Their material was too cheap, I will never wear it outside. Oh well, I would be embarrassed to wear it in front of my husband. Too bad. It's not worth its money. And they weren't expensive.
I'm so disappointed with these items. I will return them of course and ask for a refund.
Just saying that maybe you should choose different places for shopping.

Wish.com not receiving product or money back

Hello wish I'd like to report a complaint about the five products I bought from you that all said they were being shipped and I got rid of the visa cards after money was empty then when I got online later I come to find out you guys cancelled my five purchased things without even letting me know and that money has been wasted now cause of you guys cause I no longer have this visa cards

Wish.com my wish application orders disappeared.

I have changed my credit card expired date and all my orders from wish that was deducted from my credit card already are gone on my profile. Please assist me how can I get my orders information back on my Wish profile. I only have my credit card bank statement as proof of payment on the orders but no tracking number nothing.

Wish.com hd print unframed painting dragons canvas wall art 5pcs

the painting i have recived is cut wrong, since i dosent look like i does from wish.com

it looks like there can been made a mistake when making it the side of the dragons are dubble and it does not look alright, i feel cheated when ordering somthing that looks good and receving what i did therefore i would like a refund ore somekind of discount when bying other itims on your side

the watch i have gotten from you have just arrived. i've set the timer and date but have an hour is gone both timers shows wrong. i cannot see the time since it's wrong. i request my money back becaurse the product i bought dosent work.

i wrote to you yesterday about another product i have gotten that is'nt right either, and i simple think Wishhas a bad start axample, if this continious you will lose a costumer sadly

Wish.com stay away! fraud

For a while now, i have heard of the amazing deals available on Wish.com. On Saturday 9 September i decided to finally check out what all the buzz was about. I found amazing deals on their app and decided to get a few items. The total came to $29.00 and on check out the conversion in Rands was R387.80. I proceeded to process the payment when i received a notification from my Bank to say that the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. Quite shocked, i logged into my bank to have a look what was going on. this is when i discovered that Wish.com attempted to deduct $387.80 from my account. Then converted the amount but kept the currency and that amounts to roughly R5100.00. I immediately contacted Wish.com to notify them of the error and have it corrected.

20 emails and 7 days later... Wish.com has now attempted to deduct that amount off my account a total of 8 times. Each time the bank rejects it, i get penalized and the bank deducts money from my account for the failed transaction. The most I got out of the support team at Wish.com was them asking for my Wish.com account details and then everything starts again.

I finally managed to get the orders cancelled after losing quite a bit of money from penalties. And Wish.com is still no help at all. Well, I will now be spending a substantial amount of time on social media and radio station websites to spread the word that Wish.com might rob you of your money with the hope that i can save more people from this scamming website. I can just hope that this doesn't happen to others.

I don't think I have been unreasonable with them as in quite a few emails i warned them that my patience is wearing thin.

Wish.com deplorable customer service

Over a week ago I emailed wish.com asking them to change the email on my account, as I do not have access to the original email given. I gave the new email, can log in, but the problem is, they seem to have 'lost' my account. I have sent countless emails with no results yet, just a ton of computer generated responses with 5 minutes of sending my complaint to wish.com customer support. Although most of my experiences with the products are good, there has also been some things that were falsely advertised-skyy blu, email [protected]@gmail, cell [protected]. I demand a resolution! My demands have already been set so read them!

Wish.com semua produk yang saya order dinyatakan habis, padahal di website wish masih dijual belikan.

Nama saya Rose Antoni, saya dari Indonesia, tepatnya di kota yogyakarta. Saya order produk pada tgl 8 september 2017. Ada 7 produk yang saya order. Dengan order ID 59b2a1a401e808600193e1e0. Pada tgl 12 september 2017, saya menerima email dari wish bahwa semua produk yg saya order habis. Padahal saya buka website wish, produk yg dinyatakan habis masih di jual belikan.

Saya dijanjikan akan ada refund. Tapi saya tidak menemukan cara untuk cek sampai dimana proses refund saya.

Mohon bantuan dari customer care untuk menelusuri refund saya. Dan untuk produk yang sudah habis. Jangan dipasang di web lagi.

Wish.com earring, necklace, watches

I placed two orders for 12 items with wish.com on 8/29/17. Monies were withdrawn from my banking institution on 8/30/17. I received one item (1 watch) on 9/6/17. I tried calling this company over the last three days, and still can not reach anyone. I wrote to this company's customer service yesterday at [protected]@wish.com, and received an automated response, which included the following: #- please type your reply above this line -#

This company is ripping off people blindly with no regard for the law, so today I called the better business bureau of san francisco to make a complaint against them. I was advised to also call the district attorney's office of san francisco, so I did. I want to advise anyone who reads this complaint, that you too can call the da's office at [protected] to report this, and/or any other company that is ripping off unsuspecting persons, while purporting to operate legitimate businesses, but actually doing the opposite. If the da's office receives enough complaints about wish.com, and/or any other company operating in like manner, then that office will take action against those companies. Wish.com states that they operate from one sansome street, 40th fl., san francisco, ca 94104, but they actually may not be operating from that location. Why is it that no one speaks to you on the telephone? Has anyone ever received am email with copies of the items that you ordered with them on their app: although I was promised an email, I never received it, so I don't have a copy of the items I ordered. Wish.com adjustable computer table

I ordered a adjustable computer table about a month ago they said they delivered it to me and it was at the back porch it was not there so I emailed to say it wasn't there they emailed me back to say to check With my neighbors and the sorting office i.e. Postal officials I did that and it was not there but I don't no why they asked me to check with these places when they said they delivered it to my back porch I would appreciate if you could sort this out for me is I am getting frustrated with this from Catherine cowan 32 blackford road hunterhill

Wish.com tablet that I didn't receive

Hello my name is Patricia Tolley and i ordered a tablet thru your website and the address that was on the order was changed because I had moved to a different apartment and when the tablet was delivered is was not forwarded to the right apartment number i need the tracking number and receipt for the order so i can get a refund from the post office if you can send it to my email address i would appreciate it the address is [protected]@live.com

Wish.com stork leggings

I never received this item . I received a email stating it was shipped 7/29 but not received. When I go to the support app it says error and when I try to track the item. If I try to see my order status there are no orders there. The support line does not give support. It just is an automated voice saying to use the app. There is no tracking number, I have not received a refund, and I have not received the item I purchased. I also did not receive an email stating why it was not received.

Wish.com mobile phone [protected]

I got my parsel today which was a mobile phone for my granddaughter who 8years old when a set it up within 5mims it blew up and it burned my fingers also left me with no power in my house cost me £35 to get it reconnected what would have have happened if my grand child had plugged it in? I ordered a cell phone from you people and it came back on my computer as being delivered . It was not delivered and if you aren't going to ship my product then I want my money back. I'm sick of businesses that defraud their customers. Someone out to put you people in jail. Wish.com - Daily giveaway

I've been trying to claim items from the daily giveaway for the past week and it always says that the item is not available. I'm on wish every night from 8:55 all the way through the end of the daily giveaway so I know it's not because I'm late because I'm on and ready before even starts. I've tried claiming different things, different colors or anything but it always says the same thing. Why can't I claim anything????
