This company sells clothing from China, that in excessive percentage ( I estimate over 35%) doesn't match the description or pictures and has very low quality. I ordered about 25 items and for several I had to raise a refund claim. Reasons included: T- shirt advertised as cotton was made of total plastic material, sweater had 10 cm shorter sleeves than shown in the picture plus a hole in the knitting pattern, several items had poor edge finishing - the sewing was missing ( instead was just cut on a material that falls apart on the edges if not sewn properly), children's boots very smelling so strongly from some chemical I couldn't have my children wear it. These items I had to throw away, no use. For a first few items, they issued a refund. However after 4 items, that marked my account for "excessive claims", even though every complaint was properly documented for a specific reason including pictures. So now for items that arrived 8 weeks later and are also not good quality, customer service refuses to talk o me and advises by ordering more items I can put my account again in good standing. Yeah right! Even for an product that never arrived, that according to their own tracking system vanished 30 days ago in China I don't qualify according to them for a refund. They recommend to wait another month. Sop that would make the ordering time to 3 months long. I suspect the reviews they are getting are somehow fake, because they all talk about receiving items so much early than expected date and how beautiful they are. No reviews with actual complaint. So I suppose they filter out all bad reviews and delete them quickly.

I placed my order in mid Nov. for gifts for my granddaughter who had only returned home a couple of months ago after a 4 year disappearance. We have little money so went through this site. Placed the order around the 15th of Nov. Today is Dec 21 and all of the things we ordered were "shipped" the dates were to arrive in time for Christmas. Now, even though they have been shipped last month, not even ONE has arrived and the arrival dates have extended by the company past Christmas AFTER they've been shipped.
Customer service is ALL AI - no humans.
AND 2 items have been paid for by completely dropped from my order completely! So they took the money I had stole it and never delivered one thing. They call it shipped so they can tell you that you cannot cancel your order since it's been shipped.
These people can kiss my [censored], I will make them my personal mission to be exposed to the media. I didn't even want to give them ONE start, but I had to put something.
issue processing payment notice
I received a notification stating there was an issue processing my payment of $242.00. I checked my credit card and saw the payment was processing and there was plenty available credit to accommodate my purchase. I tried to make another order, under $20.00, using a different credit card and I received the same notification. I tried a third card for the same $20.00 purchase and got the same notification. The notification asked me to upload a photo of my drivers license.This is very irritating and I'm beginning to wonder about this company.

My credit and debit cards were used to make purchases without my knowledge. I have been in contact with the fraud squad here in Australia and they are investergating the matter further. I want to know who made thes purchases and where they were made from.
I am not a customer of wish and have never pitched Anthony from either yourselves or any other on line company.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
harry potter pillowcase
The harry Potter pillowcases I ordered are not the right ones. I ordered the burgundy Hogwart pillow cases for my granddaughter for Christmas. The pillowcases that were mailed to me are the Harry Potter video game pillowcase. It's not appropriate nor the right color for my granddaughter. I'm wondering what can be done so that I can receive the correct pillow cases? The mailing label is copied below.
hold on wish account
There is a hold placed on my Wish account. I really don't get any joy in resolving my issue. I have given wish the bank statement requested and informed them many times that there was no transaction on my bank statement because I bought the items with my wish cash. I just get a computer generated reply with the exact same words. I really just need to resolve this issue, but can see it is really a lost cause!
There is something wrong with my account every time I try to order something I get this message somethings wrong with your user account . What does this mean how can I correct it ?

I get a piece of foam against my watch order. Weighing less then a gram.
How cheap tricks they run. I felt cheated with such websites. In fact I have order 3 watches. 1 arrived with the foam let see the rest.

Shipment is horrible as it shows after a month's time. Which make no sense to me.

Every time I try to get on the app. Its wants me to provider my bank statement and I'm not go I g to give that personal information to anyone. And also when I try to submit payment it give me a message to go to wish/ payment issue and when I go to it shows any error. Please tell me what is going on with the wish app. I use to order all the time its making me not want to use them anymore

vogue men's hat was never received
The original order was placed on August 17, 2018 . Wish.com kept my money and disregarded my order. I attempted to contact wish.com on several occasions and I was assured that they would be handling my concerns and that I would eventually receive my product.
Unfortunately, several months of waiting, I never received my product, not did I receive an explanation for their actions and I never received my product.
This is clear deception and a crime of theft.

I am requesting a return label or a return address so I can sent this item back as well as a refund of monies. the item that I ordered was a red long coat in the size of 2XX when the item arrived it was too small as a matter of fact very, very small the item number is 5bf959325de129661b30fac3 on Nov. 24th. I have reached out to the website and I even made a call at the time that I placed the call there was a message that stated that they were not excepting ang calls at that time so I try to call serveral more times I got the same thing. I don't understand why this is happening I am not satisfied with how I am being treated.
Wish doesn't do returns. They have always refunded my money and told me to keep the product for my trouble. They don't send a replacement either. They simply refund your money so you can go order a different item or size.
refund for product not received
I have several items not received and at first they would refund in wish cash provided I respend the money on the site. However that never came in either and now I have been flagged as a high refunded and no longer allowed to get my money back when my product doesn't come in. I have complained straight to their office in CA only to get the run around and no one can tell me when my account will stop being audited so that the product I have not received can be refunded. They are a scam when it comes to the smaller items. I haven't had any issues with bigger items but tons of problems with small items.
I Placed to orders in which the supplier could not fulfill. They email me stating my funds have been refunded. It's been more then two weeks and no refunds have appeared on my bank account.
Note, I have contacted their customer service. To date I have not received a respose from them.
If no response within the next few days I will be filling a complant with be BBB.

I have ordered 36 items since october 2018, and till now only one item showed and it was completely different than advertised ; i got a refund for it, i managed to get a refund for another 9 items with late arrival and lost tracking infos, then suddenly my account was flagged for excessive refund and they ask me to purchase more to gain my good standing ! I will never buy from this site again, and i want my money back for the items never arrived ! I have now purchased from Aliexpress . Wish sucks
I ordered a pair of boots along with some other items and I haven't received any of it how do i find out where it is and I do have my tracking # but can't find where to look what do you need so that i can find where my package is
Similar experience with Wish.com on my end Enora. When a company has very low quality products and they blame it on customers for asking for excessive refunds, that's pitiful. I ordered about 25 items and after 4 refunds, they flagged my account and also advised me to buy more stuff. I will never buy from them either. Last year I shopped on e-bay comparable items. They were better quality and with a few I dealt with refunds directly with the seller - not with one big company who decides which customers are "black listed".

I have called customer support so many time and nothing was done about anything I ordered. Why don't they want you to contact a seller before you buy instead of having to wait till you buy ? I thinks it's because of the scanning going on, I was going to buy a GASP jacket but the description certainly wasn't describing the jacket in the picture, so if you're gonna buy from these scammers MAKE SURE YIU READ THE DRSCRIPTION AND SEE IF ITS DESCRIBING THE ITEM IN THEIR PICTURE, but you'll more than not see it for the scan it is .
I ordered two phones both times my phones was delivered to wrong address has anyone else had this problem? And the whole costumer souport is a joke. never order from wish!

I once was a loyal customer on this site and now something is wrong with logging into my account. The back account I once had I no longer use that bank. I have tried on several occasions to get help with my account on wish. I was ask to send proof of purchase from my bank but I don't have access to that account it has been closed for over a year. I have ordered on 20-Nov-2018, on 22-Nov-2018 they had cancelled my order and as per the comments they said that refund has been done wait for 14-15days.
It's been more than 15 days but I didn't receive my money back. I have mailed several times but no help. I have checked with my bank as well .. buy no Refund is there... More than 20Emails have been sent to wish support but all are veins... Where is my money? Why you guys cancelled my order by your own .. I WANT MY MONEY... I SUGGEST NO ONE TO SHOP ON WISH...
